Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model knowledge management di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menampilkan data dan menarik kesimpulan serta verifikasi data. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa model proses knowledge management yang didasarkan atas penciptaan pengetahuan, pengorganisasian pengetahuan, penyimpanan atau pelestarian pengetahuan, berbagi dan menyebarkan pengetahuan serta menggunakan atau memanfaatkan pengetahuan. Manajemen pengetahuan di BPS Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan suatu teknik dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang bertujuan untuk memotivasi pegawai agar terus berinovasi, belajar dan terus meningkatkan pemahaman atas pengetahuan baru yang diperoleh sehingga akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki produktivitas dan berkinerja tinggi serta dapat mencapai keunggulan kompetitif organisasi.

Abstract

Collaboration within the library is important where it provides benefits and promotes development. Here we discuss further the development of the ITENAS library material collection in the Chiness Corner Collaboration, using the research method, namely the descriptive qualitative method with an observational approach to directly observe the collection development process and interactions between library managers and users. This research shows that collaboration with Chinese Corner makes a significant contribution to the development of library material collections at the ITENAS Library. Library management actively coordinates with Chinese Corner staff to understand user needs regarding library materials. The process of selecting and acquiring library materials is carried out by considering user preferences and relevance to the Chinese Corner program. The observation results also reveal the importance of effective processing of library materials. The indexing and classification process is carried out carefully to ensure accessibility and easy search. Collaboration with Chinese Corner makes it possible to provide special space or shelves to display library materials related to China, making it easier for users to find and utilize these collections.Keywords: library, collection development, collaboration

Abstract

Perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Padjadjaran berupaya meningkatkan kualitas layanannya melalui kerjasama dengan Bank Indonesia dengan mengadakan program layanan BI Corner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan layanan yang ada di Perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) melalui program BI Corner bersama dengan Bank Indonesia. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan secara mendalam terhadap data yang dikumpulkan, termasuk informasi yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi, dan studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerjasama antara Perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) dengan Bank Indonesia melalui layanan BI Corner telah berhasil dalam upaya meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan layanan. Kerjasama ini telah membuka peluang yang luas bagi pengguna layanan untuk mengakses koleksi dan sumber daya terkait bidang ekonomi dan keuangan, yang pada gilirannya telah mendukung pengembangan kegiatan riset dan pembelajaran di lingkungan kampus. They are improving FEB Padjadjaran University Library Services through BI Corner Cooperation. The Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Padjadjaran University seeks to enhance the quality of its services through cooperation with Bank Indonesia by holding a BI Corner service program. This study aims to analyze the improvement of existing services at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Library through the BI Corner program together with Bank Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The analysis was conducted in-depth on the data collected, including information obtained through interviews with resource persons, observations, and literature studies. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the collaboration between the Library of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and Bank Indonesia through BI Corner services has successfully improved the accessibility of information and services. This collaboration has opened up extensive opportunities for service users to access collections and resources related to economics and finance, which has supported the development of research and learning activities on campus.

Abstract

Discussion forums are activities to distribute information, ideas, and question. The Batu Api Library held discussion forums to exchange ideas that are discussed and presented through a problem or question that must be resolved based on a joint opinion or decision. This research aimed to find out the discussion forum model at the Batu Api Library during the pandemic with analysis discussion forum model and the development of library services through discussion forums. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The research was carried out for four months, from February to May 2022, using in-depth interview techniques with five people as the number of subjects in this study. The study results stated that during the pandemic, the Batu Api Library continued to conduct discussion forum activities, despite several changes due to the pandemic. Discussion forum at the Batu Api Library is sharing knowledge activity that source library collections. The discussion forum model in the pandemic era at Batu Api Library can be a bridge between users and the library. The discussion forum was also to develop library services so that more people would visit the library. In conclusion, the Batu Api Library can still conduct discussion forum activities as part of library services during the Covid-19 pandemic; this aligns with the statement that libraries are organisms that can constantly develop even during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The need for electronic reading resources is very high, considering their impact in supporting learning, research, and scientific development. Therefore, cooperation between libraries and e-resources publishers is one solution that can be realized, especially in higher education libraries. The purpose of the research is to find out (1) the process of cooperation between the Academic Support Unit of the Bandung State Polytechnic Library and iGroup in improving e-resources and to find out (2) the publishers of e-resources that the Academic Support Unit of the Bandung State Polytechnic Library subscribes to through this cooperation. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies and interviews and data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the cooperation process between the Academic Support Unit of the Bandung State Polytechnic Library and iGroup consisted of 6 stages, namely notification of information regarding the amount of funds, making then submitting the Work Plan and Budget of the Ministry of State / Institution to the Goods / Services Procurement Work Unit, auctioning, selecting partners, and making contracts. The results showed that the cooperation opened access for the Academic Support Unit of the Bandung State Polytechnic Library to subscribe to international publishers, namely SpringerLink and Emerald Insight. There are also other findings that the Academic Support Unit of the Bandung State Polytechnic Library has made several efforts in promoting e-resources that have been subscribed to the Bandung State Polytechnic academic community, both offline and online.

Abstract

Revitalisasi membuka peluang perpustakaan keluar dari citra bangunan yang tidak menarik menjadi ruang publik yang aktif dan ramah. Semenjak direvitalisasi, Perpustakaan dan Galeri Kota Bogor mendapat antusiasme tinggi masyarakat. Fenomena tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan peneliti mengenai kegiatan yang dikembangkan di Perpustakaan dan Galeri Kota Bogor pasca revitalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berbagai kegiatan aktif yang terselenggara di Perpustakaan dan Galeri Kota Bogor setelah revitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang yang terdiri dari kepala bidang perpustakaan, pustakawan, dan pemustaka. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa pasca revitalisasi, Perpustakaan dan Galeri Kota Bogor berperan sebagai pusat komunitas yang aktif, sehingga berbagai kegiatan kolaborasi dengan komunitas dapat terlenggara di perpustakaan. Kegiatan lainnya seperti pameran, pelatihan, serta kegiatan edukatif dan kompetisi semakin sering terselenggara. Sehingga penting untuk perpustakaan tetap mempertahankan relevansi dalam menciptakan ruang aktif untuk pengalaman, inspirasi, dan interaksi sosial di perpustakaan. Pada akhirnya perpustakaan fisik dapat terus bertahan meskipun berada pada era informasi digital, jika perpustakaan terus berperan menciptakan ruang publik yang aktif.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn a library, accreditation has a very important role in ensuring that the library has met the specified standards and guarantees the quality and accessibility of information resources for users. The purpose of this study is to describe how the National Institute of Technology Library supports Sangga Buana Library in improving its accreditation. This collaboration is a strategic step in strengthening the library’s role as a quality knowledge and information center. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a focus on direct observation in the field. Data is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the collaboration between the National Institute of Technology Library and Sangga Buana Library has three scopes, namely the inclusion of library website links, cross-library services, and book grants with subject provisions by study programs within the university. This cooperation has run smoothly and provides great benefits for both parties. Although the implementation is not easy, both parties must maintain good coordination to continue this collaboration.Keyword: Accreditation, Cooperation, Library

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of preventive preservation activities for the painting collection at the Indonesian National Gallery (GNI) as a form of preserving national cultural heritage. The importance of this study lies in the urgency of protecting national collection paintings from the threat of damage due to environmental, handling and institutional factors. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model of content analysis techniques and data triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The research results show that preventive preservation activities at GNI have been carried out through careful collection packaging, storage space control, and documentation of collection conditions, but are still not standardized as a whole. The main problems lie in limited microclimate control, uneven distribution of facilities, and the absence of SOPs and sustainable preventive financing. The conclusion of this research states that the implementation of preventive preservation at GNI is still partial. Institutional policies, special budgets, as well as improvements in infrastructure and human resource capacity are needed to create a systematic and sustainable preservation system. This research recommends the preparation of preservation policies that are integrated with institutional policies and technical practices in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi dan metode pengajaran edukator dalam mencapai keberhasilan literasi informasi pengunjung di Museum Gedung Sate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukator di Museum Gedung Sate memainkan peran penting dalam mengedukasi pengunjung melalui berbagai aktivitas. Edukator secara aktif melaksanakan kegiatan edukasi yang mencakup persiapan, tahapan inti edukasi, dan evaluasi. Tahapan inti edukasi terdiri dari pembukaan, penjelasan materi, dan penutup. Selain itu, edukator menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk menyesuaikan gaya bahasa dan materi dengan latar belakang pengunjung, berinteraksi dengan pengunjung, mengikuti tren terkini, dan bersikap menyenangkan. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi informasi pengunjung. Edukator juga menggunakan metode pengajaran yang disesuaikan dengan preferensi pengunjung, seperti ceramah, diskusi, dan pembelajaran eksperiensial. Metode ini membantu edukator menyampaikan materi dengan lebih efektif, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman pengunjung dan mendukung keberhasilan literasi informasi di Museum Gedung Sate.

Abstract

Abstract: The lack of dissemination of knowledge about physical literacy in early childhood sometimes makes parents unaware of this knowledge. However, Halo Kids Indonesia is here to share knowledge about physical literacy, which is crucial for the growth and development of children. By using social media to share knowledge about physical literacy in early childhood, this research aims to understand and comprehend Halo Kids Indonesia's social media utilisation in disseminating knowledge about physical literacy for young children. This research employs a qualitative method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature study methods. The results and discussion of this study reveal that Halo Kids Indonesia utilises two social media platforms, Instagram and TikTok. The main social media platform, Instagram, contains content in videos and images, presenting schedules, activity documentation, and knowledge about child development and physical literacy. On the other hand, TikTok contains more content focused on physical literacy, with videos demonstrating physical movements. Halo Kids Indonesia's social media has become a platform for sharing knowledge, particularly as a provider of information. However, the engagement from the audience in utilising this platform to exchange knowledge with other users or followers is still limited. Apart from that, Halo Kids Indonesia should spread more knowledge by utilising more diverse social media. Keywords: knowledge sharing, physical literacy, social media Abstrak: Kurangnya penyebaran pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik pada anak usia dini, terkadang membuat orang tua tidak aware terhadap pengetahuan ini. Namun Halo Kids Indonesia hadir untuk membagikan pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik yang begitu penting terhadap tumbuh dan berkembangnya anak dengan menjadikan media sosial sebagai wadah untuk tahap berbagi pengetahuan mengenai literasi fisik pada anak usia dini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengetahui dan memahami penggunaan media sosial Halo Kids Indonesia dalam membagikan pengetahuan tentang literasi fisik anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Halo Kids Indonesia memiliki 2 media sosial yaitu Instagram dan TikTok. Media sosial utama dari Halo Kids yaitu Instagram yang memuat konten yang dikemas dalam bentuk video dan gambar, berupa jadwal kegiatan, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan pengetahuan mengenai tumbuh kembang anak serta literasi fisik. Adapun konten pada media TikTok memuat lebih banyak mengandung pengetahuan literasi fisik dengan video-video gerak fisik. Media sosial Halo Kids Indonesia sudah mampu menjadi wadah dalam proses berbagi pengetahuan terutama menjadi penyedia pengetahuan, walaupun dari masyarakat belum memanfaatkan wadah ini untuk menemukan pengetahuan antar sesama pengguna ataupun pengikut lainnya. Selain itu, sebaiknya Halo Kids Indonesia lebih menyebarluaskan pengetahuan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang lebih beragam. Kata Kunci: berbagi pengetahuan, literasi fisik, media sosial
