Abstract

The regency of Jepara in Central Java Province has a special food called “oven peanut”, it is peanut which is roasted by using beach sand. One of the significant problems of the producer of this food is the production process which still be done in traditional method. This research attempts to overcome this problem by introduce the usage of machine to roast this food. The specification of this machine are made by the stainless steel, move in rotation with the motor of 0,25 PK equivalent with the electricity of 180 watt, and the heater is a LPG two burner stove, the temperature inside the machine can be controlled by the thermostat which has been installed to this machine. This research modifies the common grain roasted machine, in order to be fit to process the “oven peanut”, several modifications are applied. First to prevent the peanut breaks because of collision with the inner side of machine, the speed of machine rotation is decelerated; second to prevent the beach sand seep from the gap of material intake/exit valve, the front part of the machine is lifted up with lever. Several experiments in temperature setting then done to produce the best product, the result is the temperature of 60 Celsius degree produce the best product with the white color appearance and a good taste of peanut.Keywords: oven peanut, grain machine, modification

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze product innovation and trust that affect export performance through partnerships. The research method used was quantitative and empirically tested the export performance model on 174 respondents of furniture exporting companies in Jepara Regency. The results of this study, obtained empirical findings that the export performance model has confirmed the relationship of Jepara Regency furniture export performance with the variables that shape it to improve export performance positively and significantly. Based on these empirical findings, in an effort to overcome the problem of the low performance of furniture exports in Jepara district, it is necessary to increase product innovation, trust, and partnerships. The limitation of this research is that it only examines three factors that affect export performance. Practical implications of the results of this research are export planning that is more targeted or programmed, balanced with good supervision, involving business partners in product innovation that helps support the efforts to produce products according to consumer demand. Abstraksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa inovasi produk dan kepercaaan yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekspor melalui kemitraan.Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah kwantitatif dan menguji secara empirik model kinerja ekspor dilakukan pada 174 responden dari perusahaan ekportir mebel di Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh temuan empirik bahwa model kinerja ekspor telah berhasil mengkonfirmasi hubungan kinerja ekspor mebel Kabupaten Jepara dengan variabel-variabel yang membentuknya untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor secara positif dan signifikan. Berdasar temuan-temuan empirik tersebut, dalam upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya kinerja ekspor mebel di kabupaten Jepara maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan inovasi produk, kepercayaan, dan kemitraan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini hanya meneliti tiga variabel faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekspor. Implikasi Praktis dari hasil penelitian ini perencanaan ekspor yang lebih terarah atau terprogram yang di imbangi dengan pengawasan yang baik melibatkan mitra usaha dalam inovasi produk yang dikembangkan sangatlah mendukung dalam upaya pruduk yang di hasilkan sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen

Abstract

Objective: The growing number of social media users makes many companies want to get subscribers through their social media activities. There are several choices of strategies that can be done by the company to be able to take the huge market. Research Design & Methods: This study compares the effect of advertising activity on social media and user group development that has a strong tie to intention to buy. Findings: This research found that the social media advertisements has a better impact to intention to buy compared to social ties. Implications & Recommendations: This study was conducted on social media users on land Transportation Company that already has a group in social media, Facebook, and does advertising activities on it. Contribution & Value Added: The results of this study provide theoretical implications in the verification of the previous research results and managerial implications that can help the company in conducting marketing activities through social media.

Abstract

AbstrakTeknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi menyediakan berbagai macam solusi terhadap permasalahan bisnis. Kesuksesan penggunaan TIK pada perusahaan besar tidak dapat digeneralisasi pada perusahaan kecil. UKM biasanya memiliki sumber daya kecil dalam pengembangan TIK sehingga seringkali melakukan pendekatan berbeda dalam penggunaan TIK. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tingkat penggunaan TIK pada usaha kecil menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tingkat penggunaan TIK pada UKM di lima sentra industri Kab. Jepara. Konstruk tingkat penggunaan TIK diturunkan menjadi beberapa variabel, yaitu tingkat ketersediaan/kepemilikan fasilitas/infrastruktur TIK, pemanfaatan TIK, kemanfaatan TIK dan rencana penggunaan TIK di masa depan. Dari 2039 anggota populasi diambil sampel sebanyak 94 pengusaha UKM dengan metode stratified random sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Tingkat Kepemilikan fasilitas dan infrastruktur TIK oleh UKM pada tingkat sedang cenderung rendah; Pemanfaatan TIK masih pada hal-hal yang bersifat umum belum secara sinergi untuk meningkatkan kinerja atau untuk mendukung pengelolaan usaha secara efisien; Persepsi responden terhadap kemanfaatan TIK pada bisnis tinggi; Pengusaha UKM memiliki minat besar dalam mengadopsi TIK untuk mengelola bisnis yang dijalankannya.Kata kunci: UKM, tingkat penggunaan TIK, kepemilikan TIK, kemanfaatan TIK, dan  rencana penggunaan TIK

Abstract

 AbstrakKebijakan pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi UKM memiliki posisi penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian Indonesia. Hal itu dapat ditunjukkan dengan kontribusinya dalam PDRB, penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan sirkulasi sumber daya yang dimiliki daerah. Dilihat dari sisi kuantitas, tipe usaha ini menduduki peringkat yang tertinggi. Sehingga pemberdayaan UKM Kain Troso menjadi hal yang mutlak dan perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memperoleh rumusan dimensi ukuran kualitas berdasar model optimalisasi keuntungan UKM Kain Troso, formula stimulasi yang efektif, relevan, dan spesifik untuk pembinaan dan pengembangan industri-industri Kain Troso rentan menuju terbentuknya gugus usaha lokal yang mengakar, kohesif dan terkelola otonom. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey untuk menentukan kualitas UKM Kain Troso dan regrupping, dan selanjutnya dilakukan partisipatoris melalui diagnosa kelompok untuk menghasilkan ujicoba formula stimulan yang diperlukan. AbstractGovernment policies in optimizing the function of SMEs have an important position in the development of Indonesian economy. It can be demonstrated by its contribution to regional GDP, employment absorption, and the circulation of resources owned by region. As can be seen from the quantity side, this type of business is ranked the highest. Thus the empowering of Troso cloth??s SMEs is absolutely needed and attention should be paid on it. This study is expected to obtain a dimensional formulation of quality measurement based on profit optimization model of Troso cloth??s SMEs, effective formula stimulation, relevant, and specific to the nurturing and development of vulnerable Troso cloth??s industries towards the formation of local business groups which is entrenched, cohesive and autonomously managed. This research is conducted by the survey method to determine the quality of Troso cloth??s SMEs and do the regrouping, and subsequently conducted participatory through the diagnosis of group to produce the required test stimulant formula.

Abstract

The development of internet use in Indonesia to do online shopping continues to show an increase. Usability and accessibility are core human concepts computer interaction (HCI). These concepts are intended to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction of the system to users. Usability is considered throughout the standard. It states that all interactive products will have a user interface, and the quality of the user interface can have significant effect on the achievement of user goals. Paasaar.com application is an e-commerce platform that can be accessed through a website which is addressed at paasaar.com. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Data collection is done by method of answering the questionnaire that has been standard used for the SUS method. Questionnaire distributed to 100 people respondents to fill directly questionnaires were selected randomly. By calculation using the SUS formula, it is obtained as shown in Table 1. Based on Table 1, the value of 83.88 is obtained. This value means that it is in the Good category. Good in this case is in terms of system usability. So that the e-commerce developed is in accordance with user expectations and is feasible to be used and accessed more widely.

Abstract

Various human activities make transportation services as a support in every activity. One of them is the intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus transportation service which from year to year is increasing. Thus, business owners must be able to compete and create innovation. The purpose of the research is to understand the impact of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PO Bejeu Jepara. The approach used was quantitative with 110 samples analyzed using the SEM method using the Smart-PLS device version 4.0.  The tests are outer model tests, inner model tests, mediation tests, and hypothesis tests. The validity test is valid because the loading factor has a value greater than 0.7 and an AVE value greater than 0.5. Reliability tests are considered reliable, because composite reliability &; Cronbach's alpha have values greater than 0.7. From the mediation test, it was revealed that service quality to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction was called Partial Mediation. Likewise with customer experience to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The conclusion is that the quality of service and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology is developing faster and faster. This is marked by the use of the internet and digital media. Technology and digital media are able to become an important component for business actors, especially in the batik business sector, to market their products online. Online marketing is considered more profitable because it is able to reach a wide range of potential consumers without space and time limitations. Therefore, online marketing is able to make batik entrepreneurs continue to compete and increase their income. The research method used is qualitative analysis with an exploratory step using participatory observation techniques. The results of this study provide a variety of strategies that can be carried out by business actors including using social media, selling products by utilizing Facebook and Google ads for market share, making E-commerce sales, conducting digital marketing, giving a positive impression of product safety, improving product quality and services, as well as maintaining good relations with consumers or establishing customer marketing relationships, targeting loyal customers, and conducting relevant marketing. The results of this research can be used for business actors because of changing conditions and it is hoped that business actors can survive.

Abstract

Healthcare providers must be adaptive in the face of healthcare industry competition by prioritizing increasing patient satisfaction as a strategy to meet increasing market demands. The goal is to increase patient trust and loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty mediated by patient trust at Graha Husada Jepara Hospital. There were 127 samples in this study. The data used in this study is a type of quantitative data obtained from filling out questionnaires by selected respondents through the simple random sampling method using the slovin formula. The analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study show that patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient trust, patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. Patient Satisfaction with Loyalty in Trust mediation also has a positive relationship
