Abstract

Oil palm plantations store a lot of potential resources that open up business opportunities in the upstream and downstream sectors. Unfortunately, this activity creates a new problem, namely generating waste that has not been utilized optimally. So far, waste from palm oil production has not been utilized optimally, including palm oil stick waste which is only wasted until it rots. Meanwhile, it helps create new business opportunities in the eco-friendly creative economy by utilizing palm oil waste. The partner group in this PKM activity is a group of housewives who are less productive in Kepenuhan District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau. The reason why the less productive group of housewives should be employed is because the prices of basic goods do not increase in proportion to household income, which leads to household stability and growth due to uncertainty. This situation encourages women, especially housewives, not only to do housework, but also to involve them in the business world to support the family economy. The activity provides counseling materials related to zero waste style and entrepreneurship as well as training on the utilization of palm oil stick waste into creative products with economic value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Branch Office of the Peranap Unit as well as analyzing customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Peranap Unit Branch Office. This study also aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Branch Office). To determine the effect of these variables, relationship marketing indicators are used, which consist of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling. While the indicators used by the customer satisfaction variable consist of repurchase intentions, willingness to recommend, and confirmation of expectations. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data processing using data analysis techniques validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, t test (partial), and test the coefficient of determination (r) using the SPSS.25 application. Based on the tests conducted, the results obtained that relationship marketing affects customer satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.

Abstract

The halal tourism sector is currently a hot issue that is still being studied from various scientific approaches. Therefore, this study aims to systematically analyze the SWOT analysis of the results of identifying various internal and external factors of halal tourism in Riau Province. Then it is used in formulating a marketing strategy for halal tourism in Riau Province to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents of this study consisted of six people selected by the purposive sampling technique. The potential for unique values and originality from the historical background of Islam and Islamic Malay culture in Riau Province becomes a strong potential in responding to competition challenges in the halal tourism business sector. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used in collecting research data. The results of this study contribute to the determination of strategies for the growth and development of halal tourism in Riau Province to be increasingly competitive. Availability of Halal Certified and Availability of Islamic History and Cultural Attractions Based on Local Wisdom as an internal strengths can grow and develop as opportunity. Transportation connectivity is not optimal as a weakness need to develop in internal factor. Communication network need to grow and develop for gaining the threat.

Abstract

This digital marketing-based entrepreneurship counseling activity was carried out at the PKK women's partner group in Koto Sentajo Village, Kuantan Singingi. The limited knowledge and skills oriented towards digital marketing-based entrepreneurship in the partner group of housewives of Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi is a problem that needs to be given a solution. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide counseling and training to partner groups on digital marketing-based entrepreneurship in order to increase family income. The method provided is by conducting counseling or socialization programs and training related to entrepreneurship and digital marketing materials. The findings in the field after the service activities were that the PKK group of mothers in the village of koto sentajo, sentajo raya, Kuantan singing already had micro and small scale businesses with traditional food businesses such as puluik pucung, galamai, sago crackers and also sewing businesses. However, their marketing skills and limited capital make them less able to access a wider market. Utilization of digital media for online marketing can be utilized by using organic e-commerce media such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The future target is to create a special website for marketing MSME products produced by local women.

Abstract

This study purpose to examine in depth about consumer loyalty as an implication of lokal wisdom through consumer trust of Riau Malay woven fabric buyers. This research was conducted descriptively and verifiably with a survey method on 100 buyers of Riau Malay woven fabric. The analytical tool used is SEM-PLS. The results showed that consumers of Riau Malay woven fabric related to lokal wisdom believe that each pattern and color on the fabric contains noble values of Malay culture, consumer confidence in Riau Malay woven fabric is also still good and consumers remain loyal and continue to make repeat purchases of the woven fabric. the results also show that lokal wisdom affects consumer loyalty through consumer confidence in accordance with the model built.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge management on sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom in a Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru. Knowledge-sharing activities in the Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru are an essential problem to study because this still needs to be optimally implemented. The low understanding of business actors in carrying out knowledge-sharing activities is challenging to achieve competitive competitiveness. Even though the same cultural background can be a potential strength in this knowledge-sharing activity. The sample for this research was employees of a Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru, which was determined by purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses SEM PLS, with the study results showing that knowledge management influences sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom in the Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru. This research contributes empirically to an essential understanding of knowledge management based on local learning to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in Padang restaurant businesses in Pekanbaru and successfully tests local wisdom as a moderating variable.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. PT Telkomsel is a companyengaged in the field of telecommunications. This company legalized on 26 May 1995 bydecision of the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, as well as theFinance Minister as one of the GSM operators in Indonesia. In its development until2014 PT Telkomsel Being Users Most in Indonesia. Sence PT Telkomsel DoingSegmentation At consumers to be able to create products that comply with the wishesand needs of different customers. Factors Segmentation consists of Geographic,Demographic, Psychographic, and Behavior. The research goal is to analyze anddetermine the factors that influence consumer segmentation using Telkomsel card. Inthis study the authors used the data types and sources of primary data and secondarydata. Primary data is data obtained directly from the object of study which includesdata on the number's population, questionnaire data, data from interviews and otherdata deemed necessary. Secondary data is data obtained directly from the companywhere the research is PT Telkomsel Pekanbaru that his nature to support the analysis inthis study as a general overview of the company, as well as the number of usersTelkomsel card. And using two sampling techniques are accidental sampling for thewithdrawal of 50 consumers and purposive sampling to 10 Customer Service. Theresults of the four indicators is Good Enough, All this indicates that TelkomselProviders Card must be improved for the future.

Abstract

The research was conducted on Enterprise Income Families (UP2K) Jasmine Flower cake making thisrise is a company engaged in the field of small and medium industries, which aims at realizing the typicalwork of regional specialties Riau. Making cakes rise has worked or has received direct aid to thegovernment of industry ranging from the capital to the machine tool to process this produksi.Penelitianview of six indicators of Goods, Packaging, Brand, Label, service, and warranty. Analysing the totalproduct aims to defend the existence of the company, despite high levels of competition that exist today.With the increasing development of the times, the more stringent of competition that exist amongbusinesses. The purpose of research is to analyze the Total Product Jasmine Flower Cake Risen UP2K toincrease the number of customers and the quality of taste through the products manufactured. In thisstudy the authors use different types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Primarydata is data obtained directly from the object of study that includes data on the number of population, thequestionnaire data, interview data and other data deemed necessary. Secondary data is data obtaineddirectly from the company research. And using a second sampling technique is a technique for samplingcensus accidental sampling. Abstract

Salah satu upaya pemerintah dan pendidikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan budaya dan ekosistem kewirausahaan adalah menciptkakan generasi muda yang kreatif dan inovatif. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan handcraft dan canva untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru.  Adapun kegiatan PkM ini diikuti oleh 22 orang siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan membuat aksesoris handcraft gelang dan keterampilan dalam memasarkan produk dengan menggunakan canva. Secara umum, kegiatan ini dilakukan dimulai dari tahap sosialisasi, pengumpulan data pre-test untuk menilai pengetahuan awal dan kesiapan berwirausaha, pelaksanaan pelatihan membuat handcraft, penyajian informasi cara membuat presentasi produk dengan canva, evaluasi dengan post-test. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data kuesioner dianalisis dengan uji beda diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan kedalaman pengetahuan dan kesiapan berwirausaha pada siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t-test = 31.072; p < 0.005. Selain itu, analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki semangat dalam melakukan inovasi dan memandang pentingnya sosial media agar lebih produktif. Pada akhirnya, kegiatan PkM ini memiliki nilai manfaat yang besar untuk membangun jiwa berwirausaha siswa melalui pelatihan ini. Implikasi kegaitan ini adalah melalui pelatihan dapat membangun jiwa kewirausahaan agar dapat membangun kreativitas dan minat berwirausaha semenjak dini

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan merancang strategi Business Model Canvas pada siswa SMK Teknologi Riau di Pekanbaru untuk menjadi terampil dan lebih percaya diri menyusun strategi bisnis. Business Model Canvas dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis situasi lingkungan bisnis dengan menjelaskan secara sederhana dan menyeluruh rencana bisnis yang akan dilakukan. Kelompok mitra PKM ini adalah Siswa SMK Teknologi Riau di Pekanbaru kelas 11 dan 12. Mereka masih belum cukup menunjukkan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha dan merancang strategi bisnis namun memiliki potensi sebagai calon wirausaha dengan bekal paket keahlian yang mereka peroleh dari bangku sekolah. Solusi yang diberikan adalah memberikan bekal pelatihan kewirausahaan agar siswa termotivasi menjadi wirausaha dan memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan merancang strategi business model canvas. Dampak dari hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah semakin baiknya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kelompok mitra karena adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta kelompok mitra terkait materi yang diberikan setelah secara langsung dilibatkan praktek membuat strategi Business Model Canvas.
