Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an instrument in the process of institutional restructuring in PD Parkir Raya Makassar, by assessing the workload of Unit, the results of which will be used as the material (input) for land-use planning process / improvement of the organizational structure and staffing. It also aims to obtain information about the efficiency and work performance unit / organizational unit / office holders and their use in order to improve the quality of employees. The scope of work includes the load measurement workload across existing employees within the scope of PD. Parkir Makassar Raya both Organic Employees, Employee Contracts and Employees with research methods using the effective working hours, the hours of work that should be filled with work to produce a good product is concrete or abstract (object or service). The results of this study indicate that PD Parking Makassar Kingdom in 2016 this number workload of 121 945 man hours (OJ), the number of employee needs as many as 87 people, while employees who have as many as 76 people, so the PD Parkir Makassar Raya shortage of staff as 11 people.

Abstract

This article describes the results of the Science and Technology for Society (IBM) for training, coaching and mentoring on Craft Group Karunrung Plastic Waste in the village and sub-district Bontomakio Rappocini Makassar. This activity aims to : (1) increase the motivation for entrepreneurship partner members, (2) enhance the ability of members of the technical partners in production and marketing, (4) increase the number and quality of the production of associate members, (4) improving the understanding and participation of associate members of the plan business and good management. Outcomes achieved from this program are : (1) increasing the entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit of partner members in an effort to support group activities, (2) the group has the knowledge and skills partners and pemasaan production, (3) with the increasing productivity partner group, (4) group partners have the ability to make a simple business plan, established institutional partner organizations, (5) increased faculty attention to the group of crafters Nobel STIE plastic waste, and (6) increased activity in the development of science and technology STIE Nobel Indonesian. While the physical outcomes of this program is in the form of object carried in the hand bag, school bag, decoration curtains, different types of flowers (flowervase ), key chains, glass cover, water spots and other minirel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous work stress (job conflict, workload, working time, karaktcristik tasks, support group leadership and influence) on employee performance, 2) determine whether the stress of work (work conflict, workload, working time, the characteristics of tasks, support groups and the influence of leadership) simultaneously positive effect on employee performance, 3) determine whether the stress of work (work conflict, workload, work time, task characteristics, group support and influence leadership) partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that Taken together or simultaneously, six factors or variables that job stress is a factor into the analysis of the research work conflict, workload, work time, task characteristics, support groups, and the influence of leadership , meaningful and significant influence on the performance of employees in South Sulawesi Provincial Election Commission Office. Abstract

These results indicate that the development of Tax Revenue Collection and Utilization of Ground Water year 2005-2009 budget has fluctuated from year to year. Contribution of Tax Collection and Use of Underground Water of Revenue (PAD) starting from year 2005-2009 budget is still relatively small at less than 1%, this amount also decreased from year to year because there are no significant revenue growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Desain terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kendaraan Bermotor Honda CRF di Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh konsumen pengguna sepeda motor Honda CRF di Makassar, dengan sampel yaitu 50 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random quota sampling menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis data yaitu Uji Instrumen Penelitian (Uji validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik (Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Uji Statistik (Uji t, Uji F, dan Koefisaien Determinasi), diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Desain terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kendaraan Bermotor Honda CRF di Makassar baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. adapun variabel Desain merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian motor Honda CRF di Makassar

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja seseorang secara kualitas dan kualitas sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara proses rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari para karyawan yang bekerja Pada PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk Cabang Makassa dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga menetapkan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibiltasnya, juga diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi Normalitas, Asumsi Multikoloneritas, dan Heteroskedastisitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dibantu oleh program SPSS 23 (Statistical Program For Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan proses rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga semua hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (a) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (b) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (c) variabel manakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 orang yang merupakan seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (b) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar (c) variabel kompensasi yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar.
