Abstract

The development of online business is very rapidly in now days.Therefore, the online business requires a lot of effort compete with similiar business.To be surviving inthe online business can be done by providing maximum satisfaction to consumers and maintaining belief in the products offered both in terms of price and quality of goods by using a good website.The characteristics of the website will be a major concern fot the consumers when they are shopping online, the characteristics website consist of : the convenience of shopping, the site design, informative information, security and communication.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Website Characteristicsto Consumers Satisfaction.The research methode in case study at Accounting Management Study Program at Polytechnic State of Malang.The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula.The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression.The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant.This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi keberadaan sebuah website sangatlah penting bagi sebuah instansi, salah satunya instansi pendidikan. Informasi instansi pendidikan pada website akan sangat membantu pengguna informasi karena mudah diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui internet. Pada masa pandemi ini, perkembangan jumlah peserta didik TK Muslimat NU 15 Kelurahan Sedayu Kecamatan Turen, Kabupaten Malang mengalami penurunan jumlah pendaftar peserta didik baru pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya informasi dan promosi sekolah kepada masyarakat dikarenakan situasi pandemi saat ini yang tidak memungkinkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi dengan berkunjung langsung ke sekolah dan tidak memiliki media informasi dan promosi lainnya. Solusi bagi permasalahan ini adalah dengan membuat website sekolah sehingga masyarakat dapat mencari informasi dari rumah. Pelatihan pembuatan website untuk para guru dan pengurus paguyuban TK Muslimat NU 15 Khodijah Kelurahan Sedayu sangat penting. Website sekolah merupakan media informasi dan promosi sekolah. Dalam website tersebut menyediakan berbagai informasi sekolah yang dapat diakses melalui internet sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah siswa TK Muslimat NU 15 Khodijah, serta dapat menjadikan website sekolah sebagai sumber belajar dan informasi bagi siswa dan wali murid.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang selanjutnya disebut BUMDes merupakan salah satu alternatifuntuk meningkatkan ekonomi di pedesaan. BUMDes lahir sebagai suatu pendekatan baru dalam usahapeningkatan ekonomi desa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Pengelolaan BUMDessepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat desa, yaitu dari desa, oleh desa, dan untuk desa. Dari hasilanalisis bahwa Desa Pulotondo memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui unit usahaBUMDes diantaranya, budidaya ikan air tawar, penjualan jeruk purut serta olahan jeruk purut yangdijadikan bubuk aroma ataupun menjadi minyak atsiri yang menjadi lilin terapi, mengembangkanusaha catering ibu-ibu PKK, dllBentuk Pengabdian yang direncanakan adalah FGD dengan memberikan contoh-contohbisnis yang potensial dan aplikatif yang dapat dijalankan pada lokasi setempat. Peserta juga akandiberikan kesempatan untuk menyampaikan potensi-potensi pengembangan bisnis lain yang mampudihasilkan. Tim pelaksana PPM juga akan memberikan kesempatan untuk diskusi lebih lanjut padatim pengusul PPM secara informal dan tidak menutup kemungkinan dapat dilakukan kegiatan lanjutanberupa pendampingan di masa mendatang dalam mengawal pengoptimalan BUMDes.Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini dapat memberikanBUMDes ide pengembangkan bisnis dan wirausaha yang dapat dijalankan oleh warga sekitar terutamadalam peningkatan pengolahan dan pemasaran produk perikanan dan pertanian. Selain itu BUMDesdapat menemukan potensi usaha lain seperti wisata atau edukasi bagi masyarakat Jawa Timur.Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini dapat menjalin kerjasama yang baik hingga pada tahap kerjasamamenjadi desa binaan Politeknik Negeri Malang.

Abstract

BUMDes Pulotondo is a strategic partner of the village government in promoting development and economic equality at the local level. As a village financial institution, BUMDes plays an important role in supporting the needs of micro enterprises in the village. However, the financial management of BUMDes Pulotondo is still conducted in a simple manner. Financial management is limited to basic cash recording, while financial reporting is still lacking in detail and does not meet adequate accountability principles. In addition, there is no separate financial accountability report for each business unit, which leads to low transparency and difficulties in evaluating the performance of each BUMDes Pulotondo business unit. This study aims to analyze the financial management of BUMDes Pulotondo and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and transparency of its financial management. To address this issue, the PPM Accounting Team of Polinema provided direct assistance to the management of BUMDes Pulotondo in improving financial governance. The assistance was carried out through the delivery of materials using interactive presentations, along with practical exercises for preparing financial reports using templates in Excel customized to meet the needs of BUMDes. Direct practice involved providing case studies of real transactions relevant to the activities of BUMDes for practicing financial report preparation. During the practical sessions, the management of BUMDes Pulotondo was enthusiastic about trying to identify transactions of business units present in Pulotondo Village and posed questions that they still did not understand regarding accounting. The PPM Team also created a guidebook and educational videos as ongoing references for the management of BUMDes Pulotondo in preparing financial reports accurately and systematically. The results of the BUMDes mentoring activities, BUMDes managers gave a positive response, namely the ease in understanding and preparing financial reports for business units in Pulotondo Village

Abstract

The availability of databases resulting from the use of financial planning, management and reporting applications from vocational public tertiary institutions (polytechnics) of public service agencies is a resource that can be utilized for the purpose of achieving the effectiveness of auditing the resulting financial reports. However, the existence of these resources has never been exploited. Referring to these conditions, research was carried out which aims to develop a computer-assisted audit model of the financial reports of vocational colleges (polytechnics) of public service bodies through the use of database files generated by applications used in the financial administration of work units such as SAS, SIMAK BMN, and Inventory Application. The research method used is applied research. The object of research is the work unit of a vocational tertiary institution that applies the Public Service Agency Management Pattern. The results of the research are in the form of a computer-assisted auditing narrative model that describes the steps that must be carried out in computer-assisted auditing of the financial statements of vocational colleges that apply the Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy level on interest in using non-sharia PayLater products. The type research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used questionnaire distributed online to students of the State Polytechnic of Malang accounting department class of 2018-2021. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, as many as 95 people. The data analysis of this study was Simple Linear Regression Analysis by using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study showed that the level of Islamic financial literacy had no effect on students' interest in using non-sharia PayLater products with a t count of -242 (<1.989) and a significance value of 0.809 (>0.05). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.001, which means that the variable ability of islamic financial literacy levels in explaining students' interest in using non-sharia PayLater products is 0.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the suitability of the employee benefits accounting treatment. Accounting treatment includes recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure for production employees at PT XYZ with SAK ETAP Chapter 23. This research type is descriptive quantitative. Research methods that used to collect the data are interviews and documentation to obtain the secondary data sources. The results showed that PT XYZ has already implemented the accounting treatment of employee benefits for its production division employees as required in SAK ETAP Chapter 23. However, the company only applies 3 types of employee benefits which are short-term employee benefits, post-employment benefits, and other long-term benefits, whereas for employee benefits type termination benefits have not been implemented by the company.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perencanaan keuangan keluarga tidak hanya penting bagi mereka yang berpenghasilan besar saja, namun juga diperlukan oleh mereka yang berpenghasilan terbatas. Tidak semua orang dapat dengan mudah mengelola keuangan keluarga karena mengelola keuangan memerlukan ketrampilan dan disiplin yang tinggi, karena pendapatan keluarga jumlahnya relatif terbatas, sementara kebutuhan hidup manusia sangatlah banyak dan beragam. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga lebih banyak dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga, oleh karenanya pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini terfokus pada pemberian pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga tentang bagaimana merencanakan keuangan keluarga secara efektif dan efisien… Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan anggota PKK dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga berbasis aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu”. Kegiatan pelatihan cara mengelola keuangan keluarga ini diikuti oleh 20 orang ibu-ibu pengurus PKK Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi komputer yang dbuat oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) “Sikapi Uangmu”. Umpan balik yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dari sisi metode sebesar 69,23%, materi sebesar 75,4 dan pelaksanaan sebesar 91%. Pelatihan juga berhasil menumbuhkan motivasi dan keinginan peserta untuk memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh selama pelatihan untuk melakukan perencanakan keuangan keluarga (79%) dengan menggunakan aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu” (21%).Abstract: Family financial planning is very important; not just for those with high earnings; people with limited incomes also need it. Due to the relatively limited family income and the wide range of human needs, managing family money demands a high level of skill and discipline, which not everyone can readily possess. Because women handle the majority of family financial management, this time's Community Service (PKM) program concentrated on teaching housewives on how to efficiently and successfully organize their families' finances. Twenty moms who are PKK administrators from Dau District, Malang Regency, participated in this activity. They received training on how to handle family finances using the "Sikapi Uangmu" computer application program, which was developed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Survey responses revealed that participants were generally satisfied with the way PKM activities were implemented (69.23%), the material (75.4%), and the execution (91%). Additionally, the training was successful in boosting participants' willingness and desire to use the "Sikapi Uangmu" program to organize family finances (79%) using the knowledge they had learned (21%).
