Abstract

The target in this activity is Pos PAUD Mergosono, Kedungkandang District, Malang. Community dedication activities in PAUD Pelangi in Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, Malang City are very beneficial for partners, especially in improving the quality of learning. Thus, teaching and learning activities will be more interesting and children will have the opportunity to develop their potential, which in turn will also improve children's motor skills. The activities that have been carried out in community dedication are aimed at increasing APE equipment and lockers to store them. While for managers, training on management and administration of PAUD managers is given. Based on the results of the implementation of the service that has been done can ask for advice: 1) The existence of follow-up activities that contain special training so that it can improve the ability of teachers to carry out teaching and learning. 2) APE procurement needs to be done to improve children's motor skills.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The creative industry is one sector that is currently being intensified by the government. It is hoped that each region in Indonesia has a creative industry that can be developed. This study aims to map the creative industry in Kedungkandang District, Malang City which refers to the 2015 version of the Indonesian Business Sector Standard (KBLI). This research was conducted in Kedungkandang District, Malang City with a research focus on 32 creative industries. Then to find out the description of the creative industry in Malang, the social mapping method is used. The results showed that Kedungkandang District is a sub-district with the lowest creative industry players in Malang City. In Kedungkandang District, only a few sub-sectors of the creative industry have developed well, namely crafts, fashion and culinary. The knitting craft industry is an alternative for developing the creative industry in Kedungkandang District. With a focus on the creative industry, Kedungkandang District will have a unique characteristic of Kedungkandang District.Key words: Creative, Industries, Kedungkandang sub-district

Abstract

Early childhood education is a form of education that focuses on laying the foundation for physical growth and development (fine and gross motor intelligence), intelligence (power of thought, creativity, motivational intelligence, spiritual intelligence), social emotions (emotions and motivation ) and religion), language and communication in accordance with the uniqueness of PAUD. The existence of Pos PAUD in the Mergosono Subdistrict of Kedungkandang District Malang City is one of the forms and efforts to bridge the need for early education services at the Subdistrict level which is intended for the community, which provides assistance for more intensive formal PAUD. Abstract

This study aims to Understand how the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds in the Indonesia Capital Market. The research data was obtained from published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and information Bareksa in the form of financial reports for the period 2018-2020. The financial statement is analyzed using Index Sharpe to explain the performance of fixed income Sharia mutual funds. The result of this study indicates the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds is in negative performance in 2018-2020.

Abstract

Masyarakat Dusun Petungsewu, Desa Duwet, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang merupakan penghasil olahan gerit berupa Duwet Polinema Tortilla Chips (Dupitos). Dupitos merupakan tortilla chips dengan bahan baku dasar jagung. Terdapat kelemahan dalam usaha tersebut, yakni mengemas hasil ke dalam label sederhana, membuat produk secara visual kurang berkesan bagi konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan adalah merancang label kemasan Dupitos sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai November 2022. Metode dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dan analisis. Proses desain menggunakan teknik THINK. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan label untuk Dupitos. Desain label mengadopsi metode THINK untuk mendesain label setelah melakukan analisis SWOT. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di masyarakat Dusun Duwet Desa Petungsewu Kabupaten Tumpang mampu meningkatkan penjualan Dupitos. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penjualan yang semula hanya 20 pak ukuran 100g per minggu menjadi 35 pak ukuran 100g dan 10 pak ukuran 250g per minggu.Kata kunci: desain; Dupitos; label; Petungsewu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dampak Variabel Makroekonomi terhadap tren bullish Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan selama pandemi Covid-19. Sumber data diperoleh dari data yang diterbitkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Bank Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan bulanan, tingkat inflasi, dan tingkat suku bunga. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tren bullish Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan selama pandemi Covid-19, sementara tingkat suku bunga memiliki dampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap tren bullish Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi berbagi pengetahuan terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk Myzahro Collection. Para pemangku kepentingan menghadapi dua tantangan utama. Pertama, terdapat catatan keuangan yang tidak jelas akibat dari keterlambatan dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan, termasuk pengeluaran dan pendapatan di butik. Kedua, terdapat pengetahuan akuntansi yang minim di kalangan pemangku kepentingan. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan bantuan kepada para pemangku kepentingan dalam menyusun laporan-laporan yang komprehensif. Ini meliputi pencatatan transaksi dengan didasarkan pada bukti transaksi, menjalankan pencatatan buku yang akurat, membuat jurnal, dan menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase corn marning business income, at the Corn Marning Center in Kecamatan Pandanwangi, Kampung Simpang Teluk Bayur, Kota Malang. The Corn Marning Center in Malang City is a family business, which was initiated in the 1980s, and the business management is still simple. Not yet using a financial recording system, because they think financial records are not important. The marketing system is still simple, which only relies on an order system and waits for consumers to come, as well as the product's marketability is still simple.The partners of this service are UMKM which have a Corn Marning business, starting from the process of making Corn Marning to selling it in their own shops, namely Toko Cahaya and Toko Adnan. The purpose of this PKM-Kemitraan is to provide knowledge about the Concept of Financial System Recording by using a simple program, making it easier for UMKM to record and understand the financial system, provide training on online marketing and manufacturing of more modern product packaging, and providing equipment assistance in the form of Pedal Sealer Machines needed by both UMKM. At the end of the activity, it will be evaluated, by providing assistance and monitoring based on the results of financial records, making online marketing and making product packaging for 1 month.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih, memunculkan kebiasaan baru bagi masyarakat terutama dalam melakukan pembelian secara online termasuk pembelian makanan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat dampak pada variabel Sales Promotion dan E-WOM terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online ShopeeFood pada mahasiswa PTN di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data ini yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran angket pada 100 mahasiswa dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Variabel bebas terdiri dari Sales Promotion dan E-WOM sedangkan variabel terikat adalah Keputusan Pembelian Online. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel Sales Promotion dan E-WOM secara parsial maupun simultan berdampak positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online. Guna meningkatkan Sales Promotion dan E-WOM terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online, ShopeeFood diharapkan dapat terus memberikan dan meningkatkan Sales Promotion agar dapat beradaptasi serta dapat menarik langsung konsumen untuk membeli. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan E-WOM, ShopeeFood diinginkan tetap memberikan informasi yang menarik guna memudahkan calon konsumen menggali informasi dan meyakinkan konsumen terhadap ShopeeFood melalui media sosial.
