Abstract

The subjects of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) are the terms of Islamic Religious Education courses applied to universities of Muhammadiyah which is very significant in forming students as professional, intellectual, and personal religious learning learner according to the guidance of Islam that upholds the value of humanity,and able to compete in the era of globalization, therefore the implementation process of AIK curriculum subjects must be well managed, structured and systematic. This research is qualitative descriptive, conducted in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo, aimed to describe the implementation of curriculum management of the subjects of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiayahan in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction techniques, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that AIK curriculum management functions in STKIP Muhammadiyah Palopo were well implemented, supported by muhammadiyah cadres and other stakeholders.

Abstract

The research aims to know the improvement of education quality model school management based and to find out the the supporting and inhibiting factor in improving education quality model school management based. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data was analyzed through collecting data, data reducation, data display, and conclusion. The quality improvement model school management based in SMP N 8 Palopo has fulfilled eight quality standar by preferring five steps those are analyzing model school quality development data, analyzing root problem of model school development, planning model school quality development, and the imrpvement implementation of model school qualitydevelopment. The supporting factors of model school management based improvement are the principal leadership, creating well competention for teachers and students, and school guidance in improving school quality. The inhabitation factors are school environment, teachers, education quality and a number of teacher school activities.

Abstract

This research discusses the Problems of Limited Face-to-Face Learning in Islamic Religious Education Subject for Students at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo. This study aims to (a) find out the application of limited face-to-face learning on Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects to the students of UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo. (b) knowing the problems of limited face-to-face learning on Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo (c) limited face-to-face learning solutions for Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects for students at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research location is UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo. Subjects and objects of research are educators and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the data processing techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing as well as data verification and analysis. The results showed that UPT SMA Negeri 6 Palopo implemented a hybrid learning system, namely a limited face-to-face learning system and online learning with odd-even sessions. Problems in the limited face-to-face from educators are the limitations in controlling students who take online learning, the concentration is divided so that it is less focused, the delivery of material seems rushed because of the limited time duration. Meanwhile, from students, there are demands to adapt to the type of learning they receive. Problems in learning religious education are the lack of students' understanding of the material provided, lack of motivation, there are still students who are not proficient in reading and memorizing prayers in the material for handling corpses. Efforts to overcome the problems of Limit. Face-to-Face Learning, namely for students who have a turn to study online, the learning model is in the form of presenting short material in the form of important points through WA groups or other applications and dominant in assignments. Meanwhile, those who get a face-to-face turn are limited to focusing on explanations and deepening of material and discussions. Persuasive approach, giving advice, enthusiasm and motivation.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran role playing terintegrasi budaya tudang sipulung merupakan salah satu inovasi baru dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran. Budaya tudang Tudang sipulung merupakan budaya kearifan lokal yang berasal dari Bugis Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui analisis kebutuhan penggunaan model pembelajaran role playing terintegrasi budaya tudang Tudang sipulung, untuk mengetahui bentuk rancangan model pembelajaran role playing terintegrasi budaya tudang sipulung, untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas produk pengembangan model role playing terintegrasi budaya tudang sipulung, dan untuk mengetahui hasil praktikalitas pengembangan model pembelajaran role playing terintegrasi budaya tudang sipulung. Penelitian ini meliputi satu orang guru dan 8 siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Desain pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik penelitiaan ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, lembar angket serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan masalah, siswa dan guru membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang baru untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, model ini disusun dengan 9 langkah. Model pembelajaran ini diharapkan mampu memotivasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil validitas model pembelajaran oleh ahli desain dan model pembelajaran memperoleh skor 85% bernilai sangat valid dan uji praktikalitas memperoleh skor 95% kategori sangat praktis.
