Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital wallets service qualities using Kano Model. Understanding customer needs and satisfaction is crucial in developing products. Background Problems: In the “new normal” era, payment method is predicted to shift to digital wallets. For quality improvement, digital wallet companies should understand customer needs and satisfaction. This study used the Kano model to analyze customer needs and satisfaction in OVO and ShopeePay, two digital wallets widely used for online shopping transactions during COVID19. Novelty: Although studies into the Kano model implementation towards e-commerce exist, there are no specific studies on the model implementation concerning digital wallet payments amid COVID-19. The Kano model is significant in understanding which software products generate high customer satisfaction, which will give a greater influence, as well as necessary attributes for the customers. Research Methods: This study employed the Kano model as one of the most relevant method to measure customer satisfaction by measured of each attribute’s quality. Finding/Results: Most features of OVO and ShopeePay are categorized into the “must be” and “one dimensional” category. The satisfaction map results indicate that most items placed in the “indifferent” quadrant denote the unfulfilled customer expectations. Conclusion: OVO and ShopeePay should improve the items placed in the “indifferent” quadrant first. This study contributes empirically and theoretically by emphasizing the Kano model’s utility for digital wallet services and providing new insights for digital wallet companies and the government on Indonesians’ usage of digital wallets in the “new normal”.

Abstract

Penggunaan plastik yang berlebihan telah menjadi masalah serius bagi lingkungan masyarakat Indonesia, terutama di Gampong Baroh, Kecamatan Langsa Lama, Kota Langsa. Eskalasi masalah ini menciptakan tantangan yang mendalam terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Dalam upaya tegas untuk mengatasi dampak negatif dari penggunaan plastik yang meluas, dilaksanakanlah sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan alat pencacah sampah plastik yang tidak hanya efisien tetapi juga dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dengan lebih mudah. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah memberikan solusi lokal yang efektif dalam mengelola dan mengurangi dampak sampah plastik dengan pendekatan berkelanjutan. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan ini, dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan alat pencacah sampah plastik dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat setempat. Melalui kolaborasi erat dengan warga Gampong Baroh, tim pengabdian bersama-sama menguji kinerja alat pencacah sampah plastik ini. Hasil dari program pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat pencacah sampah plastik telah membawa efisiensi yang cukup signifikan. Masyarakat tidak hanya menerima dengan positif inisiatif ini, tetapi juga menyambutnya dengan antusiasme. Keberhasilan program ini tidak hanya tercermin dalam efisiensi alat tersebut tetapi juga dalam perasaan kepuasan dan kebahagiaan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

      The focus of this research is based on the increasing use of digital platforms as the main medium for transactions, especially for MSMEs which aim to expand market reach and increase competitiveness. The population in this study consists of consumers who have made several purchases and consumed MSME products. From this population, a sample of 200 respondents was selected using accidental sampling or convenience sampling techniques. The findings show that service quality and information quality contribute significantly to consumer satisfaction. These variables collectively have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This research provides valuable insight for MSME practitioners in Langsa City, especially in understanding the importance of service quality and information quality in increasing consumer satisfaction. These findings can be used as strategic considerations to improve the quality of interactions with consumers and increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan persepsi label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, metode regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji parsial, uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26, dengan tingkat error sebesar 5%. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil uji t yaitu pengetahuan produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal, dan persepsi label halal secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan produk dan persepsi label halal secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa 29% keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan produk dan persepsi label halal. Sedangkan 71% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues have driven micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to evolve in two key areas: digitalization and business sustainability. However, many MSMEs in remote regions, such as Tripe Jaya Subdistrict in Gayo Lues Regency, still encounter several challenges, including low digital literacy, traditional marketing methods, and a limited understanding of green marketing practices. This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the digital capabilities and business sustainability of MSMEs that produce lemongrass oil through training and mentoring focused on technology and green marketing principles. The approach includes conducting initial assessments, providing digital and green marketing training, and implementing participatory-based monitoring and evaluation. The program's outcomes indicate significant improvements across four key areas: understanding of green production improved from 10% to 70%, local production skills increased from 35% to 80%, digital marketing proficiency rose from 30% to 90%, and environmental awareness grew from 20% to 85%. Additionally, the partner MSMEs successfully developed digital catalogs, adopted eco-friendly packaging, created marketplace accounts, and utilized social media for promotion. The mentoring process also included students as learning partners through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, providing them with hands-on experience in developing science-based, practical solutions. This initiative demonstrates that integrated and participatory training methods can accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs and establish a foundation.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic analysis of the conceptual development of dynamic capabilities in the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. To remain competitive, MSMEs are required to possess a high level of adaptability. One relevant approach to explaining this adaptive capability is the concept of dynamic capabilities, which includes the abilities to sense, seize, and reconfigure. The objective of this study is to map the development of literature related to dynamic capabilities within the Indonesian MSME context and to identify existing conceptual and practical gaps. The research method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Literature was collected from leading databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, Emerald, and SINTA using the Publish or Perish application, covering the period from 2020 to 2024. From the 49 selected articles, a process of screening, coding, and thematic analysis was conducted. The findings indicate that dynamic capabilities significantly contribute to the resilience, innovation, and performance of MSMEs. However, there remain inconsistencies in definitions and measurement approaches. Moreover, this study is limited to the MSME sector, which restricts the generalizability of the findings. The main contribution of this study is to provide a systematic mapping of recent literature and to propose future research directions and policy recommendations that support the strengthening of dynamic capabilities among MSMEs, particularly in the face of business environmental uncertainty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja bantuan sosial, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan penggunaan internet terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh periode 2011–2024. Ketiga variabel tersebut dipilih untuk menggambarkan peran kebijakan fiskal, dinamika makroekonomi, dan transformasi digital dalam menekan pengangguran di daerah berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder tahunan yang diperoleh dari BPS dan Kemenkeu RI. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan EViews 12, serta diuji melalui asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis (t dan F test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh. Variabel belanja bantuan sosial berperan sebagai automatic stabilizer yang mampu menekan dampak perlambatan ekonomi terhadap lapangan kerja. Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengangguran, mendukung keberlakuan Hukum Okun di tingkat daerah. Sementara itu, penggunaan internet memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap penurunan pengangguran, menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penciptaan lapangan kerja baru dan peningkatan efisiensi ekonomi daerah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara kebijakan fiskal, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan transformasi digital berperan penting dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Provinsi Aceh.
