Abstract

In the development of an increasingly advanced business world, all companies are required to increase employee productivity considering the role of human resources is very important for the development of the company. The company must be able to build and improve from providing gainsharing and good motivation in PT. Catur Tunggal Bahana Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the test results of the effect of gainsharing and motivation partially and simultaneously on productivity at PT. Catur Tunggal Bahana Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative research method using the SPSS test to measure the results of gain sharing and motivation as independent and productivity as the dependent variable. This study uses multiple regression analysis with 50 respondents with a full sampling technique of the total population. The results showed that the influence of gain sharing and motivation had a partial and simultaneous effect on productivity. So it can be concluded that gain sharing has a more dominant effect on productivity than motivation.

Abstract

There are indications of predatory pricing carried out by tiktok shop as an e-commerce. The action is practiced through flash sales, live streaming and discounts that continue to be carried out at any time. This study aims to analyse the indications of predatory pricing on tiktok shop and its impact on MSME players in Sidoardo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative by conducting literature studies and interviews. The results showed that tiktok shop had a negative impact on MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

In the modern era, there are many digital food delivery services, some of which can deliver almost any type of item, including food and fresh produce. This research aims to further explore whether there is an influence between the free shipping program and dining experience on repurchase intention among Online Food Delivery users. The basis for this objective determination is because Shopee is in line with millennial needs. The method used is a quantitative method by applying purposive sampling based on one's own judgment based on certain criteria or characteristics, it is hoped that it can provide relevant information and answer all research questions. The respondents of this research are Shopeefood service users who have made purchases at Shopeefood services ranging from ages 15 to 23 years. The results of this research are 100 people who used the shopeefood delivery service in this study with the characteristics of age, gender, occupation, order history, type of order. The conclusion from this study was that respondents from gender were 67% women and 33% men. Second, the largest number of vulnerable respondents were aged 21-23 years. Third, most of the respondents were students compared to workers.

Abstract

The culinary industry is one of the assets that is developing nowadays along with changes in lifestyle and consumer preferences. One of the culinary industries that is developing at the moment is geprek Jhon HK which is unique with its geprek chicken. The aim of this research is to determine the level of service quality and comfort that influence customer satisfaction at Geprek John HK. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and the respondents in this research are 45 Jhon HK geprek consumers. The results of this research are that there is a linear relationship between comfort and customer satisfaction, and there are no multicollinearity, autocorrelation or heteroscedasticity problems in the regression model. And the conclusion is that service quality and comfort have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong. Data was collected using a survey method from 44 respondents who are loyal customers of Sambal Gami Jet 81. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Product Quality and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of prioritizing and improving Product Quality and Service Quality to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in food businesses such as Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecemasan (Anxiety), kesehatan mental (Mental Health), dan regulasi emosi (Emotional Regulation) terhadap performa akademik siswa SMA. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 41 siswa di beberapa sekolah menengah atas di Kota Sidoarjo. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dan regulasi emosi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa akademik siswa (p > 0,05). Meskipun literatur sebelumnya, seperti penelitian Pascoe et al. (2020), menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif antara kecemasan dan performa akademik, hasil penelitian ini tidak mendukung temuan tersebut. Selain itu, kesehatan mental juga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, meskipun penelitian oleh Turner et al. (2017) mengindikasikan bahwa kesehatan mental yang baik berkorelasi positif dengan performa akademik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain, seperti dukungan sosial dan lingkungan belajar, mungkin memainkan peran yang lebih dominan dalam konteks ini. Sementara regulasi emosi sebagai variabel intervening juga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, penelitian oleh Aldao et al. (2015) menekankan pentingnya regulasi emosi untuk kesejahteraan psikologis dan kinerja akademik. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan dan metode yang berbeda untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi performa akademik siswa SMA secara lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study uses purchasing decisions as a mediator to test how price and menu variety affect Generation Z loyalty at Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo. Quantitative methods and explanatory analysis were used to collect data from 170 respondents through questionnaires.  PLS-SEM analysis revealed that although menu changes have a large impact on the decision to purchase, they do not directly increase consumer loyalty.  Meanwhile, price has a great influence on loyalty and purchase decisions.  The results of this study emphasize how important menu innovation and aggressive pricing tactics are to increase consumer loyalty through wise purchases.

Abstract

Impulsive buying behavior in e-commerce is increasing among Generation Z, especially in Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the influence of Big Five Personality : Agreeableness, conscientiousness, extroversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience on impulsive behavior in online shopping. This study involved 170 Generation Z e-commerce users from Surabaya, using a quantitative purposive sampling approach. The study shows that agreeableness and neuroticism have a significant positive effect on impulsive buying, while conscientiousness has a negative impact. Meanwhile, extroversion and openness to experience do not show a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior. The results indicate that personality plays an important role in determining the tendency to make impulsive purchases in e-commerce.
