Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan obstetri dan neonatal regional merupakan upaya penyediaan pelayanan bagi ibu dan bayi baru lahir secara terpadu dalam bentuk (PONED) di tingkat puskesmas. Kunci keberhasilan PONED adalah ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang sesuai kompetensi, prasarana, sarana dan manajemen yang handal. Se- lain itu kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil juga dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan adanya Puskesmas PONED. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya kesadaran dari setiap ibu hamil dalam memperoleh informasi yang baik ten- tang Pelayanan Puskesmas PONED.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan dengan sikap Ibu Hamil tentang Pelayanan Obstetri Neonatal Emer- gency Dasar (PONED) di Puskesmas Sewon I Bantul Tahun 2013.Metode: Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu hamil yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Sewon I Bantul periode 1 Januari 2013. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahaccidental sampling dengan 155 responden.Hasil: Pengetahuan ibu hamil baik 55,5% sedangkan sikap ibu hamil positif 88,3%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengetahuan dengan sikap Ibu hamil tentang pelayanan puskesmas PONED didapatkan hasil nilai χ² hitung = 56,246 > χ² tabel = 5,991 dan p value = 0,000. p < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima, ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang PONED di Puskesmas Sewon I Bantul Tahun 2013.Simpulan: Pengetahuan ibu hamil baik dalam memahami PONED dapat mempengaruhi sikap ibu hamil menerimadengan positif tentang PONED di Puskesmas Sewon I Bantul.Background: Obstetrics and neonatal services regional service provision is an attempt for the mother and newborn integrated in the form of EmOC in clinics level. It is necessary for the realization of any expectant mothers in obtaining good information about Service Clinics EmOC.Objectives: To find out the relationship of knowledge with pregnant mothers attitude about Basic Emergency Ob- stetric Neonatal Care (EmOC) in clinic Bantul I Sewon Year of 2013.Methods: Descriptive analytic Study with cross sectional method. The population was pregnant women who are visiting Clinic Bantul Sewon in period I January 1, 2013. The sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling with 155 respondents.Results: Knowledge of pregnant women either 55.5% whereas the attitude of expectant mothers to positive 88,3%. Based on the results of the analysis of knowledge with the attitude of expectant mothers about the Health Ministry EmOC obtained results the value of χ ² count 56,246 > χ ² 5,991 table and p value 0.000. p < 0,05 so the hypothesis is accepted.Conclusion: There is a relationship of knowledge and attitude to pregnant women about EmOC in clinic Bantul I Sewon Year of 2013.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis ecoprint batik can be used as a lifestyle trend for environmentally friendly people because ecoprint batik uses leaves and flowers that come from nature and does not use chemicals at all. The ecoprint technique is a development of ecofashion, to produce fashion products that are environmentally friendly. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce the ecoprint technique by utilizing natural plant materials as an alternative for providing motifs on fabrics with the target group of housewives. in Surakarta. The output target of this community service is to have basic knowledge about ecoprint, starting from understanding the characteristics of natural materials and the types of paper and fabric that can be applied to ecoprint, and being able to make the steamed ecoprint method. In the end, some fabrics don't seem to get the maximum results, caused by using the wrong leaves and it can also be caused by not rolling the cloth tightly and other things. The target group plans to apply the ecoprint technique to several types of fabrics, so that they have high selling power, which in turn can increase household income and ultimately improve their standard of living as housewives. Keywords: Batik, Ecofashion, Ecoprint ABSTRACTBatik ecoprint ini dapat dijadikan tren gaya hidup masyarakat ramah lingkungan karena batik ecoprint menggunakan bahan dedaunan dan bunga yang berasal dari alam dan sama sekali tidak menggunakan bahan kimia. Teknik ecoprint yang merupakan perkembangan dari ecofashion, untuk menghasilkan produk fashion yang ramah lingkungan Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengenalkan teknik ecoprint dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan tumbuhan alam sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk memberikan motif pada kain dengan sasaran kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga crafter di Surakarta. Target luaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai ecoprint, mulai dari pemahaman tentang karakter bahan alam dan jenis kertas serta kain yang dapat diaplikasi ecoprint, serta dapat membuat ecoprint metode kukus. Pada hasil akhir, beberapa kain tampak tidak mendapatkan hasil maksimal, disebabkan karena penggunaan daun yang salah dan bisa juga disebabkan karena penggulungan kain tidak ketat dan hal-hal lian. Kelompok sasaran berencana akan mengaplikasikan teknik ecoprint pada beberapa jenis kain, sehingga berdaya jual tinggi, yang pada akhirnya dapat menambah income pemasukan rumah tangga dan pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan taraf kehidupan mereka sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Kata kunci : Batik, Ecofashion, Ecoprint

Abstract

Kinerja ship planner dalam menunjang kelancaran pemuatan container diatas kapal MV. Kota Jasa di PT. Jangkar Pacific dapat dilihat dari hasil kinerja dari ship planner apakah berjalan dengan efisien ataukah ada hambatan-hambatan yang mempengaruhi hasil dari kinerja ship planner itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja planner dalam pemuatan container ke atas kapal dengan cara membuat pre-plan di PT. Jangkar Pacific cabang Semarang dan untuk mengetahui adakah hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi planner PT. Jangkar Pacific cabang Semarang dalam pemuatan container ke atas kapal dengan cara membuat pre-plan.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian deskriptif ini dilaksanakan di PT. Jangkar Pacific Semarang dilakukan selama 7 bulan dari Bulan November 2018-Mei 2019. Dengan menggunakan teknik data seperti observasi untuk melihat langsung kegiatan bongkar muat, wawancara, dan dokumentasiHasil penelitian ini adalah kegiatan ship planner sejak kapal tiba sampai keluar pelabuhan dari tahap menerima jadwal kedatangan kapal, koordinator antara planner , pengajuan pre plan, klarifikasi jumlah muatan, monitoring kegiatan bongkar muat, menyerahkan final loading dan pengurusan empty container import (jika ada). Dalam kegiatan pemuatan container terdapat hambatan yang menghambat kinerja ship planner yaitu seperti container dari SOC (shipper owned container) yang sudah masuk ke Container yard (CY) belum melakukan booking request ke perusahaan pelayaran dan terjadi kerusakan pada container sebelum dan sesudah dikapalkan.

Abstract

Pengurusan Dokumen Loading Muatan Berbahaya (Dangerous Cargo) di PT Adi Bahari Nuansa cabang Sampit Kalimantan Tengah Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Terlambatnya penyerahan dokumen kepada pihak kapal seperti surat ijin muat barang berbahaya, dokumen NOR (Notice of Readiness) dan dokumen Mate’s Receipt2). Ditemukan data muatan pada dokumen yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan dilapangan. Kurangnya komunikasi antara pihak agen dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti pihak kapal, surveyor, Perusahaan bongkar muat (PBM) ataupun shipper. Kurangnya kedisiplinan para karyawan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Adi Bahari Nuansa cabang Sampit dari bulan Februari 2018 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2018.Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengurusan  dokumen loading muatan berbahaya (dangerous cargo) di PT Adi Bahari Nuansa cabang Sampit melalui dua tahapan untuk tercapainya pengurusan dokumen loading muatan berbahaya (dangerous cargo.  Secara umum Pengurusan Dokumen Loading Muatan Berbahaya (Dangerous Cargo) di PT Adi Bahari Nuansa cabang Sampit belum berjaan maksimal karena masih terdapat hambatan berupa ketidak sesuaian data muatan pada dokumen, akibatnya agen harus bekerja lebih dari sekali atau bahkan sampai tiga kali kerja untuk menyelesaikan dokumen loading.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh asimetri informasi, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap manajemen laba riil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris bahwa asimetri informasi, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap manajemen laba riil pada perusahaan manufaktur go public yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ-45 dan JII.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 181 perusahaan untuk indeks LQ-45 dan 163 perusahaan untuk JII. Teknik pengamilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda sedangkan uji statistik dengan menggunakan Uji R2 , Uji F dan Uji t(pengujian hipotesis).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan untuk indeks LQ-45 asimetri informasi berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba riil, leverage dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba riil sedangkan untuk indeks JII asimetri informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba.

The key to success of EmOC is the availability of health care personnel according to competencies, infrastructure, facilities and reliable management. In addition, the lack of knowledge and attitude of pregnant women can also affect the success of Clinics EmOC. It is necessary for the realization of any expectant mothers in obtaining good information about Service Clinics EmOC.Objectives: To find out the relationship of knowledge with pregnant mothers attitude about Basic Emergency Obstetric Neonatal Care (EmOC) in clinic Bantul I Sewon Year of 2013.Methods: Descriptive analytic Study with cross sectional method. Abstract

The Medical Laboratory as a medical support unit can provide information about laboratory aspects of specimens or samples whose testing is carried out in the laboratory. Medical laboratories are a necessity that can diagnose diseases and check body health. Medical Laboratory business opportunities are increasing and also competing with competitors of similar companies. For this reason, Daksa Medical Laboratory needs a marketing strategy to attract the interest of its customers so that customers choose to have an examination at Daksa Medical Laboratory. The aim of this research is to analyze marketing plans and develop marketing strategies in the Medical Laboratory Business. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use literature studies, interviews and observations. The data that has been collected is analyzed thematically. The research results show that the marketing strategy planning for Daksa Medical Laboratory has been implemented very well. Strategic planning is carried out up to the long-term stage, according to business strategy and the lean business canvas model. Marketing planning is carried out in stages of goals and objectives, marketing strategy, marketing mix, sales activities, scenarios and assumptions and sales projections.

Abstract

This research uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaire. The population in this study were Head of Service Level Officials and Heads of Divisions/Fields/Sub-Departments in the Regional Government of Karanganyar Regency. The samples taken were officials at the level of Head of Service and Head of Section/Field/Sub-Department in BAPPEDA, DPPKAD and BKD in accordance with the research permit letter from the KESBANGPOLINMAS Agency. The number of samples in this research was 43 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the t test to test the hypothesis. The research results show that: (1) Participation in budget preparation influences the performance of regional government officials and H1 is supported by statistical testing at a significance level of 0.005 (p<0.05). (2) Leadership style influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance and H2 is supported statistically at a significance level of 0.032 (p<0.05). This shows that leadership style acts as a moderating variable which influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance. (3) Task complexity influences the relationship between budget preparation participation and apparatus performance and H3 is not supported statistically at the significance level of 0.136 (p>0.05).
