Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the collaborative forest management as well as the economic benefits obtained by forest village communities through intercropping of maize plants and cattle productive business. 80 respondents were selected through non probability sampling techniques with saturated sample methods. The research data was collected by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents and key informants. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis with quantitative methods consisting of income analysis, R/C ratio, co-management analysis and stakeholder analysis and productive business of cattle. The results show that the economic benefit of maize cropping obtained by Sumberejo village and Padaan Village has given them profit with an R/C ratio of 1.4 and 1.7. For cattle productive business, Sumberejo Village has gotten a profit with the R/C ratio over the total cost of 1.07 and Padaan Village has an R/C ratio of 1.00 (Break Even Point). Through the Mann Whitney statistical test there are differences in income between the sharing forest village (Sumberejo Village) and the non-sharing forest village (Padaan Village). Cattle productive businesses are found to have no difference in income values. Collaborative based forest management at the research location through the concept of co management analysis showed good results with a total score of 3.5 (close to 4). A co management approach is needed for better future forest management.

Abstract

Title: Analysis of Factors Affecting Buoyancy of PNBP in the Fisheries Sector of Natural Resources SubsectorIndonesia has vast territorial waters with abundant fishery resources which can increase state revenues, especially from PNBP of the natural resources. With the buoyancy of PNBP, the responsiveness of PNBP in the fisheries sector of natural resources can be measured against changes in GDP. This research aims to analyze the buoyancy of PNBP in the fisheries sector of natural resources from 2002 – 2021. This research used secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, and the Central Statistics Agency, using the Error Correction Model (ECM) regression analysis method. The results showed that in the short term, the fishery production value and PNBP reform in the fisheries sector have a positive and significant effect, and illegal fishing has a negative and significant effect. However, the realization of KKP spending does not have a significant effect on the buoyancy of PNBP in the fisheries sector of the natural resources subsector. In the long term, the fishery production value, the realization of KKP spending, illegal fishing, and PNBP reform in the fisheries sector do not significantly affect the buoyancy of PNBP in the fisheries sector of the natural resources subsector. As a recommendation, there needs to be a measurable and consistent policy carried out in supporting the optimization of the use of fishery resources as a source of state revenue.

Abstract

Unemployment issues arise due to an imbalance between the labor force and available job opportunities, as well as a mismatch of skills. This situation prompted the government to introduce the Pre-Employment Card Program, aimed at enhancing skills through job training and incentives. This study seeks to analyze the influence of variables such as training programs and incentives under the Pre-Employment Card Program, educational level, work experience, reservation wage, age, and gender on the duration of job searching in Semarang City. The research adopts a quantitative approach, focusing on respondents who have participated in the Pre-Employment Card Program in Semarang City. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis (Ordinary Least Squares). The findings indicate that the training programs and incentives from the Pre-Employment Card Program, educational level, and reservation wage have a significant impact on the duration of job searching in Semarang City. Conversely, work experience, age, and gender do not significantly influence the job search duration. The independent variables collectively explain 43.32% of the variation in job search duration, while the remaining 56.68% is attributed to other variables outside the research model.
