Abstract

BUMDes is an institution managed by the community and village government to strengthen the village economy and is formed based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDes performance must make a significant contribution to improving the welfare of citizens. This study aims to find out how the Government of Panggungharjo Village, Bantul Regency in Strengthening Village Institutions (BUMDes). The method in this research is qualitative descriptive research and research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Panggungharjo Village as an effort to utilize the potential of the village has become an entity and can lift the economy of its community by establishing economic business development and social services, and establishing BUMDes institutional strengthening programs

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus requires the government to take a policy of organizing education online. Learning chemical bonding material is strived to be developed according to the needs of students and learning objectives that are reflected in the curriculum. This study aims to develop advance organizer-based distance learning on chemical bonding material and measure the effectiveness of this product. This study uses the Dick and Carey development model approach. The instruments used included assessment questionnaires, observations, interviews, validation sheets and tests of students' cognitive knowledge. The data obtained were analysed using quantitative descriptive statistics and data on the effectiveness of learning using an n-gain score. The results of this study obtained online learning products with an average validation score of 3.51 on a scale of 4.00 and the student gain value before and after using advance organizer-based online learning was 0.52. The conclusion of this research is that advance organizer-based online learning products on chemical bonding material are very feasible and effective. These findings will be an input for efforts to develop chemical bonding materials and research the development of chemistry learning during a pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of Investment Opportunity Set, Conservatism, and Profit Growth on Earnings Quality in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Profit growth reflects the company's ability to increase earnings over time, while earnings quality reflects the extent to which reported earnings reflect the actual performance of the company. This study uses financial data from manufacturing companies during the period 2018-2022 with 146 observations as the sample. The data used are secondary in nature. Data analysis is performed using multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 21 software. The research findings indicate that the Investment Opportunity Set and Accounting Conservatism have a positive effect on earnings quality, while Profit Growth has a negative impact on earnings quality. Abstract

Kabupaten Banjar mengalami kenaikan penderita DM pada tahun 2022 sebesar 16,4%. Puskesmas Martapura 1 menempati peringkat ke-1 dari 25 puskesmas yang ada di kabupaten Banjar pada tahun 2022. Desa Tanjung Rema adalah desa dengan penderita DM terbanyak ke-2 pada tahun 2022. Tidak terkendalinya kadar gula darah pada penderita DM dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah dan menimbulkan komplikasi kronik seperti retinopati, neuropati, dan penyakit aeteri korener. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, pola konsumsi, dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Desa Tanjung Rema Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik, dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 34 penderita di Desa Tanjung Rema yang diambil dengan cara total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara dan mengukur kadar gula darah sewaktu pasien diabetes mellitus. Analisis data menggunakan uji Korelasi Rank Spearman pada α 0,05. Hasil penelitian diketahui lebih setengah pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 58,8%, pola konsumsi tidak baik sebanyak 91,2%, jumlah konsumsi normal sebanyak 58,8%, jenis konsumsi jarang sebanyak 55,9%, jadwal konsumsi tidak tepat sebanyak 85,3%, dan aktifitas fisik kurang baik sebanyak 88,2%. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara pola konsumsi (p = 0,491) dan jadwal konsumsi (p = 0,544) terhadap kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan (p = 0,016), jumlah konsumsi (p = 0,003), jenis konsumsi (p = 0,035), dan aktivitas fisik (p = 0,016) terhadap kadar gula darah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Disarankan penderita diabetes mellitus dan masyarakat dapat menambah pengetahuan, menjaga pola konsumsi dan memperbanyak aktivitas fisik.

Abstract

This research examines the application of transformational leadership principles by the Satria Tunas Bangsa PAUD principal and its impact on learning. The research focus includes the implementation of transformational leadership, leadership learning strategies, supporting factors, and the impact of this leadership. The research results show that school principals play an important role in creating a positive learning environment by displaying leadership charisma, providing inspirational motivation to teachers, and paying attention to individual needs. In the learning leadership strategy, the principal develops a clear vision, creates a conducive learning environment, and supervises and provides professional support. Supporting factors include a positive organizational culture, a conducive climate, stakeholder support, and the principal's leadership competence. The impact of transformational leadership can be seen in improving the quality of learning, teacher motivation and performance, developing student character, as well as increasing innovation and creativity in learning. This research concludes that transformational leadership in PAUD Satria Tunas Bangsa makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of education and student achievement.

Abstract

The test subjects in this study were 39 students in class X students of laboratory testing analysis competency for the 2020/2021 academic year. The instruments used included assessment questionnaires, observations, interviews, validation sheets, and students' cognitive knowledge tests. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics and data on the effectiveness of learning using an n-gain score. This study obtained online learning products with an average validation score of 3.51 on a scale of 4.00, and the student gain value before and after using advance organizer-based online learning was 0.52. This research concludes that advanced organizer-based online learning products on chemical bonding material are very feasible and practical. These findings will be an input for developing chemical bonding materials and research the development of chemistry learning during a pandemic.

Abstract

Potential in the area, including institutions, people, and natural resources, should be handled, one of which is Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The performance of BUMDes must considerably enhance the welfare of the populace. Under BUMDes' work system, all commercial and community economic activities are facilitated in a professionally managed institution or corporate organization. As a consequence, community companies are successful and fruitful, enabling the best possible management of all village economic endeavors. The purpose of this study is to determine the reinforcement of local socio-economic institutions in Pagerharjo, Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency through BUMDes. The research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, with findings that highlight the significance of generalization. In an attempt to fully realize the village's potential, BUMDes Binangun Pagerharjo Village has developed into an organization that is capable of boosting the local economy through the establishment of social services, economic business development, and BUMDes institutional strengthening initiatives. BUMDes Pagerharjo can create jobs, boost local revenue, and bolster the local economy by empowering the people and opening up business options.

Abstract

The AYO MURUP (Let's Change Waste into Rupiah) program is a training activity for processing used cooking oil waste into candles, aimed at parents of students of TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This activity aims to increase environmental awareness and provide practical skills that have economic value for the community. Used cooking oil, which has been considered household waste, can actually be reused into useful products, such as aromatherapy candles and multipurpose candles. The training was carried out through a participatory approach, where participants were actively involved in the candle-making process, from collecting materials, processing, to product packaging. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in managing used cooking oil waste. This program is expected to have a broad impact on environmental education and community empowerment activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the importance of marketing strategies both offline (conventional) and online. Partners in this community service are MSME actors in Bantul Regency, DIY Province. MSMEs have become a crucial business and have contributed greatly to creating jobs, proven to be able to absorb labor. Therefore, MSME actors need an understanding, insight and marketing strategy skills for the progress of MSMEs. So that later MSME actors in Bantul Regency will be able to improve their ability to determine marketing strategies or add skills to determine marketing strategy steps optimally in the future. The current community service method has been implemented in two ways, namely lecture and training methods. The results of this community service activity can improve the abilities or skills of MSME actors in Bantul Regency. It is hoped that after the community service activity, MSME actors in Bantul Regency will be able to increase sales or increase profits because they have realized the importance of marketing strategies, and can also utilize marketing strategies optimally. The results of the activity stated that the participants were very enthusiastic and paid attention to all series of events, both during the material training and practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning agility, change readiness, and digital competence on employee digital readiness in the financial and banking industry. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 150 respondents working in financial and banking institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents who have worked for at least one year, actively use digital technology in their work, and have participated in digital training. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results showed that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee digital readiness. Partially, learning agility improves digital adaptability, change readiness strengthens psychological readiness for transformation, and digital competence improves employees' technical skills. Theoretically, this study expands the study of digital human resource management, while practically, it provides guidance for financial and banking companies to develop training strategies and policies that support the digital readiness of the workforce in the era of technological transformation.
