Abstract

Seringkali terjadi perusahaan kita (Indonesia) terhalang masuk pasar dunia, bukan karena pasarnya yang menolak, tetapi adanya kelompok penghalang yang disebut blocking Stakeholders. Negara-negara maju yang kapitalistik itu akan berusaha untuk menghambat produk negara sedang berkembang (Dunia Ketiga), memasuki pasar global dengan berbagai dalih mengendalikan pasar. Melihat fenomena di atas, sudah selayaknya digencarkannya kegiatan Marketing Public Relations, untuk produk, perusahaan, dan negara kita (Indonesia) menyertai usaha-usaha diplomatik (orientasi politik) yang selama ini dilakukan. Sudah saatnya pula seorang pejabat khusus di setiap kedutaan (KBRI) di mancanegara yang bertugas secara cermat, akurat dan efektif menangani kegiatan Public Relations yang terkait langsung dengan masalah-masalah marketing bagi produk-produk Indonesia di pasar global.

Abstract

In Indonesian society, teacher has a unique position, beside as knowledge, perception, attitude, ehviour transferor also as a role model to the society. It is more than an evolutionary modernization; globalization has touched almost every aspects of life fantastically and jointly, shook every cultural foundations, roots and national defense. Together with family and society, teacher is an institution which tries to control them. In reality, teacher is expected to give his or her biggest effort compared to the other two. On the other hand, teacher burden felt harder from time to time in an artificial, economic oriented and marginalizing noble values society. Teacher is losing their prestige whereas teacher is also expected to be a multidimension person in this third millennium. Can the teacher fight for his or her right to live properly through a solid fight? Can the society accept the reality that as worker, teacher also has the right to build and become a member of a worker union? ILO Convention ratification four years ago showed that teacher is allowed to start his or her own worker union. Teacher’s Union must be a promoter to the development of teacher’s social economic status and professionalism and to push trade unionism to be a social movement.

Abstract

The Method of the Industrial Relations of every country is different, depending on the influence of the country's principle and philosophy. Therefore, Indonesian Industrial Relations is the reflection of the Indonesian way of life, the Pancasila, means five principles, belief in god, humanity, nationalism, democracy and prosperity. The Pancasila Industrial Relation connects itself to the political system as well as to the national method of the Indonesian people and as a result the aims to be achieved will make similar to the nation's great aim. Beside the five principles, the Pancasila Industrial Relations also contain the Trio Duty ( Tridharma ) which carries three elements that develop into a dynamic relation between an employer and a businessman. The Trio Duty consist of : a. Rumongso handarbeni. The principle of partnership consists of two aspects; namely, partners in production and partners in profit. b. Melu hangrungkebi, the principle of partnership in responsibility . c. Mulat sariro hangrosowani, the principle of self-recognition and instropection. The principles stated above can be achieved through a kind of accomodation within the three elements in the Industrial Relations, namely, the workers, businessmen and, the Government. Keyworlds : industrial relations, pancasila, trio duty, partnership, self recognition, introspection.

Abstract

Indonesia was still enjoying the 7 % of economic growth on March 1977, when suddenly was shocked by the rapid depreciation of rupias, especially against US dollar. It was really a disaster, the price of imported goods became very high and it was a very heavy and risky burden to Indonesian economic. This also influenced the price of domestic products, due to necessity of imported parts/materials in the production process. The crisis pushed President Soeharto to step down and created the democracy euphoria. The right to organize was recognized. New trade unions were found and registered neglecting strong base membership. The decline of buying power of the people had increased the number of millions of poor children had to quit school created the education crisis. Key Word : Enonomic crisis, political crisis, trade union and education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of weak religious character behavior shown by high school age teenagers in the city of Bandung. The facts in the field illustrate the tendency of increasing behavioral deviations among high school students, especially in the city of Bandung, this is an indicator that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in schools is not optimal. Based on the facts of the problem, the formulation of this research problem is about how to management of Islamic religious education learning in shaping the religious character of high school students in the city of Bandung. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive method conducted at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung. Data collection techniques combine field observations, interviews and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses Ricky W. Griffin's management theory. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions, namely: in general, the Management of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung has been running effectively. Specific conclusions: (1) Development of PAI Learning Management in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung is part of the School's Strategic Plan and has been running even though its implementation has not been optimal; (2) Implementation of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City has been running in accordance with management functions, but in the implementation stage it still needs improvement and refinement; (3) Supporting Factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City consist of internal factors in the form of high student awareness, high teacher awareness, and the strong role of school policy. As well as external factors in the form of parental guidance, good environmental support and the ability to control the development of information technology in PAI learning; (4) Inhibiting factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung in the form of weak student motivation, lack of teacher creativity in developing learning methods, weak parental support and environmental factors and the development of information technology; and (5) Efforts to Overcome Barriers to PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung have been carried out through strengthening the competence of PAI teachers, strengthening the implementation of school policies, strengthening communication with parents and stakeholders as well as utilizing digital applications and technological developments. in PAI learning management.

Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya pengguna internet dari tahun ke tahun menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa brand/product melakukan kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran di media internet. Salah satu media sosial yang sedang trend hari ini adalah TikTok. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan untuk penggunanya berbagi foto dan video pendek yang bisa di sampaikan ke seluruh dunia dengan mudah. Hasan Cilung menjadi salah satu brand yang menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok untuk melakukan komunikasi pemasaran kepada khalayak di Tiktok di dalam membangun ekuitas mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran Hasan Cilung di tiktok didalam membangun ekuitas merek. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Untuk menumbuhkan dan menyampaikan kesadaran merek, kesetiaan merek, asosiasi merek, dan aset merek Hasan Cilung melakukan upload konten secara konsisten dengan menyisipkan keunikan dan ciri khas dari Hasan Cilung yaitu kalimat “mau beli apa”, sedangkan untuk menumbuhkan persepsi kualitas tidak ada strategi khusus namun khalayak dapat menilai dengan baik kualitas dari Hasan Cilung

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the combined influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat. The population of this study consists of employees at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat. The sample used in this study consisted of 38 respondents. The data analysis method employed a quantitative descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS tool. Data collection was obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of motivation on employee performance, an influence of discipline on employee performance, and a combined influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat, amounting to 91.8%. This means that motivation and discipline can explain 91.8% of the variation in employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat.
