The application of appropriate technology in the form of electric stirrer and storefront of donut product storagehas been implemented appropriately and targeted to the business partner of Roti Sari and Dian Jaya Bakery Businesslocated in Kupang city. Until now the process of stirring, pengulenan or pengenyalan on household industry partners arestill done manually with simple equipment. In order to increase the added value and selling value of donut cake products,baking cookies, Bolu cake, it is necessary to synergy between universities with partners in the form of application ofappropriate technology for the development of science and technology. The method of this program is the provision ofmaterials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstration tools and equipment by the team, simulation tools, specialcounseling at the location of partners and suggestions as a follow-up in the endurance of production and assistanceactivities. This community service offering provides added value of production in terms of time and speed in massproduction, hygiene and clean. Increase the product value in quality or quality and quantity quantity is estimated from 3kg - 5 kg of raw material to 10 kg - 15 kg per cycle of production. Product demand increased after this activity. productionper day from 10 kg to 20 kg of wheat raw material after baking dough, processed, fried, sliced, and packed into 400 - 600donuts and fried bread Rp. 800 - 2,000.00 per seed.   Abstract - Crackers and corn marning flat plate collector systems use solar energy to improve the quality and hygiene of small industrial products crackers and corn marning the Sima Indah brand is a tool that utilizes solar radiation energy after passing through the collecting plate, the heat received is used to dry crackers and corn material marning. The main constituent component of a flat plate collector is the plate as a collector cover, a zinc plate painted black to enhance absorbency to function as an absorber plate, insulating material from cork or wood powder, and blocks and dryers from teak boards. Construction of crackers and corn marning models is very simple because the raw materials and materials for making, workmanship is easy to obtain, the design is short and does not require a long time. The method of community service is the provision of materials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of cracker dryers and marning corn with solar energy flat plate collector systems have been made by a team for small industries Sima Indah corn processed products, simulation tools, special counseling at partner locations and contribute advice as a follow-up in production resilience. The output of the program can increase production value added by 20 kg - 30 kg of raw material to 40 kg - 50 kg, in terms of drying time 4-7 days to 2-3 days and speed in mass production, hygiene and guarantee of cleanliness.

Community Partnership Program in small home industry of making fish floss brand "Savitri" and "Tiaras" inKupang city in the form of application of electric centrifugation filter model has been implemented. One of the problemsin the production of Savitri and Tiaras fish floss is that there is still a lot of oil in the frying product which is only drainedon a simple sieve and then placed for some time on traditional tools of filter and paper that can cause low quality and lowquality, so it is necessary to reduce the oil yield frying fish floss product. In order to increase the added value and sellingvalue of the products, it is necessary synergy between Universities and Partners in the form of application of the results ofscience and technology to the public. The main components of the composer of the versatile filter are the cylindrical plateas the bucket of the filter, the cylinder filter, the electric dynamo as the centrifuge system rotator and the load-bearingconstruction. The method of this program is the provision of materials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstrationtools and the provision of a versatile filter cylinder system centrifuge model by the team, simulation tools, specialcounseling at the location of partners and suggestions as a follow-up in the endurance of production. The output of thisprogram can provide added value in the form of the use of this tool can improve labor efficiency, increase productivitypartners by producing 40 kg to 50 kg raw material, raw fish marlin, fish meat after cleaning, processed, fried, in andpacked into 80-100 packs of fish floss with the price of Rp. 40,000.00 per package weighing 250 grams. Community Partnership Program electric stirrer and storefront products for donuts, bread cakes and traditionalcakes have been implemented at business partners H. Harawiah and Toko Ujung in Kupang's Penfui market. Activitiesinclude the assembly of electric stirrers and cake display cases, training on the use and workings of tools, the process ofoperation and maintenance of electric stirrers and donut product storage window, assistance and reporting activities. Electric stirrer is a square steel plate, steel stirring rod, stirrer container, stirrer and electric dynamo. Stirrer specifications of dough capacity of 2-5 kg, dimensions of 60cm x 45cm x 53cm, stainless steel, 350 watts of power and 900-1200 rpm. The productstorage window is a 5mm aluminum and glass rod, dimensions of 100 cm x 40 cm x 100 cm. The method of implementation isthe provision of materials, the design and manufacturing of tools, demonstration of tools and the provision of tools by theteam, simulation of tools, counseling at partner locations and contributing to production resilience and mentoring activities.This community service output provides added value in terms of production, time and speed in mass production, and inhygienic and clean storage. Increase added value and selling value of donut cake products, fried bread cakes, traditional cakeswith a capacity of 2-5 kg driven by electricity, labor efficiency, increase partner productivity by producing 10-15 kg of breadper day or a mixture of 400 - 700 donuts, fried bread cake, traditional cake. Interviews with business partners receive a grossprofit of IDR 375,000.00 - 500,000.00 per day or 11,250,000.00 - 15,000,000.00 per month. Also partners put in a displaycabinet from this program

Science for Society in Small Industries of Corn Crackers Kelimutu Sikumana Kota Kupang in the form ofapplication of slicer has been implemented, one of the problems in the production of Kelimutu corn cracker is still a lot ofoil in frying product which only drained on simple sieve and placed some time above cardboard that can cause loweringquality and low hygiene, so it is necessary to do the reduction of frying oil products corn chips cracker. In order toincrease the added value and selling value of the product, it is necessary to synergy between Universities and Partners inthe form of science and technology for the community. The main constituent component of a slicer is a cylinder plate as abucket of a slicer, a cylinder slicer, an electric dynamo as a centrifuge system rotating motor and a load-bearingconstruction. The method of this program is the provision of materials, design and manufacture of tools, demonstrationtools and the provision of a versatile cylinder system centrifuge model by team, tool simulation, special counseling atpartner sites and suggestions as follow-up in production endurance. The output of this program can give the added valueof production increase from 20 kg-30 kg of raw material to 40 kg - 50 kg,  corn raw material after cooking, dried, fried,processed and packed into 60 - 100 packs per 500 g with price Rp . 15,000.00 per pack. Or equivalent Rp. 900,000.00 to Rp1,500,000.00 per production in the form of cash and consumptions, and non-greasy, clean, hybrid corn chip crackers

This activity promotes the development of traditional Sasando and Sasando electric production and design as an effort to maintain and preserve local culture with a research approach and community service in the electric edon sasando partner industry in kupang. The partner industry experienced a variety of problems, especially in the production process, procurement of raw materials, facilities and facilities for production, marketing and promotion while the demand for electric Sasando musical instruments was in great demand of the Local Market, National and International. In Production still use simple and limited equipment so that the product is finally a little. The methods used in this program are the stages of preparing work plans, implementing programs, determining performance indicators, implementing monitoring and evaluation and mentoring and preparing the final program report. The results of this service program resulted in a tranducer component, Spul Sasando Tester with high accuracy and precision so that the products and modern designs of traditional Sasando instruments and electric Sasando have high efficiency in assembly. The results of this program traditional electric Sasando and products increased from 1 product to 5-10 traditional and electric Sasando products. The promotion is carried out in the form of participating in product exhibitions, as performers in various local, national and international events. Marketing is in the form of establishing Sasando art studios, through the internet and opening outlets. The collaboration program of Nusa Cendana University, Edon Sasando Electric's regional government and partner industries is very useful to increase production and product quality based on research results that are beneficial to the wider community so that it is recommended for further research and community service.

This community service aims to empower junior and senior high school students to improve their knowledge, abilities and skills in playing NTT ethnic traditional musical instruments as an effort to preserve local culture, especially traditional musical instruments. Implementation methods are designed based on community empowerment methods including identification of schools and target participants, preparation of training tools and materials, provision of materials, introduction of sasando daun traditional musical instruments, recognition of tone and sound, training and use of playing sasando daun traditional musical instruments and monitoring and evaluation and sustainability. This activity is carried out on St. Catholic Catholic Middle School students Familia and Kupang Superior Generation Christian High School, each 20 students. The results of the activity showed that as many as 40 participants were able to play the Sasando Daun  traditional musical instrument skillfully, skillfully and well. It is expected that with the presence of 40 students the students will be able to direct and motivate other students to play the traditional Sasando Daun musical instrument so as to be able to preserve the NTT ethnic culture, especially maintaining the ability to play this instrument. For the continuation of the activities of all these students will be included in the appearance of the traditional Sasando Daun musical instrument play in various events in Kupang and outside Kupang and formed the Sasando Traditional Music Art Unit.

Community Partnership Program for Dissemination of Health Information on Drug Use Hazards In adolescents, especially students of Kupang 16 Public Middle School in the form of lectures, simulations, demonstrations and visualization posters of Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substances. One of the problems The location was chosen as one of the locations of community service based on the results of field observations explaining the need for health dissemination at this school and there has never been any health dissemination activity involving public health faculty lecturers. Besides providing information and developments in health science and technology in handling health problems, including one of them to prevent drug abuse among adolescents, especially in junior high school students. This program method is to provide 1) planning and design of activities to be carried out. 2) supply of tool materials according to the planned requirements. 3) preparation for implementation. 4) implementation of activities. 5) banner installation and application tools. 6) Submission of material and drug socialization as a way to prevent drug abuse among adolescents. 7) frequently asked questions, suggestions, implementers and partners. 9) monitoring of activities by the FKM Undana monitoring team. 10) evaluation of Community Partnership Program activities by the activity implementing team and partners. 11) reporting the activities of the Community Partnership Program as the responsibility of the activities of the Community Partnership Program. This program output can provide added value knowledge and information. Specifically, this service activity is expected to be able to provide goals to direct the target (students of SMPN 16) for take precautionary measures against opportunities for health problems in adolescents, increase knowledge and understanding of adolescent health, pmpowering teenage students so that preventive actions can be implemented well, supporting government programs in maintaining and improving the health status of adolescents, identifying the dangers of drug abuse that can be experienced at adolescence, provide information and outreach about the dangers of drug abuse that can be experienced at adolescence, convey information and outreach about the sources or causes of the dangers of drug abuse, provide an understanding of the impact of the dangers of drug abuse on its growth and development in adolescence, provide solutions in the form of preventive measures and appropriate handling of the dangers of drug abuse that can occur in adolescence, and provide motivation to keep guarding against drug abuse that can occur at the age of adolescence.

Activities of implementing research results for many audiences have been carried out in the form of socialization of the delivery of scientific knowledge material in the form of counseling and strengthening hygiene and health behavior for informal sector workers in order to remain productive during the situation and conditions of the 2019 Covid pandemic in Lasiana Kupang Ntt which have been carried out efficiently and carefully. . Community service method with the following stages: 1) planning and design of activities; 2) supply of materials as needed; 3) pre-implementation preparation and implementation of activities; 4) delivery of counseling materials and socialization of strengthening the character of hygiene and health behavior for informal sector workers to remain productive during the situation and conditions of the 2019 Covid pandemic in Lasiana, Kupang Ntt; 5) questions and answers and brainstorming and suggestions from implementers and target partners; 6) Field monitoring by monitoring supervisor; 7) results of evaluation from community partnership activities and 8) the final report of the activity. The output of this activity is knowledge and understanding for informal sector workers affected by Covid 2019, especially construction workers and temporary workers in Lasiana, Kupang city, to always carry out healthy patterns and behavior, especially clean and healthy living habits and provide humanitarian assistance in form of food needs, masks and hand sanitizer.
