Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (a) system dan prosedur pemberian kredit koperasi gapoktan sumber tani, (b) persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi dalam mengajukan pinjaman kredit di koperasi gapoktan sumber tani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan kegiatan system dan prosedur pemberian kredit pada koperasi gapoktan sumber tani kediri. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system dan prosedur pemberian kredit pada koperasi gapoktan sumber tani berjalan cukup baik. Pemberian pinjaman kredit dapat dilakukan bila calon debitur membawa BPKB kendaraan sebagai barang jaminan. Pihak koperasi juga tidak melakukan tahapan survei lapangan kepada calon debitur yang mengajukan pinjaman dibawah lima juta rupiah. Adapun tahapan pemberian kredit yaitu pengajuan dokumen permohonan kredit, wawancara singkat, penyeledikan berkas, pemberian keputusan, penandatangan akad perjanjian, realisasi kredit, angsuran dan pelunasan kredit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tahun politik terhadap daya beli, dengan fokus pada tinjauan manajemen risiko yang berkaitan. Dalam konteks ketidakpastian politik, hubungan antara peristiwa politik dan daya beli konsumen telah menjadi subjek perdebatan yang signifikan dalam literatur ekonomi dan manajemen risiko. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan pola perilaku daya beli selama periode tahun politik, serta analisis regresi untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel politik dan indikator daya beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa periode tahun politik cenderung mempengaruhi tingkat ketidakpastian ekonomi, yang pada gilirannya dapat memengaruhi daya beli masyarakat. Faktor-faktor seperti perubahan kebijakan ekonomi, stabilitas politik, dan sentimen pasar memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen dan investasi. Oleh karena itu, manajemen risiko yang efektif menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi fluktuasi pasar yang terkait dengan tahun politik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang kompleksitas interaksi antara dinamika politik dan perilaku ekonomi, serta implikasinya terhadap manajemen risiko dalam konteks bisnis dan investasi. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan strategi manajemen risiko yang adaptif dan responsif dalam mengelola ketidakpastian politik untuk meminimalkan dampak negatifnya terhadap daya beli masyarakat.

Abstract

Background. Koperindo East Java activities collect funds from the public in the form of savings and channel these funds back to the community in the form of credit and provide other bank services. Research Purpose. This study aims to analyze the percentage level of bad credit at Koperindo and describe Non-Performing Loans (NPL) for the last 3 years. Research Methods. This descriptive research at Koperindo East Java, Kandat District, Kediri Regency. This study used primary data sources by interviews and field observations. Researchers also used secondary data obtained through Koperindo banking documents and analyzed them using descriptive analytic methods. Findings. Bad credit is caused by internal factors and external factors in Koperindo. For 2020 it has an NPL of 7.42%, for 2021 it has an NPL of 9.97%, this shows that in 2022 NPL credit will increase by 2.25%. Because the NPL level at Koperindo East Java exceeds the policy standard, which is 5%, Koperindo emphasizes that in 2021 it will focus more on NPL so that cooperatives experience a decrease in the NPL level. So that in 2022 the NPL is 3.75% and has decreased by 6.22%. The NPL principle is “The Lower Is Better”, meaning that the smaller the NPL value, the better the soundness level of a cooperative. Conclusion. Handling bad credit problems through optimal and effective billing by the credit supervisory team and restructuring in 3 ways: extending the credit period, changing the loan system from the installment system to maturity, and confiscating collateral.

Abstract

Background. The presence of social media has transformed human communication and interaction patterns. Communication typically occurred through face-to-face interactions. However, in the modern era, thanks to technological advancements, communication can take place without the need for physical meetings. Research Purpose. This research aims to analyze changes in consumer culture in the context of TikTok Shop, a social media-based video platform connecting users to virtual stores, particularly among millennial female students in the Blitar Raya area. Research Method. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is carried out through unstructured interviews using purposive sampling. This research was conducted on students in the Blitar Raya area using sample selection criteria. The data analysis in this research is conducted using scaling measurement. Findings. Consumption patterns on the TikTok Shop social media platform include the intensity of watching live streaming and short videos containing product reviews from buyers. Millennial students in Blitar tend to consider online shopping as an effective and efficient method. They trust the authenticity of products more because promotions on the TikTok Shop social media platform create the impression that they can see the products as if in a physical store. Conclusion. Through this research, it is hoped that society can become more aware of the influence of social media on consumer behavior, avoiding falling into false consciousness and resisting the allure of advertising. Furthermore, the role of capitalism in fostering consumer behavior by blurring the line between wants and needs should also be given attention.

Abstract

This research examines how the social media platform Facebook has revolutionised online marketing communications, particularly for stay-at-home mothers. Facebook offers various features such as Facebook Page, Facebook Group, and Facebook Marketplace that help mums start and grow businesses from home. Through qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and case studies, this research explores the impact of using Facebook on increasing family income. The findings show that Facebook Page helps in building brand awareness, Facebook Group provides a community of support and collaboration opportunities, while Facebook Marketplace facilitates easy and fast buying and selling transactions. Although there are challenges such as fierce competition and maintaining service quality, mothers can overcome them with the right strategies. In conclusion, Facebook plays an important role in the economic empowerment of housewives, enabling them to contribute to the family income significantly. Abstract

T he purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of a CRM system can improve the visitor experience through personalization of service, rapid response to feedback, and better relationship management . Analyzing and describing Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) can help in increasing Competitive Advantage in Water Tourism " Source Jiput . Research This using a qualitative descriptive approach and this approach emphasizes on detailed exploration and description of experiences and perspectives related to the implementation of CRM in Jiput Water Tourism. Data analysis uses data triangulation, where data triangulation is to cross-check and validate the results between one data and another data, both from secondary and primary data obtained in the field to be compared from selected data sources, then organized, analyzed, and concluded. From the results discussion the found that social media or digital marketing can used For promote and introduce A place tour for CRM manager is very necessary For manage tourists , so that traveler do visit back . Further support and mentoring are needed to ensure that each member can carry out their role effectively and show that Sumber Jiput is one of the most well-known tourist destinations in Kediri

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of tourism products, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and physical evidence on the decision to visit Blitar Park Tourism. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who visit Blitar Park Tourism. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS version 26 software to test the relationship between variables. The results of data analysis show that tourism products, electronic word of mouth, and physical evidence have a partial or simultaneous effect on the decision to visit Blitar Park tourism.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance sustainable livestock feed production capacity through the application of silage technology in the Lestari III Farmer Group, Tegalrejo Village, Selopuro District, Blitar Regency. The main problem faced by the partners is the fluctuating availability of forage, abundant during the rainy season but scarce in the dry season. The offered solutions include technology transfer of silage production using fermentation boosters, business management training, and the application of digital branding strategies for product marketing. The implementation methods consist of socialization, technical training, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. The production target is 3,000 kg of silage per month or 30,000 kg per year, with surplus production sold as economically valuable reserve feed. The program results indicate improved farmers’ knowledge and skills in feed preservation, business management, and digital-based marketing. The impacts include continuous feed supply throughout the year, increased livestock productivity, improved business efficiency, market expansion, and increased farmer income. This program contributes to achieving the SDGs, particularly in the areas of decent work and economic growth, as well as responsible consumption and production.
