Abstract

PT Putra Chandra Sentosa is a company engaged in food and packaging machinery. In the business process that runs in the customer service division, the process of recording service submissions by customer service is carried out using word processing software which has the potential for data accumulation and the search for information on service submissions to be slower. Customer service has difficulty dividing technicians' duties due to service status updates that are not real-time, and they have to wait for technicians to submit a letter of assignment after the visit. In addition to using conventional data processing, customers who complain about service results or technician attitudes make management feel they need feedback reports regarding customer satisfaction. This study aims to design a website that is useful to facilitate the search for service information, perform a balanced division of technician tasks and assist management in seeing customer satisfaction in the form of reports. The Helpdesk Ticketing website in this study has been developed using Website Development Life Cycle (WDLC) model with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation and MySQL database. The PHP programming language is used in this research because various operating systems can run it via a browser. This research produces a Helpdesk Ticketing website that can answer the needs of the company PT Putra Chandra Sentosa. This research also proves that the website can optimize business processes in recording service submissions compared to using word processing software

Abstract

Pembelajaran algoritma merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam pembelajaran algoritma pemrograman. Untuk mempelajari algoritma Heapsort memerlukan metode pembelajaran yang menarik untuk pelajar, dengan menggunakan permainan kartu untuk pembelajaran algoritma heapsort tersebut supaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar para pelajar dalam mempelajari algoritma sorting terutama heapsort.Dari hasil simulasi yang sudah dilaksanakan, algoritma Heapsort ini telah berfungsi dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk permainan kartu sebagai bahan pembelajaran materi sorting dalam pemrograman. Dengan diimplementasikannya rancangan algoritma ini, pembelajaran pemrograman pada materi sorting dapat menjadi lebih mudah dan menarik bagi pelajar yang akan mendalaminya.

Abstract

The acoustic guitar is one of the most popular musical instruments because music itself is a universal language that everyone can understand. Acoustic guitars are available in many choices such as wood types, brands, prices, and many sizes. Many people who want to buy a guitar are often confused when they have to choose an acoustic guitar that suits their needs, this happens because there are many aspects of an acoustic guitar that must be considered as already mentioned. The demands of work and the busyness of today’s society This makes many people unable to choose and see the acoustic guitar according to their needs in music stores. Therefore, this system was created as an acoustic guitar recommendation system, so that people can choose an acoustic guitar that suits their needs and buy an acoustic guitar online based on people’s preferences. The recommendations given by this system are obtained from calculations using the simple additive weighting method or known as the weighted addition method. This simple additive weighting method has been tested in this study and can be implemented correctly and as needed. End-user satisfaction is also obtained using the end-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method so that the recommendation system that has been successfully built can be said to be very good for users in providing acoustic guitar recommendations.

Abstract

The procurement of beauty competitions from ornamental betta fish has been held throughout Indonesia. The concept of judging and assessment carried out in the ornamental betta fish beauty competition still uses manual bookkeeping. The assessment with the national scale (SNI) is still a concern for the competition participants because of the lack of knowledge about the standard for judging ornamental betta fish contests. DSS (Decision Support System) can be an application development solution to determine the candidate for the winner of the ornamental betta fish contest. The criteria used include color value, neatness value, proportion value, mental value, and appearance value. The calculation method used in conducting this research is AHP and TOPSIS methods. The recommendations made will go through the AHP process for weighting based on the SNI assessment standard, while TOPSIS is used to receive alternatives from users. Then the ranking is based on the preference value generated by the TOPSIS method. This study has obtained the results of the application of the AHP and TOPSIS methods to make a recommendation system for contestants for winning ornamental betta fish correctly. Testing the level of user satisfaction obtains satisfaction results measured through the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) dimension with the help of a Likert Scale calculation, so that it gets a satisfaction value of 87.89%

Abstract

The Health Center (Puskesmas) is a technical implementation unit of the District/City Health Office responsible for implementing health development in a specific working area. Puskesmas Kelapa Dua is the first health center in Kelapa Dua Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. The registration process at Puskesmas Kelapa Dua has been done manually, where patients or participants have to come and wait for a long time just to register and get a queue number for treatment. Therefore, the Patient Information and Registration System was developed for Puskesmas Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This activity aligns with the planned objectives and benefits, which are to assist Puskesmas Kelapa Dua in providing information to the community and facilitating patient registration for treatment in an easier, more practical, time-saving, real-time manner, without wasting much time, cost, and effort. This is achieved through a mobile phone-accessible application. The results were obtained from testing, including functional testing where all system functions worked well, environment testing conducted on various browsers with no issues, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where user satisfaction was evaluated, and the system successfully met user expectations

Abstract

A website is a collection of pages that contain specific information and can be accessed by anyone, anytime easily through an internet connection. Websites have become one of the facilities of the internet that can make life easier. The various positive impacts provided by website technology offer convenience to users. One of them is an E-library to obtain the necessary information for research or simply for reading. Almost all schools have implemented this technology, and Tunas Mulia Montessori School is also eager to build an E-library. The realization of this goal is assisted by Multimedia Nusantara University, which has the technological capabilities. The website development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) concept, which is a process used by system analysts to develop an information system. The presence of the E-Library website has greatly impressed Tunas Mulia. This can be seen from the school's enthusiasm during the presentation of the results and the survey, where all questions were answered with satisfaction and great satisfaction

Abstract

Within the KOREM 052/Wijayakrama Kodam Jaya environment, proficient information management and data processing have emerged as important determinants of success. In the contemporary military and civil service, mastery in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting information is indispensable for frontline service members and administrative civil servants. Therefore, this training activity is very relevant and essential in preparing them. Report and Data Processing (INFOLAHTA) addresses this need by equipping participants with the transformative potential of Microsoft Excel, positioned at the intersection of technological advancement and strategic skills. This training, led by Multimedia Nusantara University, facilitates training for soldiers and civil servants in Microsoft Excel to process data and information. The results obtained from the participants, combined with the trainers' expertise and support from KOREM 052/Wijayakrama Kodam Jaya, underscore the transformational impact of INFOLAHTA. Empowered Soldiers and Civil Servants emerge proficient at Excel, ready to perform their roles skillfully and confidently. This Community Outreach activity shows the importance of INFOLAHTA in improving professional competence and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The ongoing impact of this effort is expected to enrich the insights and capabilities of Soldiers and Civil Servants.

Abstract

Dr. Pirngadi is one of the Regional General Hospitals in North Sumatra that handles services for HIV/AIDS patients. Patients who actively take ARV therapy every month are low, namely around 20%. This will hurt efforts to prevent and transmit HIV/AIDS-, because people infected with HIV become carriers and transmitters of the HIV throughout HIVes,HIV though they don't feel sick and look healthy, the sufferer still carries HIV. To be able to carry out more effective and efficient handling of the prevention and control from HIV/AIDS transmission, it is very important for the government and related parties, such as the Health Office, Social Services, and Hospital management, especially in VCT/CST (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) services. /Care Support Treatment) to find out about understanding patient profiles, the knowledge possessed to understand, predict, and prevent the development of HIV/AIDS disease transmission is very important. This knowledge can be used by the government to carry out programs that can prevent and break the chain of transmission of the HIV/AIDS virus as early as possible and help those involved in health services to become more familiar with the situation of their patients and can be used as early knowledge in the decision-making process to preventive actions in terms of improving providing health services to patients, increasing the level of public health, improving people's welfare and many other benefits that can be obtained found from the results data mining. This research takes the service area at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan as one of the research domains in the field of data mining with data sources from RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. This is done as information is known to the VCT/CST services at RSDU Dr. Pirngadi Medan. With data groupings like this, it is hoped that the Government or related agencies can create programs and implement them so that they can prevent and overcome the spread of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. It is on this basis that the authors are interested in taking the title of the study regarding the formation of a patient profile model using the K-Mean clustering method.

Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA)Class II Jakarta, there is a Dharma Wanita Association (DWP) Jakarta Class II LPKA organization whose members are all the wives of civil servants and also female civil servants who serve in that place. One of the keys to the success of an organization is being able to manage finances well, one of which is reflected in routinely making financial reports every month. Not only important for large companies, financial reports that are compiled and updated regularly are also important for MSME businesses, online businesses or organizations. It doesn't matter if someone doesn't have an educational background in accounting, but is still able to make complete financial reports.Technological advances encourage DWP LPKA Class II Jakarta to be able to carry out their work in terms of financial reporting to make it easier and more efficient by using applications that we have researched and implemented through the Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) Community Service Program (PKM) in 2022 and DWP LPKA Class II Jakarta members received this form of community service with great enthusiasm. Through this PKM activity it is hoped that there will be an increase in the application of science and technology in society (mechanisms, IT, management) and for improving community values from a social and financial management perspectiveabstract in bahasaLembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Jakarta, terdapat organisasi Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) LPKA Kelas II Jakarta yang beranggotakan seluruh Istri PNS dan juga PNS wanita yang bertugas di tempat tersebut. Salah satu kunci sukses sebuah organisasi adalah mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik, salah satunya tercermin dari rutin membuat laporan keuangan setiap bulan. Tidak hanya penting bagi perusahaan besar, laporan keuangan yang disusun dan diperbaharui secara berkala juga penting dilakukan oleh bisnis UMKM, usaha online atau organisasi. Tidak masalah jika seseorang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi, namun tetap mampu membuat laporan keuangan yang lengkap.Kemajuan Teknologi mendorong untuk membantu DWP LPKA Kelas II Jakarta untuk dapat melaksanaan pekerjaan mereka dalam hal pelaporan keuangan agar lebih mudah dan efisien dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang telah kami teliti dan kami implementasikan melalui Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) tahun 2022 dan anggota DWP LPKA Kelas II Jakarta memerima bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan dengan sangat antusias. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan penerapan IPTEK di masyarakat (mekanisme, IT, manajemen) dan untuk perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat dari segi sosial dan manajeme keuangan.
