Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of lack of knowledge and awareness of the nutritional needs of pregnant women during pregnancy at Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang Health Center. Pregnant women rarely do nutritional counseling to nutritionists about the diet and type of food that must be consumed during pregnancy because of limited time for consultation at Bungus Bay Kabung Health Center. Therefore nutritionists try to make the application of nutritional needs of pregnant women web-based with Cooper's method with the aim of making it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through food menu selection. The Cooper method is a way of calculating the number of calories needed by a pregnant woman. The method used for system development is the system development life cycle method (SDLC), while the tools for modeling use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used for making this application is PHP and MySQL for the database. Based on this study, pregnant women can conduct online consultations as a means of providing solutions to find out the fulfillment of the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetuses.

Abstract

Health services to the community is the most important part to increase awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy for every person to realize the optimal health status of society. Patient or community satisfaction of the services provided by the puskemas is strongly influenced by the speed and determination of the officers in handling the patient, starting from the patient registering until the patient is examined by medical personnel to get the medication for the illness he complains about.Data collection of inpatients at Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang is still using conventional way that records manual patient data in a book and in handling patient sometimes patient often forgot or lost her visit card when she return treatment then officer will directly return make visit card for missing. This method is certainly not maximal or less optimal so that many obstacles faced by the officers and patients who come treatment and also resulted in redundancy of data and reports that must be issued often experience delays. Stages of research that has been done by analyzing the system is running to produce a fast, accurate and easy information.Utilization of information system at puskesmas begins with software modeling (UML) which is a very reliable tool in developing object oriented system, while UML diagram used in this research is use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, state diagrams and collaboration diagrams. so that obtained a systematic design for the design of applications using PHP and MySQL programming language.The design of patient data information system application that has been done for processing transaction data which was originally done manually into computerization can simplify the data processing so that it can be done quickly and accurately, and the information generated in the form of more complete report.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan penerapan teknologi mengalami peningkatan yang semakin pesat. Efektifitas serta efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap praktisi bisnis merasa perlu menerapkan TI dalam setiap lingkungan kerjanya. Pada saat ini teknologi yang banyak dimanfaatkan diberbagai instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Teknologi komputer dapat dipakai untuk mengatasi masalah dalam melakukan analisa kerja dalam berbagai bidang. Dengan adanya perancangan suatu sistem pengolahan data pada Puskesmas Pengambiran akan memudahkan user dalam melakukan pengolahan data-data.

Abstract

RSUD Sawahlunto belum menerapkan KIUP sehingga pelayanan menjadi tidak efisien terutama bagi pasien yang tidak membawa kartuberobat, untuk itu agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien maka RSUD Sawahlunto memerlukan KIUP untuk menunjang pelayanan pasien. KIUP berbasis komputerisasi ini diujicobakan pada pasien yang tidak membawa kartu berobat di RSUD Sawahlunto untuk mengetahui keefektifan KIUP tersebut, dan untuk melihat efesiensi dari KIUP berbasis computer ini dibagikan angket kepada seluruh petugas rekam medis yang di RSUD Sawahlunto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIUP berbasis komputerisasi ini sudah valid (71.25%), dan dari segi efisiensi waktu KIUP sudah dapat mencarikan no rekam medis pasien secara cepat serta dari segi tenaga dan biaya KIUP ini sudah efisien (62.5%). Efektifitas dari KIUP ini (100%) sudah efektif dilihat dari kecocokan dan keseuaian nomor rekam medis yang dicari dengan berkas rekam medis milik pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, diharapkan KIUP dapat diterapkan di RSUD Sawahlunto agar dapat membantu pelayanan di rumah sakit khususnya bagi pasien yang tidak membawa kartu berobat

Abstract

Clustering is a process of grouping data sets into several groups. K-Mean is an innovation or new knowledge for puskesmas in calculating patient disease data. This study aims to determine the clustering of medical record data using the k-mean algorithm. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative data. The population of medical record data taken is the last 3 months of 2020. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection by observation and data analysis using thealgorithm K-Mean. The result of the research is that there are 3 clusters determined. Among them are the Low Suffering Disease Cluster, Medium Suffered Disease and High Suffered Disease Cluster. Low suffering disease which is coded to cluster A there are 97 patients with a percentage (14%), high suffering disease is coded to cluster B there are 318 patients with a percentage (45%), and moderate illness is coded to cluster C there are 292 patients with a percentage (41%). Disease The most common at the Lubuk Alung Health Center are Diabetes, Schizophrenia, Hypertension, Stroke, Refractive Disorders, Rheumatism, Tinea, Gout, Epilepsy and Cataracts. From this pattern, the researcher compared with several sources, that the pattern of the disease is indeed suffered by a lot of people in the age range above 30 years. The K-Mean method can be a new innovation that is expected to make it easier to calculate patient disease data at the Lubuk Alung Health Center.

Abstract

In many countries, accessibility of healthcare remains a major challenge, especially in remote rural and urban areas. This research is relevant because of the push towards the application of technology in the healthcare sector to improve healthcare accessibility worldwide. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the role of e-Health in improving healthcare accessibility, explore the impact of digital transformation in improving the quality and coverage of healthcare services, and to draw conclusions about the implications of e-Health implementation and digital transformation in the context of improving healthcare accessibility. This research method uses a literature analysis approach to collect and analyze data from various sources of information related to e-Health and digital transformation in health services. The results of this study show that the implementation of e-Health and digital transformation has brought significant impact in improving the accessibility of health services, especially through the utilization of telemedicine, electronic medical records, and health applications. This has enabled easier access for individuals to obtain medical consultations and health information, especially for those living in remote areas. The conclusion of this study shows that e-Health and digital transformation have great potential in improving healthcare accessibility. By continuing to develop and integrate technology in the health sector, we can achieve the greater goal of providing more equitable and affordable healthcare to the global community. These steps can help reduce disparities in access to healthcare and improve people's overall quality of life.
