Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of empowerment strategies PPMK in Bandar Lampung through revolving fund programs and computer training and to determine the benefits of revolving fund programs and computer training through PPMK in Bandar Lampung.  This research was conducted in May until August 2014.  Primary and secondary data were collected in this reserch.  The sampling used purposive sampling with 49 research subjects. The data was analyzed by qualitative, and collected by observation, interview, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion. The results showed that strategies of Society Empowerment (PPMK) through computer training and revolving funds was effective, since the implementation of the carried out activities were suitable with the general guidelines PPMK such as, Utilization of funds for productive business were 80%, the amount of funds that had been appropriate for running the business were 71.43%, for the computer trainings the training result used by participants to get a job was 79.58%, the materials application of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Exel that had given appropriately amounting to 67.86 %. The benefit for the participants after the revolving fund was the participants could use the received funds to increase business capital, to develop and to promote the business, then to fulfill the household necessity whereas the benefits for the participants after the computer program was getting knowledge, getting certificates that may use for applying jobs and for opening new computer businesses. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) level efectiveness of GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency, and 2) factors that have relation with effectiveness of GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency.  These researches were conducted at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency. Samples of this study amount to of 53 respondents randomly. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis, qualitatif, tabulation and Rank Spearman correlation.  The results showed: 1) level of effectiveness GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency it has been well, because the specific purpose of GSMK program had been achieved and GSMK program also could  create satisfaction and pride for the result they had been done, and 2) factors that have relation with effectiveness of GSMK program at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency were society’s level of knowledge about GSMK program, society’s attitude about GSMK program and role of Pokmas in GSMK program. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect organic rice production, determine the level of efficiency of organic rice production, find out the marketing chain of organic rice and the prospects for sustainability of the organic rice program after the assistance project was completed. The research was conducted in Central Lampung Regency on March-May 2018. The research sample consisted of 32 organic rice farmers using a census method. Data were analyzed using Cobb-Douglass production function method, frontier production function, and S-C-P (Structure, Conduct, Performance) method. The results showed that the prospect of the sustainability of the program with the SRI method was not successfully implemented and the factors that affected the organic rice production were seeds and compost fertilizer. Farmers in Central Lampung Regency from year to year have always experienced a decline in organic rice production, which has an effect on the level of farming efficiency. The value of technical efficiency obtained was 86.21% and the value of ?bi?1, so that farming has not been efficient. Organic rice at the research site was marketed from farmers to farmer groups and directly to consumers. The RPM value obtained was equal to 3.74%.Keywords: analyze, efficiency, marketing, production, organic rice

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction of coffee powder and the marketing mix of coffee powder agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used was a case study. Research location was determined purposively. The number of interviewed sample was 60 respondents that were chosen by snowball sampling. Respondents of this study consisted of consumers of coffee powder, owners, industry and trade in Bandar Lampung City, and expert of University Lampung chosen by snowball sampling. The study was conducted in February-April 2018. The data analysis method used has the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and analysis descriptive. The results showed that: consumers of Cap Jempol coffee powder in Bandar Lampung City were in satisfied criteria. The marketing mix for agroindustry has implemented marketing strategy (marketing mix).Keywords :agroindustry, consumer satisfaction, coffee powder, marketing mix

Abstract

Salah satu program pemerintah untuk meminimalisir distribusi pupuk bersubsidi yang tidak tepat waktu dan tidak tepat sasaran program billing system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan respon petani padi pada program billing system. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Candipuro, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu petani peserta program billing system yang berjumlah 93 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Waktu pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2019. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis peringkat korelasi rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon petani terhadap program billing system dilihat dari manfaat, pelaksanaan dan aksesibilitas program masuk dalam kategori baik. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan respon petani terhadap program billing system adalah tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat pemenuhan syarat program, dukungan pemerintah dan kepemilikan modal petani untuk menebus pupuk subsidi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) persepsi petani jagung terhadap Program Upsus Pajale, (2) faktor-faktor terkait dengan persepsi petani jagung terhadap Program Upsus Pajale. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei, pada bulan September–Desember 2017. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Jumlah petani sampel ditentukan dengan metode acak sederhana dan metode alokasi proporsional, sehingga diperoleh n = 142 petani (n1 = 44 petani dan n2 = 98 petani). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji statistika non-paramterik Korelasi Peringkat Spearman. Hasil penelitian bahwa : (1) persepsi petani terhadap Program Upsus Pajale termasuk dalam katagori baik. (2) faktor-faktor terkait dengan pesepsi petani jagung terhadap program Upsus Pajale adalah: (X1) pengetahuan petani, dan (X3) interaksi sosial petani jagung, sedangkan (X2) lama petani berusahatani jagung tidak mempunyai hubungan yang nyata.

Abstract

The Birth of the Village Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages makes villages have an important role for regional autonomy, and village fund policies. With the existence of village funds as a source of village income originating from APBN transfers, sources of village original income (PADes) can be optimally supported if management is carried out properly. This study aims to determine the effect of village funds on PADes and analyze the use of village funds for village development activities. The study was conducted in a survey in 12 villages using descriptive analysis and paired sample T test. The results showed that there was no difference in PADes before and after village funds were given. This means that the presence or absence of village funds given to villages does not affect the increase in PADes received. 70 percent of villages in Pesawaran Regency the amount of PADes received is still zero or even decreased from the previous year. The management of village funds still has many shortcomings, both in the form of transparency to orderly rules ranging from independent villages to underdeveloped villages. 90 percent of villages utilize village funds for physical development activities and only Sukaraja Village (independent villages) which is larger utilize village funds for community development/empowerment activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the participation level of P3A member on the irrigation network development (PJI) program and to find out the factors related to participation level of P3A member on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency.  The location was chosen purposely in P3A Fajar Tirta Kencana with 72 samples.  This research was conducted in September 2016 using a survey method.  Data were analyzed descriptivel and used rank Spearman nonparametric statistics test.  The results showed that most of P3A membesr has low participation.  The factor related to participation level of P3A members on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency is intencity of communication.  The faremer’s age, level of formal education, the level of knowledge about PJI program, and the level of expectations to benefit program do not have a significant relationship with the participation level of P3A members on the irrigation network development (PJI) program in Fajar Esuk Village, Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. Key words: P3A, participation, PJI program
