Abstract

Al Quran sebagai kita agama telah memuat pelbagai tatanan dan norma yang menjadi bagian dari perlawanan dan tantangan atas realitas Arab pra Islam. Artikel ini mengungkap kemukjizatan al Quran dari pelbagai aspek mulai dari kebahasaan, hukum, purbakala dan perspektif ilmiah. Adapun kajian ini bersifat pustaka yang menitik beratkan kajian pada bentuk literartur yang mempunyai hubungan dengan tema kajian, sehingga memiliki simpulan bahwa mukjizat al Quran tidak hanya terbatas pada bahasa tetapi dari pelbagai aspek kehidupan mulai dari awal turunnya samapai masa sekarang, dan mukjizat pada masa kontenporer ialah adanya penemuan yang bersifat ilmiah.

Abstract

Sculpture is a famous word that many students did not know in high schools in Indonesia, but it was used by the Arabs sometimes, and the Indonesians also used it in communication in this modern era. This research is important to know sculpture in general and to know contemporary sculpture in the Arabic language, and to suggest the teacher's attempts to benefit from contemporary sculpture in developing vocabulary acquisition for high school students in Indonesia. This qualitative research used the descriptive method with the help of books, scientific articles and other library aids. The results of the research: 1) knowledge of the concept of sculpture in general 2) the concept of contemporary sculpture, 3) suggestions for the teacher to benefit from contemporary sculpture in developing vocabulary acquisition for high school students in Indonesia are three: (1) The teacher prepares exercises brochures that include new vocabulary from sculpture Contemporary increase an accompanying addition to the books of the prescribed basic educational materials; (2) The teacher provides students with the opportunity to follow the Arabic language program on TV and the Internet to research new terms from contemporary sculpture; (3) The teacher gives the students the opportunity to watch Arab cinema together during the teaching process.

Abstract

Psychological factors, including gender differences, strongly influence students' success in mastering speaking skills. This study aims to describe: (1) the relationship of gender with oral language performance in students of the Arabic Education Studies program at the Islamic Institute of the Holy Country and (2) the implications of gender differences in Arabic language learning. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 66 of the 108 students in the second semester of the Arabic education study program at the Islamic Institute of the Holy Land, and the data collection method is a test. With linear regression analysis and bivariate correlation analysis, Pearson. The results showed that: (1) there is a gender relationship with oral language performance, where the Pearson correlation value of 0.257 or the value of R count is greater than the value of the R table, as well as the influence of gender on oral language performance by 6.6% (2) The selection of appropriate learning strategies by students will be able to overcome individual differences or gender, where the results of this study indicate that female student are better than men in Arabic speaking skills. إن عوامل الطلاب النفسية لها أثر كبير في نجاح الطلاب عند تعلم مهارة الكلام، ومن العوامل النفسية هي الفروق بين الجنسين. فيهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف: (1) علاقة الجنس بالأداء الشفهي لدى طلاب قسم تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية بقدس، (2) الاستفادة من الفروق بين الجنسين في تعليم اللغة العربية. استخدم البحث الكمي مع عينة البحث هي 66 طالبا من 108 طالب في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية للمرحلة الثانية في الجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية بقدس وأساليب جمع البيانات هي الاختبار. مع تحليل الانحدار الخطي وتحليل الارتباط الثنائي المتغير بيرسون.دلت نتائج البحث إلى: (1) وجود علاقة بين الجنس والأداء الشفهي، حيث نتيجة Pearson Correlation 0،257 أو r الحسابي أكبر من 0،244(r الجدولي). والجنس يؤثر 6،6 % على التحصيل الدراسي في الأداء الشفهي. (2) أن اختيار استراتيجيات التعلم المناسبة من الطلاب يستطيع أن يتغلب على الفروق بين الجنسين حيث يدل هذا البحث إلى تفوق الإناث على الذكور في الأداء الشفهي أو الكلام.

Abstract

The swift advancement of information technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 age, progressing towards Society 5.0, has underscored the vital significance of digital transformation for industries. Digital transformation is a crucial strategy for enterprises to ensure business continuity, improve operational efficiency, and sustain competitiveness in a constantly changing industrial landscape. This study examines the function of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in enhancing employees' digital competencies and its resultant effect on attaining digital transformation in a chemical firm located in Gresik, Indonesia. The study used a quantitative methodology with an explanatory research design, examining the interrelations among LMS, digital competence, and digital transformation through route analysis. Data were gathered from 95 employees across multiple areas of the organization using standardized questionnaires. The research utilized primary data from participants and secondary data from literature reviews of books, journals, and pertinent papers. The questionnaires aimed to assess perceptions of LMS usage, the growth of digital competence, and advancements in digital transformation. Data research indicated that LMS has a favorable and considerable impact on enhancing employees' digital competencies. Moreover, improved digital proficiency immediately and substantially facilitates the effective execution of digital transformation within the firm. The results indicate that LMS is essential for employee training, offering a flexible and accessible learning environment that promotes self-directed learning and adaptability to emerging technology. By providing employees with essential digital competencies, LMS improves individual performance and aids organizational achievement in addressing the challenges of the digital age. The study highlights the indirect influence of LMS on digital transformation via enhanced digital competence, stressing the interrelation of these factors in fulfilling organizational goals. The report provides actionable insights for organizations aiming to expedite digital transformation by utilizing LMS as a strategic asset for employee development. It underscores the need to invest in superior LMS platforms and connect them with company objectives and policies to guarantee active employee engagement. Furthermore, the research paves the way for further investigation into factors affecting the relationship among LMS, digital competence, and digital transformation, including organizational culture, leadership, and the degree of technology use. This study underscores the essential function of LMS in enhancing digital competence and facilitating digital transformation within industries, specifically in the context of the chemical industry in Gresik. It offers critical insights for firms seeking to fortify their digital strategy, augment personnel competencies, and elevate competitiveness in the global marketplace. These findings further enhance the broader academic conversation regarding the interaction between digital learning platforms, workforce competency, and organizational change in the digital era.

Abstract

The phenomenon of translanguaging is increasingly prevalent in language classrooms, including Arabic language learning in higher education. Students not only use Arabic but also blend it with Indonesian or regional languages to clarify meaning and enhance comprehension. This study aims to identify the patterns of translanguaging employed by students, analyze its impact on the learning process, and explore the pedagogical implications of this phenomenon.Using a descriptive quantitative approach through questionnaires distributed to students in the Arabic Language Development Program at several public and private universities in Malang, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (percentages and means) alongside simple thematic analysis of open-ended questions to complement quantitative findings. The results indicate that translanguaging not only helps students understand material more effectively but also increases participation and self-confidence. However, this practice may also lead to overreliance on the first language.Pedagogically, translanguaging holds significant implications. It can be positioned as a teaching strategy in the early stages of language learning. Instructors need to develop their ability to use translanguaging strategically and avoid excessive reliance. Furthermore, accommodating translanguaging in the design of Arabic language curricula in Indonesia is essential. Thus, it is crucial for educators to manage translanguaging strategically in Arabic language instruction.
