Abstract

This community‑service program implemented a project‑based art performance mentoring model for elementary students of SD 4 and SD 6 Metro Timur from 13 June to 13 July 2025. The one‑month program consisted of (1) needs analysis, (2) on‑site coaching clinics in each school, and (3) a culminating “Gelar Karya” showcase at Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Mixed‑method evaluation combining observation sheets, interviews, and a creativity rubric indicated (a) a 42 % increase in students’ self‑confidence scores, (b) improved collaboration between teachers and university mentors, and (c) the production of multidisciplinary artifacts (drama, books, local‑food products) aligned with the Merdeka Belajar framework. The model proves effective in cultivating 6C competencies and can be replicated in other schools with minimal cost.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan telah mendorong inovasi dalam media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak diterapkan adalah Project-Based Learning (PjBL), yang mengutamakan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis PjBL menggunakan Articulate Storyline untuk siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Metro.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development, R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil angket validasi diperoleh dari ahli desain mendapat persentase 95%, dan ahli materi mendapat persentase 82,5%, ini berarti bahwa Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Project-Based Learning, Articulate Storyline yang dikembangkan valid dan layak untuk diujicobakan. Selanjutnya hasil uji coba pada peserta didik dilakukan dengan responden sejumlah 32 orang mendapat rata-rata persentase 79%, ini berarti Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Project-Based Learning, Articulate Storyline praktis untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan “Valid” oleh para ahli dan dinyatakan "Praktis" oleh pengguna. The advancement of technology in education has driven innovations in more interactive and effective learning media. One widely implemented approach is Project-Based Learning (PjBL), which emphasizes active student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on PjBL using Articulate Storyline for 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Metro. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instruments used in this study include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The validation questionnaire results showed that the design expert gave a validity score of 95%, while the subject matter expert gave a score of 82.5%. These results indicate that the developed interactive learning media, based on Project-Based Learning and Articulate Storyline, is valid and suitable for trial use. Furthermore, the trial conducted with 32 student respondents resulted in an average score of 79%, indicating that the developed interactive learning media is practical for use. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the developed learning media is deemed "Valid" by experts and "Practical" by users.
