. Pengumpulan data kualitatif digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian bermaksud untuk menjawab permasalahan terkat fungsi dan makna lamak Dalam kepercayaan umat Hindu pada perayaan hari galungan serta kuningan. Lamak memiliki fungsi dan sarat akan makna yang ditandai oleh simbol-simbol yang menyertainya, oleh peneliti menjadi tujuan utama dari penelitian ini, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Kecamatan Dumoga Tengah, Desa Werdhi Agung. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi. Data-data tersebut diferivikasi melalui penyejian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lamak memiliki fungsi dekorasi yang ditempatkan pada pelinggih, pura, dan juga pada penjor saat hari raya Galungan dan Kuningan. Lamak dengan segala ornamentasinya memiliki makna sang pencipta, penguasa alam semesta, keindahan, kesucian, keluwesan, kesuburan bagi umat Hindu di Desa Werdhi Agung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsi dan menjelaskan Makna, Fungsi, dan Bentuk Bale Kul-kul Pura Pejenengan ditinjau dari aspek religius dan estetis dalam perspektif Hindu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan harapan dapat menjawab persoalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Werdhi Agung Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Data yang diperoleh didapat melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Bale Kul-kul Pura Pejenengan terdiri dari tujuh tingkatan, memiliki bentuk persegi, empat sisi yang mengarah ke Utara, Timur, Barat, dan Selatan. Terdapat ornamen organis yakni manusia, tumbuhan, dan Hewan. Bale kul-kul Pura Pejenengan memiliki fungsi religius dalam kepercayaan umat Hindu.

ABSTRAKPotensi kehadiran wisatawan asing dalam suatu destinasi wisata belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal akibat kurangnya kemampuan berkomunikasi berbahasa Inggris para pengelola yang meliputi pemandu wisata, pedagang, penyedia jasa kuliner, jasa foto, jasa parkir, dan aktivitas lainnya. Permasalahan ini dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha pariwisata di Bukit Kasih Kanonang Kecamatan Kawangkoan kabupaten Minahasa yakni rendahnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris mencakup percakapan sederhana sehubungan dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan, serta penguasaan tata bahasa dan percakapan dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan pelaku wisata di kawasan wisata Bukit Kasih Kanonang melalui peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris Menjawab permasahan yang dihadapi, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakaksanakan langkah penyelesaian masalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kemampuan bajasa Inggris dalam konteks peran dan fungsi serta wawasan pelaku usaha pariwisata. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop dan pelatihan ini menyajikan materi Bahasa Inggris terkait dengan peran dan fungsi pengelola kawasan wisata serta pengetahuan tentang tata cara berinteraksi dengan pengunjung baik lokal maupun mancananegara. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman dan wawasan dari kelompok mitra dalam melayani dan berinteraksi dengan wisatawan mancanegara dan munculnya dorongan untuk mengembangkan produk layanan berupa pembuatan pamlet Bukit Kasih. Dengan demikian harapan akan terjadinya peningkatan layanan jasa pemandu wisata dan peningkatan pendapatan kelompok mitra dapat diwujudkan. Sebagai refleksi, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat serupa perlu dilakukan kembali dengan melibatkan lebih banyak mitra dan lebih intensif untuk mempercepat peningkatan dan perluasan layanan jasa kepariwisataan di kawasan Bukit Kasih Kanonang Minahasa.ABSTRACTThe potential visit of foreign tourists to a tourist destination cannot be benefited optimally due to the lack of English communication skills of the tourism doers, including tour guides, traders, culinary service providers, photo services, parking services, and other activities. Such problems are faced by tourism business actors in Bukit Kasih Kanonang, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency, namely the low mastery of English, including simple conversations related to the work being done and mastery of grammar and basic conversation. Thus, this community service activity aims to empower tourism actors in the Bukit Kasih Kanonang tourist area through improving English language skills. In the intention to respond to the problems, this community service activity takes some steps for problem-solving by conducting socialization and training English skills in the context of roles and functions and insight into business actors. Tourist. The activities carried out in workshops and training present English language materials related to the roles and functions of tourism area managers and knowledge about how to interact with visitors both locally and abroad. The results show that this activity impacts understanding and insight from partner groups in serving and interacting with foreign tourists and the emergence of an impetus to develop service products by making Bukit Kasih pamphlets. Thus, the expectation of an increase in tour guide services and an increase in the income of partner groups can be realized

This research was conducted in Werdhi Agung Village, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, which is the location of the Pemaksan Panti Batur Sari Temple. This research aims to reveal and describe the form, function and meaning contained in the Gelung Temple of Pura Panti Batur Sari from a religious and aesthetic perspective from a Hindu religious perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach to obtain actual information to answer existing problems. The data sources obtained in this research were obtained from observation, interviews with sources, and literature study. From the research results, it is known that the Gelung Temple at Pemaksan Panti Batur Sari Temple has a tall shape and a roof that tapers upwards as a symbol of a mountain. The temple is divided into three parts, namely the foot of the temple, the body of the temple, and the roof of the temple. Organic ornaments were also found, namely Flora, Fauna, Humans. Most of the ornaments in Gelung Temple are also realized in the form of Lelengisan ornaments.

Sikayu woven fabric not only has historical value as a cultural expression, but is also recognized as a work of art that has aesthetic value, so the purpose of this study is to identify the history of Sikayu woven fabric and identify the aesthetic value of each supporting element of Sikayu woven fabric. This research adopts a qualitative method that produces descriptive data, utilizing observation, interviews with sources, and literature studies to obtain accurate information, this research was basically carried out in Mogolain Kotamobagu as a research location because it supports researchers in conducting data analysis. The results showed that Sikayu woven fabric is not only a textile product, but also a symbol of historical and cultural values. The visualization of these values is reflected in the form, motif, art structure, art style, and art function that form the elements of the work. The unity, complexity, and solemnity of each work are clear evidence of the rich artistic values contained in the Sikayu woven fabric. The implications of this research are the history and aesthetics of the Sikayu woven fabric.

North Sulawesi is identical with coconut plants, in addition to being a source of economy but also one of the leading commodities and inseparable from people's lives. However, until now coconut farmers still have difficulty getting quality and cheap consumption oil. Observing the problems of the community, State Senior High School 1 Wori raised it as material for the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Entrepreneurship Theme implementing coconut oil processing technology as well as a learning medium. However, the coconut oil processing carried out by students is still simple and of low quality. This activity aims to apply coconut oil processing technology as a learning medium and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar program at SMA 1 Wori to produce quality coconut oil. The method used is a combination of the Problem Based Learning method with the Life Skill Education approach to coconut processing entrepreneurship. Through this activity, students in addition to gaining knowledge and skills as well as direct experience of Life Skill Education to process coconut oil with technology and can produce quality coconut oil.
