Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmeningkatkankemampuansiswadalammemahamiteksnaratif. Penelitianinidilakukanpadasiswakelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak tahunakademik 2011/2012.Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahpenelitiantindakankelas.Subjek penelitianiniterdiriatas 30 siswadarikelas VIIIC. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti bertindak sebagai guru.Data penelitiandidapatkandenganmenggunakanteknikpenilaiandanobservasidandianalisamenggunakanceklisobservasi, catatanlapangandannilai rata-rata siswa.Ada tigasiklusdalampenelitianini.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwanilai rata-rata siswapadasikluspertamayaitu 60,7, sikluskeduayaitu 63,3, danpadasiklusketigayaitu 68,1. Nilaiinimenunjukkanbahwasiswatelahberhasilmencapaikriteriaketuntasan minimum (KKM) di sekolahiniyaitu 65.Padasikluspertamasiswasudahmampumenentukan ide utama.Teknikinimembantusiswadalammemahamiapa yang dimaksudolehpenulisdanbisamengambilkesimpulandariteksnaratif yang diberikan. Kata Kunci:PemahamanBacaan, Kerja Kelompok, TeksNaratif. Abstract: The aim of this research isto improvestudents’ reading comprehension onnarrative text. This research was conducted to eighth year students of SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak in academic year 2011/2012.The method of this research is classroom action researchThesubjectwas taken fromclass VIII C that consistsed of 30 students.The researcher acted as the teacher during the research period. The data were collected by using measurement and observation techniques and analyzed by describing the observation checklist, field note, and the students’ score. The researcher conducted the research in three cycles. The research findings show that the mean score of students’ reading comprehension test in the first cycle is 60.7, the second cycle is 63.3, and in the third cycle is68.1It means that students successfully pass the KriteriaKetuntasan Minimum (KKM) in this school that is65.This technique helped the students in understanding what the author meant and in drawing the conclusion from the narrative text given to them. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap ketercapaian pembelajaran motorik siswa melalui aktivitas olahraga di SMP Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional, dengan melibatkan 60 siswa kelas VII dan VIII sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi angket kecerdasan emosi berdasarkan lima aspek teori Goleman (kesadaran diri, pengendalian diri, motivasi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial) serta tes keterampilan motorik dasar yang mencakup kelincahan, koordinasi, keseimbangan, dan ketepatan gerak. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan pembelajaran motorik siswa (r = 0,582; p < 0,01), dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,9% terhadap variasi hasil motorik. Aspek motivasi dan pengendalian diri menjadi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam menguasai keterampilan motorik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kecerdasan emosi memainkan peran penting dalam pembelajaran jasmani yang efektif dan holistik. Oleh karena itu, integrasi pembinaan emosional dalam kegiatan olahraga di sekolah perlu diperkuat guna meningkatkan keterampilan motorik dan partisipasi aktif siswa.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration on consumer loyalty and retention within the e-commerce sector. As online competition intensifies, e-commerce businesses must develop personalized, consistent, and value-driven customer interactions. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online survey of 300 e-commerce users in Indonesia. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between CRM dimensions customer database quality, service responsiveness, personalization, and multichannel integration and their impact on consumer loyalty and retention. Findings reveal that CRM integration significantly enhances customer loyalty, which in turn leads to stronger retention. Personalization and service responsiveness emerged as the strongest predictors. The study highlights the strategic role of CRM systems in fostering long-term consumer engagement and provides practical recommendations for e-commerce firms aiming to build sustainable customer relationships.
