Abstract

   This community service is carried out as a form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, community service by raising the theme of the importance of maintaining and maintaining dental and oral health in children, pregnant women and the elderly. Dental and oral disease is one of the public health problems in Indonesia. This is based on reports of the high prevalence of sufferers of the disease, and is one of the top ten sequences of diseases that are most often complained of by the public. Dental and oral health is closely related to body health. The condition of the mouth and teeth that are not maintained will cause many problems and discomfort. In an effort to get good oral and dental health, awareness is needed to implement a healthy lifestyle by diligently brushing teeth properly and correctly. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the community, pregnant women and the elderly about the importance of maintaining and maintaining dental and oral health. The method of implementing community service with direct counseling techniques to the community. The results of the service, in general the counseling participants have an increased understanding of maintaining and maintaining dental and oral health. The conclusion of this service is the importance of continuous education and counseling to the community regarding the importance of maintaining and maintaining dental and oral health in children, pregnant women and the elderly.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai wujud Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, pengabdian masyarakat dengan mengangkat tema pentingnya menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan gigi terutama gigi permanen muda. Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan gambaran dari kesehatan tubuh secara umum yang memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan terutama pada anak-anak. Berbagai kondisi rongga mulut seperti karies gigi, malposisi dan diskolorasi bisa terjadi pada anak-anak. Salah satu faktor yang paling berperan dalam Kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak usia dini adalah orang tua dimana ibu memiliki peran yang paling penting tentang pentingnya menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dengan Teknik penyuluhan langsung kepada masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian, secara umum peserta penyuluhan memiliki pemahaman yang bertambah mengenai menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak-anak. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini yakni pentingnya edukasi dan penyuluhan yang berkesinambungan kepada orang tua mengenai pentingnya menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak terutama gigi permanen muda

Abstract

Background: Health is the most important part of human life, physically and spiritually healthy, including pregnant women. To achieve optimal dental and oral health in toddlers and pregnant women, it is carried out regular treatment. Treatment can be started to pay attention to the consumption of Moranan, cleaning plaque and the remaining ganan brushing teeth regularly and correctly, cleaning tartar, patching delangs and tooth extraction. The health of the oral cavity of pregnant women affects the condition of the badi they contain. Method: This type of research is a quantitative research in pre -design research experimental design. In this design uses the design of a pretest posttest group without comparable or control. Results: The average value of the mother's knowledge before being given treatment is 70,167 standard debiation as large as 14,999, whereas after being given.67 the average value of the mother's test.67. This shows an increase in the average value of mothers' knowledge after being born. Increasing healthy periodontal conscious behavior in pregnant women through counseling. DISCUSSION: Prayer One strategy for changes in knowledge is the information of information to increase knowledge that raises awareness in the end. Conclusion: There is a change in the knowledge of women and pregnant women about the importance of maintaining dental and oral health especially periodontal.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is factors seen by the organization. If the organization sees satisfaction when employees work, then employees are more active in working so that productivity and service will increase. To find out the strategic design of the hospital, so that the hospital runs with its goals, it needs to do analysis SWOT. SWOT analysis is used to focus on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and treats. For job satisfaction and SWOT analysis in an effort to improve service strategy management at RSIGM FKG Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI). Researchers used an analytic observational method with a quantitative approach and a cross- sectional research design. Collecting data was carried out using tools, namely questionnaires and SWOT analysis with RSIGM FKG employees’ respondents as many as 35 people. The statistical test used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study there is a significant relationship with employees’ job satisfaction at RSIGM UMI including salary variable value = 0.001, organizational policy value = 0.010, interpersonal relations value = 0.002, responsibility value value = 0.001, working conditions value value = 0.011. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis RSIGM UMI Makassar is in quadrant 1 that able to take advantage of strengths and opportunities, and minimize weaknesses and threats. Based on the results obtained, this shows that there is any influence on employee job satisfaction at RSIGM UMI Makassar and based on the SWOT analysis, RSIGM's position is in quadrant 1.
