Abstract

Analysis Of Community Satisfaction Index In Receipt Of Administrative Services At The District Tampan Office Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the Community Satisfaction Index in receipt of services and what are the factors that influence people's satisfaction Tampan District Office in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a quantitative and qualitative research method. Researchers using accidental sampling technique (by chance) To meet the accuracy of indexing, set at a minimum of 150 respondents was selected out of a population of service recipients. Data collection was conducted by means of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. In this study indicators of community satisfaction refers to the Decree of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform Number : Kep/25/M.PAN/2/2004 on Guidelines for Preparation General Public Satisfaction Index Services Unit Government Agencies, and the factors that influence people's satisfaction of the writer grab theory of management service by Ratminto. The results showed that the Customer Satisfaction Index in receipt of services in the city of Pekanbaru categorized District Office has been good with the value 77.6 (Good). While the factors that affect people's satisfaction at Tampan Head Office is the organization's culture, systems services, human resources and service users.Key words: Public service, quality of service, community satisfaction

Abstract

Padaharja Village is one of the villages located in Kramat District, Tegal Regency with a strategic area location in developing agromaritime resources. One resource whose potential can be maximized is the livestock sector. Therefore, it is necessary to implement activities to support the results of the livestock sector so that they are maximized, one of which is mineral blocks. The aim of implementing mineral blocks for breeders, especially goats in Padaharja Village, is to maximize the mineral needs of goat livestock which often escape the attention of goat breeders. Activities are carried out offline with an approach in the form of socialization and demonstrating how to make mineral blocks. The results of this activity show a significant increase in farmers' understanding and skills regarding the use of mineral blocks. The impact of this activity is quite positive, with livestock farmers increasing their understanding of the importance of mineral nutrition for their livestock. The use of mineral blocks as a feed supplement has begun to be implemented by several breeders, and they report improvements in livestock health and productivity. Thus, the socialization and demonstration program for making mineral blocks in Padaharja Village has succeeded in increasing farmers' awareness and skills regarding the importance of mineral intake for livestock health and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan minat berkunjung kembali. Kemudian juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 responden dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, dan kepuasan pengunjung dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Kualitas pelayanan dan nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Sedangkan nilai yang dirasakan secara langsung tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Namun nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan pengunjung. Kemudian kepuasan pengunjung mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and perceived value on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention. Then, it also aims to analyze visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable that influences service quality and perceived value on revisit intention. This research is quantitative research, which involves distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using SEM-PLS. Results of this research show that service quality has a direct positive and significant influence on revisit intention, and visitor satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on revisit intention. Service quality and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. While perceived value does not directly have a significant impact on revisit intention. However, perceived value has a significant effect on revisit intention through visitor satisfaction. Then, visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on revisit intention.

Abstract

Malaria masih menjadi salah satu penyakit endemik yang mengancam kesehatan masyarakat di daerah-daerah tertentu, termasuk di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, khususnya di Desa Labuha Bilik. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pencegahan malaria melalui penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi melalui pendekatan kunjungan rumah, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), pelatihan praktis, serta penggunaan media lokal seperti poster dan baliho. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai malaria dan penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida yang benar. Sebelum program, hanya 40% masyarakat yang mengetahui cara penggunaan kelambu yang tepat, sedangkan setelah sosialisasi, jumlah tersebut meningkat menjadi 85%. Selain itu, sekitar 70% rumah tangga di desa ini mulai menggunakan kelambu berinsektisida dengan benar, dan pemeliharaan kelambu yang lebih baik juga mulai diterapkan. Program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam pengurangan risiko penularan malaria, namun masih perlu adanya pengawasan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku masyarakat.

Abstract

Given the importance of the needs that must be met by humans as living beings, food is one of the elements that must be fulfilled so that humans can survive. Food is increasingly innovating but until now instant food is still favored by many people. Instant food that is often found and easy to make is Instant Noodles, there are many Instant Noodle brands in Indonesia, especially Lemonilo. Lemonilo does its marketing strategy by hooking NCT Dream as its celebrity endorser or brand ambassador. It is said to be the right decision because it turns out that celebrity endorsers through audience attitudes towards advertising and brands have a significant positive influence on buying interest in Lemonilo products.
