Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of managerial ability, work culture, organizational characteristics both partially and simultaneously on the innovation capability and performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. The research methods in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The population was 1,302 Tapis crafter in Lampung Province and a sample of 305 and as owner crafters as respondents, with questionnaires as data collection techniques, and data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Lisrel 8.70. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, managerial ability, work culture, and organizational characteristics had a positive and significant influence on the capability of innovation. The results of this study also showed a positive effect of managerial ability, work culture, and innovation capabilities on the performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. Innovation capability can act as an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of managerial ability, organizational culture, and organizational characteristics on the performance of crafters the most dominant work culture influences the performance of craftsmen is 0.356.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has declared Covid-19 as a national disaster since April 13, 2020. Various efforts have been made by the government such as Work From Home (WFH), social distancing, and the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) to reduce the spread of the corona virus. However, this policy has an impact on the decline in people's purchasing power. One of the sectors affected is MSMEs. This service aims to provide assistance in making financial statement bookkeeping and determining product selling prices for MSMEs in Pesawaran Regency. The three stages of activities carried out include preparation, implementation and monitoring. Preparation is carried out by conducting surveys in the field in coordination with partners. The implementation is carried out by training and mentoring using the lecture method followed by a question and answer discussion, and practicing making financial reports and calculating product selling prices. Monitoring is carried out periodically during service activities. This service results in the recording of simple financial statements, namely the cash book, accounts payable book, accounts receivable book, and inventory book, as well as calculating production costs and selling prices (hpp). Knowledge and soft skills regarding financial reports and determining product selling prices for MSME owners are needed, so that their business development can be monitored.

Abstract

Abstract. Implementing a government electronic system changes the work environment by improving efficiency, cooperation, data accuracy, flexibility, skill development, feedback systems, and customer service while lowering administrative costs. These adjustments, taken together, contribute to enhanced employee performance across a variety of parameters. As a result, it is vital to research how government electronic system rules affect staff performance, particularly public service efficacy. This study involves quantitative research methodologies, with data collected using a Google Form questionnaire emailed to the staff of the Pesawaran Regency Government Administration Office. After collecting 100 replies, the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Path Modelling (PLS-PM) approach to evaluate the hypothesis. The study's findings show that government electronic systems policy has a major impact on staff performance, which in turn influences the effectiveness of public services. Penerapan sistem elektronik pemerintah mengubah lingkungan kerja dengan meningkatkan efisiensi, kerja sama, akurasi data, fleksibilitas, pengembangan keterampilan, sistem umpan balik, dan layanan pelanggan sekaligus menurunkan biaya administrasi. Penyesuaian ini, jika digabungkan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai di berbagai parameter. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meneliti bagaimana aturan sistem elektronik pemerintah memengaruhi kinerja staf, khususnya efektivitas layanan publik. Penelitian ini melibatkan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang dikirim melalui email kepada staf Kantor Administrasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran. Setelah mengumpulkan 100 balasan, data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Path Modelling (PLS-PM) untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sistem elektronik pemerintah memiliki dampak besar pada kinerja staf, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi efektivitas layanan publik.  Kata kunci: Sistem e-Government; kinerja pegawai; layanan publik; efektivitas, partial least squares

Abstract

Minat Individu Terhadap Penggunaan E-Wallet Shopeepay Later Berbasis Modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat untuk menggunakan e-wallet shopee paylater dengan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis pada 1989. Faktor yang memengaruhi minat individu untuk menggunakan E-Wallet Shopee Paylater dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude, dan Intention to Use. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan metode survei. Peneliti telah memperoleh respon sebanyak 120 orang pengguna yang menggunakan E-Wallet Shopee Paylater. Analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Smart-PLS. Hasil analisis untuk model ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruk sikap berpengaruh terhadap minat individu untuk menggunakan E-Wallet Shopee Paylater. Hal ini berarti bahwa minat untuk menggunakan E-Wallet Shopee Paylater dipengaruhi oleh sikap, serta variabel sikap dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness. Implikasi dari penelitian ini relevan bagi pihak induk perusahaan Shopee (Seagroup) dan analisis E-Wallet Shopee Paylater agar memperhatikan kembali faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat individu untuk menggunakan E-Wallet Shopee Paylater.
