Razia, adalah momok bagi para pengguna jalan baik sepeda motor maupun mobil. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa banyak sekali para pengguna kendaraan yang takut ketika melihat adanya operasi yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas). Bahkan banyak sekali terlihat ketika diadakan operasi di jalan, banyak para pengguna kendaraan terutama kendaraan roda dua yang langsung berbalik arah. Hal ini bisa saja menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Banyak kejadian yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sumenep ketika para anggota Kepolisian Lalu Lintas sedang melakukan Razia atau Operasi Kendaraan Bermotor tidak memperdulikan apa yang sudah diamanatkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 1993 yaitu pasal 13-14 serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2012 pasal 15 (ayat) 1-3, yang mengharuskan ada tanda razia seperti plang pemeriksaan yang seharusnya dipasang 100 m sebelum lokasi razia, prosedur pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor (RAZIA) yang dilakukan di jalan oleh Polantas menurut hukum positif dilakukan dengan menelaah seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan yang sekiranya berkaitan dengan judul yang kami angkat diantaranya adalah undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 1993 tentang pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor di jalan, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata cara pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor di jalan dan penindakan pelanggaran lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan.

In general, people use public transportation such as buses as a mode of transportation for travel-related activities. However, since the ignorance of passengers in transportation is often at the disadvantage, it is important to protect their interests. The aims of this study were to: 1) find out the legal rules for public transportation based on the load of passengers and goods and 2) find out the legal protection for passengers if they take public transportation that is experiencing an overload action. This study uses normative juridical research methods, using primary legal materials, secondary materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that the rules for transportation based on the load of passengers and goods may not be combined, but there are additions to Article 4 paragraph 2 and Article 10 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 74 of 2014 concerning road transportation, regulations may be used if they meet the applicable requirements. Meanwhile, for legal protection for passengers who experience excessive acts, there is social insurance for passengers formed by the government which refers to jasa raharja insurance. The settlement can be through two, namely litigation and non-litigation

To meet the needs of the community, companies utilize the market as a means to sell their products, thereby obtaining profits, which is a common goal of companies. To achieve this goal, companies must compete fiercely to win customers from similar companies. The management of the company is obliged to manage all operational activities of the company, coordinate and allocate limited resources efficiently and economically. The planning function carried out by PT. United Tractors Tbk has been good, as seen from the master sales plan that involves other departments within the company. In addition, in the development of the master plan, the division responsible for sales planning also considers specific factors, and the plan is reviewed by the Board of Directors. Thus, the sales planning developed has a reasonably high level of reliability. In terms of sales terms, PT. United Tractors Tbk has made the right decision by selling its products on a cash basis. The company's after-sales support is also good. Similarly, the determination of product prices is satisfactory, as the company considers the customers' ability and the prevailing prices in the heavy equipment market. The control function carried out by PT. United Tractors Tbk has been good, where sales implementation is consistently reviewed every sales quarter. Additionally, the sales function of PT United Tractors Tbk has shifted from a mere sales function to providing solutions. This sales function is beneficial in establishing long-term cooperative relationships with customers.

This research examines strategies for improving the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum Era. This research uses a qualitative research library-type method, conducting an in-depth study related to the Strategy for Improving the Quality of Islamic Higher Education Management in the Independent Curriculum Era with data and data sources obtained from books and national and international journal articles related to the keywords Strategy, Improving the Quality of Management, Islamic Higher Education, Independent Curriculum. The research results on strategies to improve the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum era require a holistic and innovative approach to ensure educational institutions can maintain standards of excellence and relevance in facing changes in globalization. Some strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum era include quality leadership, namely leadership that is visionary and innovation-oriented. Improving Curriculum and Learning, the curriculum must be structured to integrate Islamic values with the latest science and technology. The application of information and communication technology allows educational institutions to increase operational efficiency learning flexibility, and be responsive to student needs. Development of human resources according to the demands of the times, as well as collaboration with various external parties by expanding networks, for example collaborating with other universities to create quality education programs.

The aims of this research are (1) to describe the rector's spiritual leadership and (2) to describe the motivation of university lecturers and employees. This research approach is qualitative while the type is a case study. Research location at KH University. Mukhtar Syafa'at (UIMSYA) Blokagung Banyuwangi. Researchers as key instruments. The research subjects were the rector, lecturers and staff. Determining informants using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis is an interactive model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana theory of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using credibility, dependability and confirmability tests. Data validity is checked through continuous, triangulation, member checking, peer discussion, and reference checking. The results of the research are (1) The spiritual leadership of the university rector emulates the Prophet Muhammad SAW, achieves the organizational vision with his subordinates, integrates Islamic boarding school values into the Tridharma, builds a social culture of work with love and altruism, establishes cooperation with the Banyuwangi government. (2) The chancellor's motivation for university lecturers and employees is intrinsic; appreciate the struggle of the founder of the Islamic boarding school, integration of Islamic boarding school values, the culture of reading the Koran, istighosah, and praying. Extrinsic; promotion to positions of outstanding lecturers and employees, scholarship incentives of 50% of tuition fees, professional development, periodic salary increases, and sanctions for those who do not comply with regulations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penanaman nilai-nilai Aswaja An-Nahdliyah pada siswa MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Lowokwaru Malang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan pengurus madrasah, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran dan keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai Aswaja An-Nahdliyah dilakukan melalui pembiasaan dalam kegiatan keagamaan seperti tahlilan, istighotsah, pembelajaran kitab kuning, dan praktik amaliah NU yang terintegrasi dalam mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak serta Fikih. Selain itu, keteladanan guru dalam sikap moderat, toleran, dan tawassuth turut memperkuat internalisasi nilai Aswaja pada diri siswa. Faktor pendukung penanaman nilai Aswaja meliputi peran aktif guru, dukungan lingkungan pesantren sekitar madrasah, dan program sekolah yang konsisten. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang keluarga siswa yang beragam dalam pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penanaman nilai Aswaja An-Nahdliyah di MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin berjalan efektif melalui integrasi kurikulum, keteladanan, dan pembiasaan, sehingga membentuk karakter religius yang moderat pada siswa.

Study This is motivated by the challenges Islamic boarding schools face in Indonesia due to the disruption of technology and globalization. Pondok Islamic boarding school Diponegoro Klungkung Bali becomes the main focus of the study. This is Because the leadership of Kiai at the Islamic boarding school must be capable of balancing preservation values and traditions with the demands of modernity. Research reveals How leadership can respond to disruption without ignoring existing traditions. Research This uses an approach that includes a design study case. Data was collected through interviews with Kiai, administrator foundations, and teachers and direct observation of activities in Islamic boarding schools. Analysis was done using descriptive and interpretive methods to identify patterns of leadership participation and the challenges faced. Research results show that participatory leadership in Kiai involves deliberation, open, and delegated practical tasks capable of balancing tradition and innovation. However, challenges exist, especially concerning source power, human resources, and material limitations. Research This gives an essential outlook on relevant leadership strategies in the era of disruption.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi strategi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) petani di Kecamatan Lenteng, dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi produksi, kesejahteraan petani, dan dampak terhadap ketahanan pangan serta ekonomi lokal. Strategi ini melibatkan pelatihan keterampilan teknis, penerapan teknologi pertanian seperti sistem irigasi tetes dan aplikasi mobile, serta pembentukan kelompok diskusi komunitas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas pertanian sebesar 20% dan kenaikan pendapatan petani hingga 30%. Pembentukan komunitas petani yang solid melalui kelompok diskusi komunitas memberikan dampak positif dalam pertukaran pengetahuan dan mendukung pertumbuhan bersama. Dampak keseluruhan strategi ini meluas ke arah ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi lokal, memperkuat suplai pangan dan membangun ekonomi komunitas. Kesuksesan implementasi strategi pengembangan SDM petani di Kecamatan Lenteng menawarkan pandangan praktis bagi daerah sejenis. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan pentingnya partisipasi petani, adaptasi teknologi yang tepat, dan pembangunan komunitas untuk mencapai pertanian berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

Islamic education is one of the main pillars in the development of individual character and knowledge based on religious values, especially in this case the application of the transformational leadership model in Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the transformational leadership model in Islamic education at the Miftahul Ulum Bengkak Wongsorejo Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, with informants as the heads of the Foundation and the administrators of the education sector. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the transformational leadership model at the Miftahul Ulum Bengkak Wongsorejo Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School Foundation involves establishing an inspiring vision, open communication, and empowering staff. The head of the foundation and the education administrators are active in disseminating the vision, encouraging constructive dialogue, and providing support and training to improve staff skills. The impact of this practice is very positive: the motivation of teaching staff increases, which leads to better performance, while students experience increased enthusiasm for learning and academic achievement. The evaluation shows that this strategy is effective, although there are obstacles such as limited resources that are being addressed by adjusting the strategy and increasing support.
