Abstract

Poverty is still a problem in Indonesia and is a national concern and appropriate treatment. In 2007, the government created a program intended for a family called the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) with the aim of breaking the chain of poverty, changing unsupportive actions, as well as the welfare and quality of human resources. Unfortunately, the support system for receiving PKH assistance deals with problems regarding potential recipients of PKH assistance, where data management is still conventional and does not match the predetermined criteria, so that the assistance is not yet on target. As a solution to these problems, the authors developed a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is often known as the weighted summation, where the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has the advantage of determining attribute values, then it will be continued by determining a chaining process. which will select the best from various alternatives, and the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and preference weights. The result of this research is a decision support system application that gives output in the form of ranking of 126 poor family data which has very good accuracy of 0.4800. So that it gets the priority that receives the most PKH assistance to meet the limited PKH quota in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the government so that the assistance is right on target.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk memeriksa pola konsumen di lingkungan e-commerce. Di era digital saat ini, sangat penting untuk memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perilaku konsumen, yang membuat bisnis tetap kompetitif. Dengan menggunakan data transaksional yang mencakup faktor -faktor seperti harga akhir dan  diskon, konsumen konsumen penelitian ini  berdasarkan perilaku belanja mereka. Metode Elbow digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah kelompok yang paling tepat, yang merupakan langkah penting dalam analisis ini. Setelah menentukan jumlah cluster yang optimal dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means  untuk mengenali berbagai segmen konsumen. K-Means adalah metode yang relatif sederhana dan mudah dipahami yang mencakup pilihan serangkaian centroid (titik tengah) dan pengelompokan data berdasarkan kedekatan centroid. Dengan mengelompokkan pelanggan ke dalam kelompok yang berbeda, K-means dapat membantu untuk mengidentifikasi pola pembelian yang jelas seperti preferensi produk, frekuensi pembelian, dan perilaku belanja. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang berpendidikan dengan skor siluet 0,54 sangat terpisah dan jelas, menunjukkan bahwa ini menunjukkan kualitas kelompok yang baik. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang berharga tentang perusahaan e-commerce dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efisien, mempersonalisasikan pengalaman bagi konsumen, dan memahami perilaku konsumen di pasar online. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada literatur akademik, tetapi juga memberikan pengetahuan praktis yang dapat diterapkan pada strategi bisnis.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation and effectiveness testing of the Extreme Programming (XP) method in the development of a web-based letter management application for the MPR RI institution. Currently, the institution's correspondence process is still carried out in a conventional-semi digital manner, which often leads to obstacles such as inefficiency, delays, and difficulties in document tracking. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to design and build a web-based system that can address these issues, thereby improving the efficiency and transparency of correspondence management. The Extreme Programming (XP) method was chosen for its adaptive and quality-oriented approach, where user feedback is a key element in every stage of development. The results of this study indicate that the application of XP successfully produced a functional and effective application for managing correspondence and was able to enhance work productivity within the MPR RI environment.
