Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Service and Consumer Trust on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The population in this research is consumers of Prima Elektronik totaling 1,498 respondents. The technique of determining the samples used in this research is the Slovin formula and totaling 94 respondents. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through library research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method is used to solve problems and prove hypotheses with descriptive analysis, and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The t-test results show Service variable had a positive and significant on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The Consumer Trust variable had a positive and significant on Consumer Loyalty at Prima Elektronik. The F test results show that the independent variables Service and Consumer Trust adjusted for the variable Consumer Loyalty. Test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the Consumer Loyalty variables are supported by Service and Consumer Trust variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Sales on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Personal Sales and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who made purchases of the company's products at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto during the 2020 period as many as 47,529 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. The analysis of this study used the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results showed that Personal Selling partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, Product Quality partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao.

Abstract

Mengelola suatu usaha bukan hanya memperhatikan produk yang dihasilkan saja. Pelayanan prima dari pegiat usaha di Desa Pematang Johar juga merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan. Bagaimana memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik agar kelak konsumen dapat kembali lagi. Wawasan mengenai Perspektif Experential Marketing dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada pegiat usaha Desa Pematang Johar bagaimana melayani konsumen agar konsumen merasa spesial dan merasa terlibat dalam menggunakan produk. Keterlibatan konsumen secara emosional dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat dan motivasi mahasiswa menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce dan media sosial dalam menjalankan usaha sampingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei menggunakan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada mahasiswa di kota Kisaran dengan teknik random sampling kepada 146 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reaksi positif mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce dan media sosial. Dengan menggunakan e-commerce dan media sosial mahasiswa merasakan kenaikan pendapatan yang sangat bagus dari sebelumnya. Karena dengan menggunakan e-commerce dan media sosial tersebut semakin luas pasar yang mereka miliki dan semakin meningkat juga pendapatan yang mereka dapatkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Kreativitas dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Studi Kasus pada Ruang Kopi Koju Cabang Cemara Asri Medan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ruang Kopi Koju serta unit observasinya adalah Konsumen Ruang Kopi Koju. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Ruang Kopi Koju selama tahun 2022 yaitu sebanyak 8.640 konsumen dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha dan variabel Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Studi Kasus pada Ruang Kopi Koju. Hasil dari uji F menunjukkan bahwa Kreativitas dan Inovasi Produk secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.

Abstract

This quantitative study examines the relationship between customer purchase intention in Indonesia and environmental awareness, sustainable company image, and green product costs. Likert scale items were used to measure the dimensions in a survey with 279 Indonesian consumers as a sample. Regression analysis was performed on the data using SPSS version 26. The findings showed a strong positive correlation between customer purchase intention, green product price, sustainable company image, and environmental awareness. In particular, customer purchase intention was positively influenced by more environmental awareness and good opinions of business sustainability. Furthermore, Indonesian customers showed a readiness to pay more for environmentally friendly goods. Businesses and legislators seeking to encourage sustainability and ecologically conscious customer behavior in Indonesia should take note of these findings.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on the business world. Data were gathered using a variety of research tools, such as questionnaires for respondents, literature reviews, and direct observation The research is quantitative and uses purposive sampling techniques by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to a sample of 96 people.. To evaluate the data, multiple linear regression analysis was used. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis to develop and evaluate three hypothese.. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that digital transformation and social media influence the increase in sales in CV.Grand Graphics, where digital transformation affected 12.1% and social media affected 13.3%, as well as the influence of digital and social transformation on increased sales in CVs. Grand Graphics is 2.1%, where other variables affect sales in CV.Grand Grafika is Price and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of E-CRM and E-Marketing on Market Orientation in Alligator Roastery. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods as well as data sources in the form of primary and secondary data. The population in the study is all consumers on Alligator Roastery by 2023. The sample size is 110 consumers with a tolerable error rate of 5%. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that E-CRM partially had no positive and insignificant effect on Market Orientation at Alligator Roastery. E-Marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on Market Orientation in the Café Alligator Roastery business. Based on the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously, it is known that the results of the F-test show that E-CRM and E-Marketing simultaneously affect Market Orientation in Alligator Roastery. The magnitude of R Square is 50.3% which means that E-CRM and E-Marketing can explain their influence on Market Orientation by 50.3%.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity was carried out by the faculty team of STIE Eka Prasetya at the request of the Chairwoman of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Asahan District Health Office on Februari 2, 2024. The activity, titled Optimizing Time Management with Paper Craft Creativity, aimed to enhance creativity, foster a sense of togetherness, and optimize the free time of the Dharma Wanita members through the creation of paper flower crafts using tissue paper. The materials taught included crafting tulip and aster flowers as well as aesthetic flower pots made from plastic straws. The results of the activity demonstrated high enthusiasm from the participants, who produced beautiful and neat creations. The outputs of this activity were two flower pots containing tulip and aster flowers, while the outcomes included increased creativity, knowledge of paper crafts, a sense of togetherness, and better time management. A total of 99% of participants stated that the activity was highly beneficial. This article discusses the background, implementation, results, and implications of the activity, aimed at empowering the Dharma Wanita community through productive and creative activities. Keywords: Dharma Wanita, Aesthetic Flower, Paper Craft, Time Management  Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh tim dosen STIE Eka Prasetya atas permintaan Ketua Dharma Wanita Persatuan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan pada 2 Desember 2024. Kegiatan bertajuk Optimizing Time Management with Paper Craft Creativity bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, rasa kebersamaan, dan pemanfaatan waktu luang ibu-ibu Dharma Wanita dengan membuat kerajinan bunga dari kertas tisu. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi pembuatan bunga tulip dan aster serta pot bunga estetik dari sedotan plastik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta, yang menghasilkan karya cantik dan rapi. Output dari kegiatan ini adalah dua pot bunga berisi bunga tulip dan aster, sementara outcome mencakup peningkatan kreativitas, pengetahuan kerajinan kertas, rasa kebersamaan, dan pengelolaan waktu. Sebanyak 99% peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat. Artikel ini membahas latar belakang, pelaksanaan, hasil, dan implikasi kegiatan dalam rangka meningkatkan pemberdayaan komunitas ibu-ibu Dharma Wanita melalui aktivitas kreatif yang produktif. Kata kunci: Bunga Estetik, Dharma Wanita, Kerajinan Kertas, Manajemen Waktu
