Abstract

Productivity is an effort to improve the quality of work life, believing today is better than tomorrow. To be able to make it happen, the employee's safety and safety to avoid work accidents need to be prioritized through quiet talk of safety or known as safety talk to harmonize and maintain it. It is necessary to be accompanied by security supervision which can be called a safety patrol of PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics. This study aims to determine the effect of safety talk and safety patrol for employees on employee productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and can be interpreted as a research method based on the positivism philosophy, used to examine populations and specific samples with data collection techniques, through questionnaire distribution, the number of samples as many as 68 employees in PT. Krakatau Argo Logistics, taken by simple random random technique. The results of this study indicate the results that the variable safety talk and safety patrol (X) on employee productivity (Y) F count is 190,277 and the F table value is 3.14. This shows that F count> F table (190,277> 3.14) with a significance level of (0,000 <0.05) Thus it can be concluded that safety talk and safety patrol have a significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

This topic is related to the era of increasingly fierce business competition. In this competition, organisations are required to be able to adapt quickly and have an advantage that distinguishes them from their competitors. So, research on the strategic role of HRM in achieving organisational goals is very important to do, and is expected to provide a better understanding for organisations about the importance of HRM as a key factor in achieving organisational goals. This research is qualitative in nature. The methodology used to collect data included attentive listening and careful documentation of relevant information, which was then subjected to analytical procedures such as data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study arrived at the conclusion that, HRM has an important strategic role in achieving organisational goals. In an increasingly complex business environment, HRM can help organisations face challenges and intensified competition, build a positive image, increase customer satisfaction, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is one of the important keys in the development of a country. Quality human resources can increase productivity, creativity, and innovation, so as to encourage better economic growth. One of the factors that affect the quality of human resources is the role of the family. This study aims to examine the role of the family in improving the quality of human resources. The focus of this research is qualitative. Methods for gathering information include paying close attention and making detailed notes, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualization, and inference. The results of the study arrived at the conclusion that the role of family is very important in improving the quality of human resources. Families can provide positive education and support for children, form strong character, and create anenvironment conducive to child development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Job Design on Employee Engagement on Employee Performance by means of a literature study. The method used in this research is library research by reviewing some of the results of previous research sourced from domestic and international articles with the support of the Google Schoolars search engine and Mendeley reference analysis. From the results of an analysis of several human resource management literatures that specifically discuss job design and employee engagement on employee performance, all references to previous studies show that job design and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance. Job design determines the relationship between managers and employees as well as the relationship between the employees themselves. Because with a clear job design, employee engagement will emerge in employees which will later have an impact on their performance as seen by how employees are fully immersed in their work and organization that are connected both physically, emotionally and cognitively. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian di produk Sidomuncul. Metode penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan brand image secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
