Furthermore, this community service activity is integrated into the Nutrition Evaluation, Intervention, and Monitoring course, providing an off-campus experience for students. By using an integrated nutrition education model that combines various approaches and communication channels, it is hoped to increase the reach of nutrition education. Abstract

Digital transformation is increasingly essential for the sustainability and competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including the culinary subsector as a key pillar of Indonesia’s creative economy. However, digital adoption among culinary MSMEs remains fragmented and does not yet reflect comprehensive digital maturity. This article synthesizes the literature on digital maturity concepts, stages of digital transformation (digitisation–digitalisation–digital transformation), and the main barriers and contextual factors shaping digital maturity development in Indonesian culinary MSMEs. Using a narrative literature review, this study analyzes academic publications and institutional reports through thematic synthesis to identify key patterns and research gaps. The findings indicate that digital maturity is a gradual and multidimensional process encompassing strategy, operational processes, technology and data utilization, human resources and organizational culture, and customer management. Digital maturity advancement is constrained by structural barriers such as limited digital literacy, financing constraints, regulatory and infrastructure challenges, platform dependency, and geographical disparities. This article proposes a contextualized conceptual framework linking digital maturity stages with key enablers, barriers, and outcomes, contributing a context-sensitive perspective from a developing country and providing a foundation for future empirical research and MSME policy formulation.

Abstract

Tourism drives economic growth, cultural preservation, and regional income, yet the iconic Floating Market in Banjarmasin City has seen visitor numbers drop sharply from 79,120 in 2023 to 61,356 in 2024. Modern land infrastructure, river pollution, and limited facilities have diminished its traditional charm, prompting the need for smarter promotion strategies. This study investigates how social media marketing and destination image affect tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, with city branding acting as a moderator, among visitors to Banjarmasin’s Floating Market. Data were gathered via an online questionnaire from 250 tourists and analyzed using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS version 4. The results show that social media marketing and destination image both positively influence tourist satisfaction. Destination image and tourist satisfaction significantly affect revisit intention, while social media marketing has no direct effect on revisit intention. Most importantly, city branding moderates the relationship between social media marketing and revisit intention, strengthening the path when city branding is high. These findings highlight the urgent need for Banjarmasin authorities and market managers to weave a consistent “City of a Thousand Rivers” brand into social media campaigns. Combining authentic cultural storytelling with improved site conditions can revive visitor interest, enhance satisfaction, and secure long-term loyalty for this unique heritage attraction.
