Abstract

This study was conducted to find out: (1) whether bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument; (2) how to make bitcoin a profitable investment instrument. This article was compiled using the “Library Research” approach where the data obtained will be analyzed in depth descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) Bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument due to the limited supply of Bitcoin, which makes this instrument behave like Gold; (2) In order to become a profitable investment instrument, individuals can carry out mining activities to get Bitcoin prizes from miner applications and individuals can also carry out spot trading activities by taking advantage of the Bitcoin price difference when buying and selling so as to earn a profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to empower MSME’s actors in the Sidoarjo PC Fatayat NU Association in socializing and making NPWPs for MSME’s actors. The activities carried out are training in nature. The number of participants who attended the activity was 47 participants. The speakers invited to the event were from DJP East Java 2. The results of this activity were in the form of an understanding of MSME’s actors in the PC Fatayat NU Sidoarjo Association regarding the importance of taxes and NPWP creation for MSME’s actors. The results of the participant satisfaction survey with these activities indicated that the participants were very satisfied with these activities. Satisfaction is measured both in terms of the readiness of the committee, the readiness of resource persons and materials as well as the readiness of the activity location.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family control on the dividend-paying decisions. The sampling method used purposive sampling, and the analytical method used in this study was the logistic regression method. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that family control has a significant negative effect on the decision to pay dividends. This study also looks at the role of board size in moderating the effect of family control on dividend-paying decisions. The board size variable does not moderate the effect of family control on the decision to pay dividends. It only acts as a predictor variable, where board size has a positive effect on the dividend-paying decisions.

Abstract

There are indications of predatory pricing carried out by tiktok shop as an e-commerce. The action is practiced through flash sales, live streaming and discounts that continue to be carried out at any time. This study aims to analyse the indications of predatory pricing on tiktok shop and its impact on MSME players in Sidoardo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative by conducting literature studies and interviews. The results showed that tiktok shop had a negative impact on MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) into branding strategies within PT. BISI International, TBk, focusing on the agricultural sector. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 participants, the study investigates the direct and indirect effects of Social Media Engagement (SME) and Marketing Strategy Adoption on Consumer Perception and Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding. The findings reveal significant direct effects of Social Media Engagement and Marketing Strategy Adoption on Consumer Perception and Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding, highlighting the pivotal role of social media engagement and strategic adoption of NFTs in shaping consumer perception and market understanding. Moreover, the study identifies a significant indirect effect of Social Media Engagement on Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding through Consumer Perception, underscoring the mediating role of consumer perception in driving market understanding. However, the indirect effect of Marketing Strategy Adoption on Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding through Consumer Perception is found to be non-significant, suggesting a nuanced relationship between marketing strategy adoption, consumer perception, and market understanding. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers seeking to leverage NFTs to enhance brand positioning, consumer engagement, and market understanding within the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of taste and service quality on Mie Gacoan customer loyalty in Sidoarjo with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on the GoFood platform. The quantitative method was used with a purposive sampling technique, involving 190 respondents who were regular customers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The research results show that taste and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty. The better the taste and quality of the service provided, the higher the customer satisfaction which ultimately increases customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between these two variables and customer loyalty. This research emphasizes the importance of maintaining consistent taste quality and improving service quality to increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to customer loyalty. Culinary business owners, especially those in online delivery services, need to better maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas inovasi dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja industri tas dan koper di Tanggulangin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Responden berjumlah enam puluh enam pelaku usaha intako yang diambil secara keseluruhan atau yang biasa disebut dengan sampel jenuh. Variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) kapabilitas inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja industri, (2) kemampuan manajerial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja industri. (3) kapabilitas inovasi dan kemampuan manajerial berpengaruh secara simultan dalam meningkatkan kinerja industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam meningkatkan pengendalian mutu produksi di CV Darunnajah Maju Bersama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses produksi, yang berdampak pada kualitas produk tempe yang lebih konsisten. Selain itu, SIM juga meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengendalian mutu, menciptakan budaya kualitas yang lebih baik di perusahaan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan teknologi informasi dalam konteks industri kecil, yang memberikan wawasan baru tentang strategi pengendalian mutu. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi dalam SIM dapat menjadi langkah strategis bagi industri kecil untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. This study aims to explore the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving production quality control at CV Darunnajah Maju Bersama. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study, involving observation, interviews, and documentation data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of MIS significantly increases efficiency and accuracy in the production process, which has an impact on more consistent tempeh product quality. In addition, MIS also increases employee involvement in quality control, creating a better-quality culture in the company. The novelty of this study lies in the application of information technology in the context of small industries, which provides new insights into quality control strategies. The implications of this study indicate that investment in MIS can be a strategic step for small industries to increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of live streaming and discounts on consumer purchasing decisions, with positive emotions as a mediating variable, in the context of purchasing Erigo products at TikTok Shop. The research method used is quantitative with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using a structural model. The results showed that live streaming and discounts had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, positive emotions are shown to mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and purchasing decisions, which means that a positive experience when watching live streaming or getting a discount increases the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. These findings provide insights for businesses in designing more effective digital marketing strategies.
