This study aimed to determine the influence of E-Commerce on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products, to determine the influence of Online Transportation on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products, to determine the influence of E-Commerce and Online Transportation on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative data is used in this study, which is obtained in number forms. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from questionnaire distribution to customers / business partners of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering. Secondary data is obtained from data and literature which have relationship with this study The population in this study is customers / business partners of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering with the total of 60 respondents. Using saturation sampling method, the sample total is equal to population sample. Data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis method. Results of the analysis show that E-Commerce does not have significant effect on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products based on partial test result hypothesis. Results of the analysis show Online Transportation does not have significant effect on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products based on partial test result hypothesis. Results of the analysis show that E-Commerce and Online Transportation does not have significant effect on selling price of CV. Surya Sakti Engineering’s products based on simultaneously test result hypothesis. This study hypothesis result according to coefficient determination apparently shows that there is 3,3% where Selling Price is affected by E-Commerce and Online Transportation. This result therefore shows that Selling Price is affected by unanalyzed variables such as TV advertising, pop-up advertising, competitors, dan more other variables approximately 96,7%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ekuitas merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chicken, mengetahui apakah harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chicken, mengetahui apakah lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chicken dan mengetahui apakah ekuitas merek, harga dan lokasi sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chicken. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka atau bilangan. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekuitas merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chiken Hasil analisis menunjukkan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chiken. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chiken. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekuitas merek, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Quality Fried Chiken artinya bahwa ekuitas merek, harga dan lokasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, seperti promosi, kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Pengawasan Manajemen terhadap Perkembangan Perusahaan PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas Cabang Medan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripstif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 1003 responden. Analisis ini mencakup validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi Kewirausahaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Perkembangan Perusahaan PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas Cabang Medan dan variabel Pengawasan Manajemen secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Perkembangan perusahaan PT Ekuator Swarna Sekuritas Cabang Medan. Secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Perkembangan Perusahaan).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dari Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dan berjumlah sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Motivasi Berwirausahadan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Bisnis Farmasi di Kecamatan Medan Petisah. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh nilai R square (R2) yang artinya bahwa Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang berasal dari luar model penelitian ini seperti kemampuan usaha dan karakteristik kewirausahaan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, and consumer trust on online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were all STIE Eka Prasetya students who registered for T.A 2020/2021 who had shopped online shopee, totaling 120 people. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 92 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the security variables, and consumer trust have an effect on the online shopee, shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t-test), which also show significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the security variables, and consumer confidence on the online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students, and the effect is 71.7%, this is evidenced by the determination test. So it is suggested to the online shopee shopee management to maintain consumer data and information, so that consumer confidence in buying shopee online shopee increases.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were all students of STIE Eka Prasetya who already had a business independently, totaling 147 people. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 107 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self- Efficacy have an effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test), and also it shows the significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Entrepreneurship Education, and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Motivation of STIE Eka Prasetya’s students, and the effect is 49%, this is evidenced by the determination test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang KCU Asia. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BCA cabang KCU Asia sebanyak 52.000 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel slovin dengan tingkat toleransi kesalahan 10% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 99 responden. Desain penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada Bank BCA. Variabel Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada kepuasan nasabah Bank Central Asia cabang KCU Asia sebesar 74,4%.

This study aims to determine The Relationship of Timeliness and Price to Consumer Goals in PT. Kalerindo Semesta Abadi. This study uses quantitative data and the data source is secondary data. The unit of analysis and observation in this study is the shop with a total population of 150 shop. From the population selected by the random sampling technique obtained 150 samples. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the regression equation for Consumer Goals = 1.812 + 0,419 Relationship of Timeliness + 0,178 Price + e. Researchers also use a significance level of 5%. The results of the partial study show that Relationship of Timeliness has a value of tcount > ttable which is 2.866 > 1.972 and a significant value of <0.05, which is 0.005 < 0.05. Price has a value of tcount > ttable with the value is 6.776 > 1.972 and the significant value < 0.05 which is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously show that Relationship of Timeliness, Price, and Consumer Goals has , Fcount > Ftable with a value of 50.808 > 3.06 and a significant value < 0.05, which is 0.000 < 0, 05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.507 or 50.7%, which means that the variable Consumer Goals can be explained by the variable the Relationship of Timeliness and Price. While the remaining 49.3% is the variable Consumer Goals. can be explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as Market Segmentation, Market targeting and Sales Volume.

Bagaimana memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik agar kelak konsumen dapat kembali lagi. Wawasan mengenai Perspektif Experential Marketing dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada pegiat usaha Desa Pematang Johar bagaimana melayani konsumen agar konsumen merasa spesial dan merasa terlibat dalam menggunakan produk. Keterlibatan konsumen secara emosional dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan penjualan.

This research was conducted to find out how the Effect of Distance Learning and Learning Motivation on the learning satisfaction of semester V students majoring in computerized Accounting. AMIK Medicom. This study used three variables consisting of bound variables, namely student learning satisfaction (Y), while the free variables were distance learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2). The type of research used is explanatory research through associative research, which is research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. The population in this study was students in semester V of the computerized accounting department of AMIK Medicom totaling 51 people. The data collection method is carried out with a questionnaire of literature studies, and observation. Data analysis carried out in this study is a hypothesis test with a t-test (partial test) and an F-test (simultaneous test). The results of this study were obtained that: (1) based on the partial test of Distance Learning Affects the learning satisfaction of students in semester V majoring in computerized Accounting with a t-test of 4,147. (2) Based on the partial test, learning motivation affects the learning satisfaction of students of AMIK Medicom with a t-test of 3,285. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test of the Effect of Distance Learning and Learning Motivation on the Learning Satisfaction of AMIK Medicom Students with an F test of 7,814.
