AbstractParenting patterns will shape behavior in children. Democratic parenting will make children more independent, easy to make decisions, and more confident so that they will get success in the future. Parental education is one of the important things in life because education provides broader insight and influences good parenting for their children.This study aims to determine the correlation between mother's level of education and democratic parenting in children aged 4 to 6 years.This study used a cross-sectional method at the Kuncup Harapan Kindergarten. The subject of this research is the parents of students. The population of this study was all parents of students. 53 respondents in this study were selected using simple random sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire.Results: The results of the analysis (Sig 0.017<0.05) showed a correlation between the level of mother's education and democratic parenting in students aged 4 to 6 years in Kuncup Harapan Kindergarten..Keywords: education level, democratic parenting

Hallucinations are the most common problems in nursing diagnoses of mental disordes. Hallucinations are the distortions of false perceptions that occur in maladaptive neurobiological responses. Hallucinations usually appear in patients with mental disorders the result of the change in reality orientation, patients feel the stimulation that actually does not exist. In this profession program the author has the opportunity to manage directly, by providing nursing care and analyzing the final results that will be documented in the form of final scientific work ners. The care of nursing for a client a of sensory perception disorder: sight and hearing hallucinations that is a symptom of an early psychosis, the majority of this case which happened in the end of adolescenceor early adulthood , confuse is the role which have affect to the fragile personality disorder so that there is the disorder of self-concept and pulling themselves from a social environment that gradually get the teenager become too deep in fantasy and cause the emergence of hallucinations. The nursing process is performed based on generalist nursing care standard for 9 days of hospitalization, Started from the date of 2 and 10 of May 2018. Theobtained results are the main nursing problems which is perception sensory disorder: hallucinations.The Implementations that focus on controlling hallucinatory efforts by rebuking and also modalities of therapy: psychoreligious. The nursing order that is provided give good results to the clients on the mark by no longer hearing the voices that often mock clients and the diminishing intensity of dajjal’s presence that be seen by the clients.

Asma adalah penyakit inflamasi (peradangan) kronik saluran napas yang ditandai adanya mengi, batuk, dan rasa sesak di dada yang berulang dan timbul terutama pada malam atau menjelang pagi akibat penyumbatan saluran pernapasan. Penyakit ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat dihampir semua negara di dunia, diderita oleh anak-anak sampai dewasa dengan derajat penyakit dari ringan sampai berat, bahkan beberapa kasus dapat menyebabkan kematian.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan obat yang meliputi nama obat, dosis obat, serta ketepatan obat pasien Asma Rawat Jalan di Puskesmas Mandai. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah semua data rekam medis yang lengkap kasus asma pasien rawat jalan umur 21 – < 61 tahun di Puskesmas Mandai Kabupaten Maros bulan Januari – Mei 2018. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari total sampel terdapat 30 pasien. Karakteristik Pasien berdasrkan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 66,7% dan perempuan 33,3%. Karakteristik berdasarkan usia yang lebih dominan 41-60 tahun sebanyak 50%. Golongan obat yang digunakan kortikosteroid dan β2 adrenergik Rasionalitas tepat indikasi sebanyak 100%, tepat Pasien sebanyak 100%, tepat obat sebanyak 100% dan tepat dosis 86,7% dan tidak tepat dosis sebanyak 13,3%. Kata kunci: Asma, rasionalitas, terapi.

Arabic language learning, particularly the study of nahwu, is crucial in understanding Islamic religious texts such as the Qur'an and Hadith. However, in many pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), the teaching and application of nahwu often face various challenges. Therefore, this community service program aims to optimize nahwu learning at Pesantren Motivator Qur'an Darussalam Klaseman by using the Al Miftah book as the main teaching material. This program involves intensive guidance for the students in learning nahwu rules, with an interactive and hands-on approach. The results of this activity show an improvement in the students' understanding and application of nahwu rules, which positively impacts their ability to comprehend Arabic texts, particularly in reading the Qur'an.
