Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of human capital and partnership to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in micro and small businesses. The findings of this study contribute to the development of the concept of resource-based view theory to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This is in line with the thought of resource-based view that human capital and partnerships are intangible resources of a company that will determine whether a company can sustainable competitive advantage. However, previous research can not answer the research gap on human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research answers the gap by testing human capital and partnerships to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. High heterogeneity of the company's resources will provide a sustainable competitive advantage because it is more valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutional. The data analysis of this research used the Structural Equation Model with the Partial Least Square program. Keywords: Human Capital, Partnership, Sustainable Competitive Advantage, Micro and Small Enterprise

Abstract

Business competition due to a dynamic business environment that makes Padang restaurant businesses must have the ability to have a sustainable competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation on sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory approach was used in this study with 100 respondents. It uses the accidental sampling technique of the Padang restaurant business in Pekanbaru. The analytical tool used is PLS, with research showing that innovation affects competitive advantage through local wisdom as a mediating variable. Local wisdom as a mediating variable shows the novelty of this research as a form of cultural integration to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The unique value contained in the product is a symbol of a strong identity so that it can appear different from competitors. The value of the authenticity and uniqueness of Padang food as a culinary and cultural heritage passed down from generation to generation is different from competitors. So, every innovation made by Padang restaurants in Pekanbaru based on the values of local wisdom will increase sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study determines and analyzes CRM (Customer relationship management) on competitive advantage in Distro 88 Pekanbaru. The indicators of CRM (customer relationship management) used are people, processes, and technology. This research is located in Distro 88 Pekanbaru using a descriptive research type that prioritizes questionnaires to collect data and empirical conditions from the research location. The method used is quantitative. The population in this research is Distro 88 Pekanbaru visitors. The sample of this research is 100 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Types and data collection techniques comprised primary data from observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that CRM (customer relationship management) significantly affects competitive advantage at Distro 88 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at PetroChina International Ltd Jambi. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with data collected from questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. The results indicate that both workload and compensation significantly influence employee turnover intention. High workload and inadequate compensation can increase employees' intention to leave their jobs. Specifically, workload has a more dominant effect compared to compensation on turnover intention. The study recommends that the company evaluate and improve workload management and compensation systems to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. The level of turnover intention is influenced by various factors, including high workload and compensation that may not be fully adequate. This study noted dissatisfaction among some employees who felt underappreciated and at risk of changing jobs. Workload had a significant effect on turnover intention. This shows that high workload significantly increases employees' intention to leave their jobs. Excessive workload contributes to stress and dissatisfaction that encourages employees to consider other job alternatives. Compensation was also shown to have a significant effect on turnover intention. This indicates that inadequate or unmet compensation can increase employees' intention to leave their jobs. Employees who feel their compensation is not in accordance with their contributions or industry standards are more likely to seek other job opportunities. Workload and compensation have a significant effect together on turnover intention

Abstract

Product design is the design of an object so that it has added value in various aspects such as more effective function, more beautiful appearance, easier and more comfortable use and is not difficult to maintain so that it can then be re-produced industrially more efficiently, both economically and technically so as to provide benefits for consumers (customers) and producers. One product that requires good design is the PM Collection Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine and analyze product design on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru. The indicators of product design used are shape, style, quality, features, durability, reliability,and repairability. This research is located at the PM Collection Pekanbaru using a descriptive research type that prioritizes questionnaires as a data collection tool and the empirical conditions of the research location. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study were PM Collection Pekanbaru customers. The sample of this research was 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The type and technique of data collection used consists of primary data collected by observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that product design has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The Research carried out has the aim of finding out the influence of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at pillar coffee shop in pekanbaru. The type of research carried out uses quantitative methods.The sampling method is accidental sampling by taking a sample of 80 people.the data collection technique that the author uses is the method of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. meanwhile,the data analysis technique in this research used SPSS 27, namely validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression analysis test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). So the results of this research prove that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on this research, it is recommended that pillar coffee shop continue to maintain the superiority of the store atmosphere that they have,because a goog and comfortable store atmosphere will attract consumers to visit the coffee shop so that it can increase purchases of pillar coffee shop

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to gain the knowledge and skills Batik Serunai Melayu Riau in implementing digital marketing concepts and sustainable packaging based on indigenous product creativity. The activities were carried out through a series of stages, including counseling sessions, practical training, and direct mentoring for business partners, which consisted of one business owner and five workers. The training also covered strategies for promoting products digitally through the application of social media content and the use of packaging designs rooted in indigenous product creativity.The program further emphasized the integration of Malay cultural values into packaging design and marketing communication messages to strengthen product identity and improve customer recognition. Using an applied approach that combines education and hands-on practice, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of applying digital content in marketing media as a digital marketing strategy, as well as utilizing packaging materials that reflect local cultural identity. The partners consisted of artisans from Batik Melayu Serunai, including the owner and five employees. The program's result indicate that participants demonstrated improved understanding and ability to apply digital marketing strategies and sustainable packaging concepts grounded in the cultural values of Malay Riau

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) in improving the efficiency of population administration services in Pekanbaru City. The background of this research is based on the government’s efforts to transform public service systems toward effective, efficient, and accountable digital governance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Pekanbaru City. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the IKD in Pekanbaru City has had a positive impact on the efficiency of population administration services, particularly in accelerating service processes, reducing queues, and improving the accuracy of population data. However, several challenges remain, including limited public digital literacy, uneven network infrastructure, and the need to strengthen the capacity of human resources in managing digital systems. The study concludes that the success of IKD implementation largely depends on the synergy between technological readiness, human resource competence, and active community participation. Therefore, sustainable strategies are required to strengthen digital governance and realize more efficient and inclusive population administration services in the future.

Abstract

This study is to Analyze and Explain the Effect of Product Variation and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Chatime Living World Pekanbaru. Using Variables (X1) Product Variation: Size, Price, Appearance and Product Availability. Variables (X2) Product Quality: Product Characteristics, Conformity to Specifications, Durability, Reliability and Design. Variables (Y) Consumer Satisfaction: Experience, Customer Expectations and Needs. Type of Descriptive Survey Research with Quantitative Research method. Data Collection Techniques Used: Observation, Questionnaire, Interview and Documentation. Research Results Product Variation contributes 188.45% to Consumer Satisfaction. Product Quality is more dominant with a contribution of 233.31%. This means that although both have a significant influence, product quality has a greater influence in shaping consumer satisfaction. Suggestions for Product Innovation Add new flavor variants to attract consumers. Maintain Quality Ensure that the taste, ingredients, and presentation remain consistent. Improve Service Conduct regular training for Employees. Use customer input for continuous improvement. Focus on the 20-30 year old age segment, especially women, through promotions that are in line with trends
