Abstract

The present study is aimed to describe the development of an innovated learning for the disabled students in higher education. The development of learning innovation was performed by developing a learning model, that is what so-called Universal Design model (DUE). The method implemented to develop the model was Research and Development). This method constitutes several stages, among others: 1) needs analysis, 2) gathering information, 3) designing a product, 4) validating the product, 5) revising the product, 6) trying out the product, 7) revising the product, and 8) consolidating the product. The result of the research shows that the produc, in this case is DUE learning model, has met the criteria after going through several tests from the experts, thus valid.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to observe the effect of current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin partially towards the corporate earnings growth. The population of this research was industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 period. The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling technique. From the population of 53 companies obtained 10 companies as samples with a research period of four years (2016-2019). Data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that the effect of Current Ratio (CR) was positive but was not significantly effect on earnings growth, Inventory Turnover (ITO) was negative and has no significant effect on earnings growth, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect on earnings growth.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earnings Growth.

Abstract

Kajian tentang fiqih aborsi dan eutanasia menjadi semakin relevan dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi medis modern yang menghadirkan dilema etis, hukum, dan teologis dalam menjaga kesucian dan keberlangsungan hidup manusia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan hukum Islam terhadap praktik aborsi dan eutanasia melalui telaah dalil syar’i, pandangan ulama dari berbagai mazhab, serta implikasi etis dan sosial dalam konteks kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menelaah sumber primer berupa Al-Qur’an, Hadis, kitab fiqih klasik, fatwa ulama modern, serta literatur akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Islam menempatkan kehidupan manusia sebagai amanah ilahi yang harus dijaga sejak fase awal penciptaan hingga kematian alami, sehingga aborsi hanya diperkenankan dalam kondisi darurat yang mengancam keselamatan ibu, sementara eutanasia dilarang secara mutlak karena dianggap sebagai intervensi terhadap ketentuan ajal yang ditetapkan oleh Allah SWT. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan etika medis berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, pengambilan keputusan klinis yang melibatkan pertimbangan syariah, serta peran lembaga keagamaan dalam memberikan panduan normatif bagi tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi persoalan biomedis modern

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning process of students with learning difficulties in reading (dyslexia) and learning difficulties in writing (dysgraphia) was determined. This type of research approach is qualitative research. The research subjects were 3rd grade teachers. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The results showed that there were students who had specific learning difficulties, namely reading difficulties (dyslexia) and writing difficulties (dysgraphia). Because these students cannot speak and use sign language to communicate with the teacher. During writing activities, the teacher usually does picture-matching activities, with the aim that students can more easily understand and understand learning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the learning given to dyslexic and dysgraphia students at SDN Pegadungan 11 Pagi is almost the same as regular students.
