Abstract

Abstract

The growth of smartphone users in Indonesia opens up business opportunities for service providers, in particular via m-commerce. However, along with these great opportunities and rivalry, service providers are required to make consumers faithful to the products and services they deliver.  This research aimed to develop a conceptual model for an application based on m-commerce, particularly in the context of the mobile travel agent application.  The research model was based on the application of five dimensions of mobile service quality (M-S-QUAL), customer engagement, and commitment as the predecessor factors of customer loyalty.  The study was conducted on 760 MTA application users who participated in an online survey.  The data were divided into two groups based on the level of income to be further analyzed using the Multigroup Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).  The Multigroup SEM analysis showed that the concept of customer loyalty was explained differently by the two groups with different income levels.

Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates how digital transformation enhances organizational resilience in women’s fashion SMEs through the roles of digital transformation, innovation capability and organizational agility, grounded in Dynamic Capabilities Theory. Utilizing non-probability purposive sampling, data were collected from 92 SMEs in the Jabodetabek region and analyzed via SEM-PLS and SPSS 15.0. Findings indicate that digital transformation significantly strengthens innovation capability and directly enhances organizational resilience, though it does not significantly affect organizational agility. Innovation capability emerges as a robust predictor of both organizational agility and resilience, while agility itself directly contributes to resilience. The study extends Dynamic Capabilities Theory to resource-constrained creative-sector SMEs in developing economies, demonstrating their capacity to cultivate strategic capabilities amid turbulence. It addresses a critical gap in the literature by empirically examining the interplay among digital transformation, innovation capability, agility, and resilience within an SME context. Practical implications suggest that support institutions, business coaches, and policymakers can leverage this model to design targeted development programs that foster adaptive, proactive, and resilient SMEs capable of navigating uncertainties such as volatile consumer demand, economic instability, and digital disruption

Abstract

Sistem ini memungkinkan pemantauan berkelanjutan dan penilaian objektif, sehingga meningkatkan manajemen risiko pengadaan dan mendukung efisiensi operasional pusat penjualan dan distribusi X. Abstract[Design of Supplier Performance Assessment and Evaluation Mechanism at Sales and Distribution Center X Using Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) and ISM-Fuzzy MICMAC Approach]Sales and distribution center X sales decline from 2021 to 2023 due to the external disruptions, like the global pandemic and changes in technology demand. Internal analysis showed weak supplier performance, especially in on-time delivery, product quality, and claim handling. No formal and clear supplier evaluation system risks slowing recovery and cutting long-term competitiveness. This study aims to make a strategic supplier assessment and evaluation system that matches business goals and follows global standards like ISO 9001 and the Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (SAFE FoS). The study uses both qualitative and quantitative methods, including gap analysis to set goals and build criteria, checked by literature and interviews with stakeholders. Criteria are weighted with Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) and hierarchical mapping with ISM–Fuzzy MICMAC. The research output includes a structured scorecard, indicators, and standard evaluation steps that helps ongoing monitoring, fair assessment, and higher operational efficiency. Keywords: Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM); Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM); Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Appliquée à un Classement (MICMAC); supplier performance; performance assessment indicators

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic forced non-essential sectors to limit operations, leading to financial decline. Organizational readiness to adopt digital technology has become critical for firms' survival. However, limited empirical research has explored the correlation between organizational readiness, financial performance, and project performance. This study aims to address this gap by examining these relationships. Using a quantitative approach, this study employed non-probability purposive sampling, collecting 85 data points between December 27, 2021, and January 27, 2022. A total of 30 indicators were used to measure five research constructs, and the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that organizational readiness positively influences project performance through the mediating effect of organizational capabilities, specifically dynamic capabilities and project management capabilities. Both dynamic capabilities and project management capabilities positively affect project performance. Additionally, the study reveals a positive correlation between project performance and financial performance. However, dynamic capabilities do not significantly impact project management capabilities. This study suggests that top management should optimize the utilization of existing assets, enhance technical capabilities, align resources with strategic objectives, foster innovation, secure organizational support, cultivate an innovative work environment, and maintain a clear business vision.
