Abstract

Virus Covid-19 menyebar sangat cepat sejak bulan Maret 2020 lalu di Indonesia hingga membuat WHO menyatakan virus COVID-19 sebagai pandemi di seluruh dunia. Merebaknya virus ini memberikan dampak ke semua aspek kehidupan terutama dalam dunia pendidikan dimana proses pembelajaran yang awalnya tatap muka beralih ke pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Kondisi tersebut membuat murid-murid terpaksa harus belajar dari rumah sehingga membuat homeschooling menjadi alternatif yang tepat bagi mereka. Dalam merealisasikan proses homeschooling maka orang tua harus mencari guru les privat dengan berbagai bidang keahlian. Namun pada praktiknya, proses pencarian guru les privat biasanya dilakukan secara konvesional sehingga memunculkan permasalahan dimana cukup menghabiskan waktu dari orang tua murid untuk mendapatkan informasi jasa guru les privat. Selain secara konvensional, dalam mencari jasa guru les privat juga dapat memanfaatkan situs online namun terdapat kekurangan dimana situs tersebut belum memiliki fitur yang cukup lengkap dalam memantau proses belajar-mengajar antara murid dan guru les privat tersebut. Dari permasalahan yang diuraikan, maka akan diusulkan sebuah solusi dengan membangun sebuah web app pencarian dan pemesanan jasa guru les privat online dengan menggunakan model bisnis C2C Marketplace atau sering disebut marketplace. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pencarian dan pemesanan jasa guru les privat telah dibangun dengan efektif dan efisien, karena terdapat fitur untuk memantau kegiatan belajar mengajar serta penilain untuk guru yang berfungsi untuk menjaga kualitas dari hasil bimbingan.

Abstract

Ballet is considered as one of the most difficult dance due to its technical posture demanded. If performed without guidance it may cause bad posture to ballerina and some serious injuries. A model in identifying different ballet poses is developed with artificial intelligence in order to tear down this barrier. The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a methodology that simplified Ballet Pose Recognition using an opensource framework called MediaPipe and a machine learning algorithm called Support Vector Machine. How the model work is it will pass through two stages: first, it extracts data points from an image dataset using the MediaPipe Pose Estimation library, and then it preprocesses the data, trains, validates, and tests it using the Support Vector Machine algorithm to do some pose classification. The model is trained in seven distinct ballet poses, including First Position, Second Position, Third Position, Fourth Position, Fifth Position, Tendu Devant, and Tendu Derrière. This is purposely done in order to assess the competence of the classification model. An accuracy score of 87% is achieved from the ballet pose classification model and is developed to work on images and live videos.

Abstract

PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma (KPM) is an electrical contractor company that provides high-quality solutions in Indonesia. Despite offering superior services, KPM faces challenges in providing easy access to information for customers. This community service project was conducted at the headquarters of PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma at Jl. Jaya II No. 23A, Sudirejo II, Medan City, North Sumatra, from April 2024 to May 2024, with the goal of developing a website to improve information access for customers and enhance company communication efficiency. The project stages included planning, where the development team collaborated with KPM staff to identify needs and determine the website design; website development based on feedback from the planning phase; testing and evaluation to ensure the website functions as expected; and staff training in the use and maintenance of the website. The results of this project show that the developed website successfully provided easier information access for customers and supported more efficient communication. The website features an organized structure, responsive design, and performs well across various devices and browsers. Staff training also effectively ensured their ability to manage and update content independently. In conclusion, the website successfully addressed the information access challenges at PT. Kurnia Putra Maduma and supported the company's communication efficiency. Recommendations include regular content updates, SEO optimization, performance monitoring, enhanced security.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including management and administration. Efficient scheduling and room management remain a major challenge for educational, governmental, and private institutions. Manual processes are often time-consuming, prone to errors, and lack flexibility in responding to dynamic changes. This research aims to design and develop a web-based information system for scheduling and room management to address these challenges effectively. The system provides features such as building and room management, schedule management, and user account handling, enhancing accessibility and reducing overlapping schedules and allocation errors. The development process involves system requirement analysis and modeling using Use Case and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The resulting system simplifies real-time monitoring, automates manual processes, and improves institutional operational efficiency. Testing through black-box methods confirmed the system's functionality and user-friendliness, ensuring reliable implementation for users. This study contributes to technological advancement by offering a practical solution to operational inefficiencies while laying the groundwork for further enhancements in system functionality and user interface design.

Abstract

In 2019, the trend of work-from-home or remote working began to be adopted by several companies in Indonesia. Along with this trend, there was a growing need for software that could monitor the performance of remote employees, one of which was Aplikasi ABC. To increase the adoption of this software, a digital marketing strategy based on observation was implemented, where its effectiveness was analyzed using data obtained from various marketing channels. This activity focuses on several online marketing strategies applied to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and brand awareness. The initial goal of the digital marketing campaign was to achieve an engagement and click-through rate of 5% of total impressions. However, by the end of 2019, the achieved rate was only 2.35%, primarily due to factors such as low brand awareness, less appealing ad designs, and ineffective headlines that failed to capture the target audience’s attention. Additionally, the campaign aimed for a 10% monthly increase in impressions with a marketing budget of less than IDR 5,000,000 per month. The analysis results indicate that advertising costs, SEO optimization, and landing page content quality significantly influence engagement growth and user conversion rates. From this activity, it can be concluded that a more effective digital marketing strategy requires optimized audience targeting, improved ad design quality, and the utilization of more targeted marketing channels. Moreover, well-optimized websites and landing pages can enhance customer retention and support successful user acquisition. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing more effective digital marketing strategies in the future.
