Abstract

Research with the title: "Analysis of Factors Affecting Consumer Behavior Warung Lesehan in Yogyakarta", aims to investigate the characteristics of consumers shop Lesbian and to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior lesehan food, when seen from the income factor, location, service , hygiene, recreation, price and location or a shop selling lesehan, as well as to determine the most dominant influence on consumer behavior lesehan food. In this study the factors thought to influence consumer behavior is limited in six factors: income, service, hygiene, recreation, price and location / place to sell. Analyzers in this study consisted of two kinds: First analysis of descriptive is to kengetahui consumer characteristics seen from the gender (male, female), national origin (DIY, outdoor DIY), age (less than 20 years old, 20-30 years, 30-40 years, 40-50 years above 50 years), education (junior high, high school, PT), employment (Private employees, civil servants, Self Employed, Military / Police, Student), obtained the following results: a) Based on the sex of the respondents , 90 respondents or 60 % are female, and male gender, the number of 60 respondents or 40%. b) Based on the age of respondents, mostly aged 20-30 years is 66 respondents (44 %), second younger than 20 years as many as 30 respondents (20%), were the least respondents aged greater than 50 years is 14 or 9,3%. c) By level of education, most high school education is 72 respondents or 48% then higher education as much as 38 or 25.3%, while the least no school/SD by 10 or 6.7%. d) The work is based on a student/students as many as 68 respondents, or 45.3%, followed by the order to two civil servants as much as 34 or 22.7% and the smallest farmers as much as 6 respondents or only 4%. e) By region of origin, from the outside DIY as many as 104 or 69.3% while the DIY as much as 46 or 30.7%. Medium to find out if there is a significant relationship between the factors that influence consumer behavior (itensitas purchases) using Chi Square. From 150 responden as samples, taken from 10 stalls lesehan with acidental sampling method, the results are as follows: a) X2 is based on the analysis of all factors (revenue, location, taste, hygiene, recreation/entertainment and price) of all effect/no relationship to consumer behavior Lesbian stalls in the city of Yogyakarta. b) Factors most powerful influence on consumer behavior is a recreation/entertainment, shows that the stall lesehan seen not merely a place to eat but has become an arena/place amuse yourself/recreation for consumers, while the population is all consumers shop cross-legged in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is expected to generate outputs in the form of Scientific Publication in the Journal of Air ISSN and local seminars.

Abstract

Since 2006 the government of the Republic of Indonesia has awarded to cooperatives achievement. This study is a description of which is an analysis by taking a cooperative object "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul". The purpose of analysis is to determine whether the cooperative has met the criteria of cooperative achievement in 2012-2014 reviewed according to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2006 on Guidelines for Assessment of Cooperative Achievement/Cooperative Award. The analysis shows that "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul" cooperative in the period 2012-2014 includes performance categories good / fairly good because of the four aspects assessed scored 70.5 in 2012 and 69 respectively for 2013 and 2014. However, since there are still some elements of sub aspects are worth 0 (return on equity, net profit margin, curent ratio, accounts receivable turnover and employment) it can not be categorized based on the achievement of cooperative Ministerial Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006, dated May 1, 2006

Abstract

Poverty is one of the main issues of Indonesian's social problems. This problem of poverty has been getting worse since the time of local autonomy, which brought serious imbalance in-between regions. However this problem can actually be solved if local government designed and implemented comprehensive and serious policies to battle poverty. Especially with democratic-governance based policies, which based on local-resources and local-wisdoms. This research is focused onto local governments' effort in battling poverty. This research was done on two regions which acted as samples, the region of Kendal, and the region of Deli Serdang. Based on this research, it can be qualitatively shown that policies that conform to the approach of democraticgovernance, which based on region's local-resources and local-wisdoms, are considerably effective in helping the local governments in their effort of battling poverty in their regions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to prove empirically the earnings management practices related to its influence on the bond rating. The data of this study were 36 companies that issued bonds listed on Valuation, published in 2010-2012. Sampling method using purposive sampling method. Detection of earnings management behavior in this study using the Modified Jones Model (1995). Data were analyzed using classical assumption, namely: autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity test, and test for normality. Hypothesistesting using multiple regression analysis with SPSS16.

Abstract

This study will analyze the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists to Prambanan and Ratu Boko temple for services and facilities provided by Prambanan and Ratu Boko temple to domestic tourists consisting of entrance fee, temple beauty, service, security, and promotion from Prambanan temple And Ratu Boko who can make the tourists feel satisfied that encourages the desire to return again on another occasion. The population in this study were all visitors of Prambanan Temple and Ratu Boko Temple in Sleman District of Yogyakarta Special Region, and samples taken 100 people by using Accidental Sampling Method in sampling, that is make the sample of people who by chance found in the place of research. In this research showed that the level of satisfaction of domestic tourists to the temple of prambanan and queens boko based on entrance fee 3.72 (satisfied); The beauty of temple 4.40 (very satisfied); Service 3,50 (satisfied); Security 3.55 (satisfied); 3.20 promotion (less satisfied). In general, the satisfaction level is in the satisfied category because the mean value of aritmatic is 3.674 (satisfied). While the most dominant factor contributing to the level of domestic tourist satisfaction of prambanan temple and queens boko in Prambanan Sleman Yogyakarta is the beauty with arithmetic mean value 4.40 (very satisfied).

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations are natural and almost occur in all companies in various sectors, including companies in the oil mining sector so that price changes affect the company's financial performance and stock prices which can be analyzed fundamentally using financial ratios to aspects in the financial statements. The framework of this research is to analyze the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. The population and sample used are oil mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling or judgmental sampling. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The tool used for data collection is through the method of observation and analysis of the company's financial statements. The results showed, based on the t test value, stock prices were positively influenced by Return on Equity (ROE), Book Value (BV) and Price to Book Value (PBV), while negatively influenced by Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit. Margins (NPM). Based on the F test value, stock prices are positively influenced by ROE, DER, NPM, Earnings Per Share (EPS), BV, and PBV. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), stock prices are strongly influenced by ROE, DER, NPM, BV, and PBV by 91.5% and influenced by other variables by 8.5%.

Abstract

Global warming merupakan masalah serius yang sedang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di dunia. Namun, pemanasan global dipandang sebagai peluang bisnis bagi perusahan tertentu. Strategi green marketing sebagai salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi peluang bisnis ini terutama bagi perusahaan dibidang kosmetik. The Body Shop merupakan produk kosmetik internasional yang sudah memiliki citra dan kualitas yang baik namun tetap mengedepankan strategi green marketing. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi green marketing, brand image, dan kualitas produk baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna The Body Shop, Ambarukmo Plaza Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan strategi green marketing, brand image dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial strategi green marketing, brand image dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen The Body Shop Ambarukmo Plaza Yogyakarta dengan terus menghasilkan produk yang ramah lingkungan dan bisa didaur ulang

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the importance of marketing strategies both offline (conventional) and online. Partners in this community service are MSME actors in Bantul Regency, DIY Province. MSMEs have become a crucial business and have contributed greatly to creating jobs, proven to be able to absorb labor. Therefore, MSME actors need an understanding, insight and marketing strategy skills for the progress of MSMEs. So that later MSME actors in Bantul Regency will be able to improve their ability to determine marketing strategies or add skills to determine marketing strategy steps optimally in the future. The current community service method has been implemented in two ways, namely lecture and training methods. The results of this community service activity can improve the abilities or skills of MSME actors in Bantul Regency. It is hoped that after the community service activity, MSME actors in Bantul Regency will be able to increase sales or increase profits because they have realized the importance of marketing strategies, and can also utilize marketing strategies optimally. The results of the activity stated that the participants were very enthusiastic and paid attention to all series of events, both during the material training and practice.

Abstract

Abstract Mojogemi Village is one of the villages in Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java. Geographically, Mojogemi Village is very strategically located in the middle of Jember Regency. The population in Mojogemi Village is around 3,500 residents. When discussing with the Village Head and Mojogemi Village officials, Sukowono District, they encountered a number of problems regarding the wasteful use of electrical energy in the village that the people of Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District are currently facing. The problem in question is the lack of information regarding Energy Saving Education in Villages to Support National Energy Stability and Household Expenditure Stability in Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be applied is for the author to discuss with village officials and suggest the use of alternatives to save electrical energy at this time to be able to overcome Energy Stability and Household Expenditure Stability in Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java, so that Mojogemi Village can become a Villages that save energy, especially electrical energy, can stabilize energy and stabilize village household expenses and become environmentally friendly. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential for energy stability and household expenditure stability in the village in improving community welfare by saving electrical energy in Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java. To obtain the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an educational effort to increase Energy Saving Education in Villages to Support National Energy Stability and Household Expenditure Stability in Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java. As a manifestation of the author's thoughts, there are several efforts and breakthroughs offered, namely providing education on the use of energy saving to overcome the waste of electrical energy in Mojogemi Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency, East Java so that it can support National Energy Stability and Household Expenditure Stability and become a solution for village communities. Abstract

Some factors in increasing stock price can be interesting when they are scrutinized. Whataffects the stock price so far has been the pursuit of any business recently. The research isaimed at identifying the effect of company fundamental factors (Earning per Share, PriceEarning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Payout Ratio,Return on Asset) to stock price and the extent of Beta (?) effect as measurement of systematicrisk in explaining the variance of prices in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Using regressionanalysis and McKinnon, White, and Davidson test (MWD test), the result found that thefunctional relational model is linier-log. According to the result of estimation to stock prices,it is discovered that EPS, PER, and HSM variables have positive and significant effects tostock prices, while DER and NPM variables have negative and significant effects. EPS is thedominant variable with strong relation to stock prices.
