Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat stres akademik pada mahasiswa belum teridentifkasi berada dalam kategori apa selama perkuliahan daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres akademik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar selama kuliah daring. Gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitaif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini, 585 orang mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar dipilih secara random, di mana skala stres akademik diisi oleh meraka. Untuk memperkaya data kuantitafif, 6 orang informan diwawancarai. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data Miles, Huberman dan Saldana untuk data kualitatif. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar mengalami stress akademik pada kategori sedang dengan presentase sebesar 53,50 %. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil wawacara, diketahui bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik selama kuliah daring adalah: 1) Prokrastinasi. 2) Rendahnya efikasi diri mahasiswa. 3) Kualitas jaringan yang buruk atau lemah. 4) Buruknya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi kuliah. 5) Banyaknya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk kuliah daring. 6) Banyaknya tuntutan tugas akademik.

The high number of internet addiction experienced by students has been increasing for last decades. The addiction can potentially damage the brain's nerve cells, which in turn affect students' cognitive, emotion and behavior. Thus, an effective treatment is urgently needed. One of the alternatives is by employing the zikir relaxation in counseling. This study aims find the effect of zikir relaxation in counseling as the attempt to reduce the anxiety due to the internet addiction of high school students. The research method used experiment method specifically, the pretest and posttest control group design. There were 10 students taken through the random sampling. Data analysis used independent t test. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a difference level of anxiety reduction due to internet addiction for the students who received the treatment compared those who did not get, and (2) there was a significant influence between remembrance relaxations in counseling on student anxiety reduction in internet addiction. This implies that zikir relaxation is effective to use by counselors in schools to handle internet addiction

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang, Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar pada tahun pelajaran 2021/2022, dengan menggunakan penelitian studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa-siswa slow learne yang ada di SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang pasca BDR. Tata cara pengumpulan dan pencatatan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan BDR yang telah dilaksanakan SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang menunjukkan telah mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa slow learner. BDR akhirnya membuat siswa kehilangan minat belajar. Saat tatap muka pasca BDR ternyata metode pembelajaran di kelas tidak berhasil menarik minat belajar siswa sehingga siswa semakin kehilangan motivasi belajarnya. Karena siswa masih terbiasa dengan suasana BDR dimana mereka memiliki banyak waktu bermain tanpa aturan-aturan di sekolah. Seharusnya pasca BDR pembelajaran terhadap siswa slow learner dilaksanakan dengan perhatian khusus, metode pembelajaran pun sebaiknya dilaksanakan lebih bervariasi agar lebih menarik minat belajar siswa yang sudah hampir hilang selama BDR.Abstract: This research was conducted at SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year, using case study research. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of slow learner students at SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang after BDR. Procedures for collecting and recording data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of BDR that had been carried out at SDN 05 Bungo Tanjuang showed that it had influenced the learning motivation of slow learner students. BDR finally makes students lose interest in learning. When face-to-face after BDR, it turns out that the learning method in the classroom does not succeed in attracting students' interest in learning so that students increasingly lose their learning motivation. Because students are still used to the BDR atmosphere where they have a lot of time to play without any rules at school. After BDR, learning for slow learner students should be carried out with special attention, learning methods should be carried out more varied in order to attract more students' interest in learning which has almost disappeared during BDR.

The study of interpersonal skills in the of field of neuroscience aims to reveal the relevance of the development of brain function with patterns of interaction with others. Interpersonal skills are examined by neuroscience-based literature, both from books and journals. The study found that the most dominant brain area when interacting with others is the prefrontal cortex, which functions to regulate communication harmony, emotional regulation, empathy, morale and intuition. Based on these findings it can be concluded that if interpersonal skills run well, the brain in the prefrontal cortex's area will develop optimally. Conversely, if interactions with other people are disrupted, damage will occur in the prefrontal cortex's area. This finding can be used as an initial discourse for counseling practitioners, psychologists, teachers, social workers or medical personnel for well being interpersonal skill client and patient .

The Effect of Tazkiyatun Nafs Counseling Techniques in Reducing Anxiety in the Elderly. Anxiety is a dominant problem experienced by the elderly which has a negative effect on the physical and psychological. One intervention that is considered appropriate to reduce anxiety is through counseling the tazkiyatun nafs technique. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the tazkiyatun nafs counseling technique in reducing the anxiety of the elderly. The approach used is an experiment with a pretest & pottest control group design. The population of this study was the elderly at the Tresna Werda Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar Social Home, with a sample of 16 people taken at random. Collecting data using an anxiety scale, data analysis through independent t test. Research result; there is a difference in the increase in anxiety given the tazkiyatun nafs counseling intervention compared to the elderly who received information services. Tazkiyatun nafs counseling has a significant effect in reducing anxiety. It is recommended for nursing homes and professionals to be able to use the tazkiyatun nafs technique of counseling in dealing with elderly anxiety problems, as well as additional information on variations in counseling techniques. : Low psychological resilience makes mothers take actions that are not in accordance with religious, customaryand community norms. The purpose of this service is to increase the psychological resilience of the majlis ta'lim womenof Nagari Pariangan through community counseling services based on surau. The service is carried out to thecommunity of mothers of taklim majlis who routinely conduct recitations with a total of 49 people, with an age range of27 to 65 years. The ta'lim assembly was led by Mrs. JS, who is 58 years old who works as a teacher. The service methoduses the participatory action research (PAR) method with eleven steps of activity. In this service, it is empiricallyproven that surau-based counseling services can increase the psychological resilience of majlis ta'lim mothers in NagariPariangan, Tanah Datar, West Sumatra. This service is expected to be a stimulus for other devotees who are interestedin making social changes in the community.

This research aims to find out how the class teachers implement the guidance and counseling services in primary schools. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The informants were class teachers, school principals, and deputy of principal for curriculum affair. The data were analyzed by doing data reduction, data display and making conclusion or verification. Source triangulation was chosen for data trustworthiness. The results described that the guidance and counseling services were implemented quite well by teachers and guided learning even created. The implementation of guidance and counseling services by teachers in primary schools was customized with the core and basic competence written in the lesson plan every semester. Teachers could know their students better by focusing on guidance activities to improve the effective and efficient teaching and learning process.Â
