Abstract

The present study is aimed to describe the development of an innovated learning for the disabled students in higher education. The development of learning innovation was performed by developing a learning model, that is what so-called Universal Design model (DUE). The method implemented to develop the model was Research and Development). This method constitutes several stages, among others: 1) needs analysis, 2) gathering information, 3) designing a product, 4) validating the product, 5) revising the product, 6) trying out the product, 7) revising the product, and 8) consolidating the product. The result of the research shows that the produc, in this case is DUE learning model, has met the criteria after going through several tests from the experts, thus valid.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to observe the effect of current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin partially towards the corporate earnings growth. The population of this research was industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 period. The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling technique. From the population of 53 companies obtained 10 companies as samples with a research period of four years (2016-2019). Data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that the effect of Current Ratio (CR) was positive but was not significantly effect on earnings growth, Inventory Turnover (ITO) was negative and has no significant effect on earnings growth, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect on earnings growth.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earnings Growth.

Abstract

Kesadaran penguasaan media pemasaran digital masih rendah di kalangan pengusaha mikro di wilayah UNSIKA. Hal ini tergambar dari banyaknya produk usaha kecil yang ada sehingga sulit bersaing dengan yang lain dalam media jual beli online. Oleh karena itu, literasi digital dipandang sebagai life skill yang perlu diajarkan kepada pelaku usaha mikro di wilayah UNSIKA agar produk yang ada mampu bersaing dengan produk lain di pasar digital.Pendidikan literasi digital bagi usaha kecil merupakan sebuah konsep tentang adopsi media pemasaran digital dan kemungkinankemungkinan bisnis yang dapat diwujudkan melalui media digital.Dukungan keterampilan digital diterima dengan baik oleh pemangku kepentingan usaha kecil. Selain itu, beberapa diskusi juga dilakukan mengenai pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, serta penentuan pasar yang tepat untuk produk dan media sosial yang digunakan.
