Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Dana BOS dalam meningkatkan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) pada SDN Pajjaiang 2 Kec.Biringkanaya Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan metode deskriptif terhadap pengelolaan dana BOS dalam meningkan proses belajar mengajar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapengelolaan dana BOS triwulan I tahun 2014 telah dibelanjakan sesuai Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) SDN Pajjaiang 2 Kec. Biringkanaya Makassar, guna meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to: (1) Explain the effect of Education Level on Teacher Performance. (2) Explaining the effect of training on teacher performance. (3) Explaining the effect of Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance. (4) Explaining the influence of Education, Training and Teaching Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research that have been carried out state that (1) the level of education has a negative and significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (2) There is a significant positive effect of training on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (3) There is a significant positive effect of Pursuit Experience on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between the level of education, training and teaching experience on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Segeri, Pangkep Regency. Keywords: Education, Training, Teaching Experience and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation in the character education program and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects and information sources were the principal, deputy head of the curriculum section, deputy head of the student section, counseling teacher, Islamic Education subject teacher, PKn subject teacher, and social studies subject teacher. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews and review of the documents of the SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. In analyzing the data, steps are taken, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusions and verification. The validity test of the data is done by triangulation.The conclusions in this study are, 1) Planning for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out through 3 processes, namely socialization of character education, compiling curriculum, and managing school culture and extracurricular activities; 2) Implementation of the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out in: (a) learning activities, (b) school cultural activities; and (c) extracurricular activities. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supervision, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation. 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supporting factors include (a) conducive situation, (b) programmed activities, (c) supporting infrastructure facilities, (d) Human Resources, leadership, and good teacher attitudes, while inhibiting factors include: (a) lack of communication between the school and parents, (b) awareness of students who are still lacking, and (c) different understanding of school people about character education. Keywords: Implementation, Character Education Program

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of industrial work practice programs (Prakerin/ Workmanship) at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng. The purpose of this research is to find out the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising industrial work practices at Soppeng Vocational School 1. This research will benefit the implementation and development of industrial work practices, especially the apprenticeship managers, namely principals, teachers, and the business world/industrial world. This study uses descriptive qualitative method to analyze the implementation of industrial work practice programs at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng. The sources of data in this study are the Principal, teachers, students, alumni, and the business world/industrial world. Data collection in this study is by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the planning of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng has been running in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Organizing industrial work practices at Soppeng 1 State Vocational School is in accordance with school organization standards. The implementation of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng is carried out well and optimally. While the supervision of industrial work practices at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng involves school stakeholders so that it is well implemented, especially regarding the suitability and quality of students with the competencies that have been owned at the time of implementation of the business practice in the business/industrial world.Keywords: Implementation, Prakerin/Workmanship, planning, organization, actuation, and supervision

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) teachers' efforts in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan (2) obstacles faced by teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students at UPT SPF SDN Kumala?This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal and teacher of UPT SPF SDN Kumaladan. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification.The results showed that; 1) the teacher's efforts to increase the learning motivation of students by giving praise, arousing curiosity, giving gifts, using simulation methods and games in learning activities and giving tasks as a form of reinforcement;2) there are obstacles for teachers in increasing the learning motivation of students, namely, obstacles from students who lack interest in learning, obstacles from the family environment in this case the lack of attention of parents of students and obstacles from the school environment which is still inadequate in supporting learning implementation activities. Keywords : Teacher Efforts, Learning Motivation, Learners

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Utilization of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN No. 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency; and (2) what are the obstacles that hinder the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattopodalle in Takalar Regency This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers of SDN Number 110 Inpres Mattompodalle in Takalar Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results showed that (1) the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for social studies subjects at SDN 110 Inpres Mattompodalle, Takalar Regency had never been used by teachers in the implementation of learning. Teachers prefer to teach in the classroom rather than outside the classroom by using a learning resource environment. (2) The constraints on the use of the surrounding environment as a learning resource for students at SDN 110 Inpres Mattopodalle, Takalar Regency were not implemented due to the teacher's preference for teaching in the classroom rather than outside the classroom. Keywords: Environmental Utilization, Learning Resources, Social Studies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada siswa melalui program bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa serta hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi selama proses penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui program bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa yang terletak di Jalan Mesjid Raya No.46 Kelurahan Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa selama 2 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dimana jenis penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik yang lebih mengarah pada studi kasus (case study). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Penanaman Nilai-nilai Kewirausahaan Melalui Program Bisnis Pada Siswa/Siswi Jurusan Desain Produksi Kriya Kreatif Keramik di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Guru Kewirausahaan sebagai subjek penelitian memiliki kemampuan dalam hal melakukan pembelajaran dan memberikan pemahaman tentang mata pelajaran program bisnis kepada siswa/siswi jurusan kriya kreatif keramik meskipun kurang signifikan baik dalam segi materi dan sebagainya. Walaupun dalam ilmu dan pemahaman yang terbatas guru kewirausahaan selaku subjek penelitian dapat membantu siswa/siswi jurusan desain produksi kriya kreatif keramik selaku objek untuk dapat memahami sedikit tentang isi dari mata pelajaran program bisnis tersebut. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah dengan adanya penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui program bisnis dapat membantu siswa/siswi dalam menemukan jati dirinya untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan (enterpreneurship). Kata Kunci      : Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Kewirausahaan, Program Bisnis

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) Kompetensi guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep, (2) Perilaku profesional guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep, (3) Besarnya pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap perilaku profesional guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua guru pada SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep yang berjumlah 341 guru. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (1) Observasi, (2) Angket, (3) Data dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pencapaian kompetensi guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep tergolong dalam kategori baik. Dalam hal ini didukung oleh penguasaan guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan sosial (2) Perilaku profesional guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik, (3) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku profesional guru SD di Kecamatan Liukang Tangaya Kabupaten Pangkep. Artinya, semakin baik pencapaian kompetensi guru, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku profesional guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya terutama dalam hal pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, guru, dan profesional.
