Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga terhadap volume penjualan, seberapa besar pengaruh promosi terhadap volume penjualan, dan seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap volume penjualan. Apakah hal tersebut berpengaruh signifikan atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Daya Mandiri Cab. Amurang, Minahasa Selatan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada harga dengan volume penjualan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada promosi dengan volume penjualan. Harga dan promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Kata Kunci: Harga, Promosi, Volume Penjualan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence price has on sales volume, how much influence promotion on sales volume, and how much influence price and promotion on sales volume. Whether this has a significant effect or not. The method used in this study was a survey method, while the data collection technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire. This research was conducted at PT. Daya Mandiri Cab. Amurang, South Minahasa. There is a positive and significant influence on price with sales volume, there is a positive and significant effect on promotions with sales volume. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and incentives on employee’s job satisfaction in PT Toarco Jaya Toraja's production department. This study made use of survey, while the data were collected by questionnaires to capture the leadership styles, incentives, and job satisfaction, as well as interviews to fulfill the data on incentives. The questionnaires were distributed to 33 employees of the production department. The data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis resulted an equation Y = 4.963 + 0.490X1 + 0.620X2 + e. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0,900. Adjusted R square or R2 was 0.810. The F test shows that the Fvalue ≥ Ftable (63,762≥3.32) or sig 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Hypothesis testing indicates that the leadership style and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Partially, job satisfaction is influenced by the leadership style, and employee’s job satisfaction is influenced by incentives.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the influence of compensation, work satisfaction and work performance toward work productivity of the employee in district officse at Minahasa Selatan Regency. The data were collected from 86 samples which randomly selected from the total population of 125 employees. Survey method is path analysis to analyze data descriptively and inferentially. . The findings show that: (1) there is a positive direct influence of compensation, work satisfaction, and work performance on employees’ work productivity, (2) there is a positive direct influence of compensation and work satisfaction on employees’ work performanc, and (3) there is a positive direct influence of compensation on employees’ job satisfaction. The findings recommend that to improve the quality of employee work productivity, it needs to intensify compensation, job satisfaction and work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of motivational work environment and work towards the achievements of the work of employees in the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. The method used is correlational which focuses on a discussion of the relationship between variables X and Y variables. the working environment supports the work and the high motivation of working employees will encourage the creation of good working achievements among employees. Theoretically work environment and work motivation will work together to form a pribasi employee who upholds the job and always maintain good relations or relations with fellow officers and superiors that ultimately gives the feel is good for the improvement of work achievement a clerk in the Office of the Department of education, youth and sports of Minahasa Regency. Evidenced by the magnitude of the results of research influence between variables work environment and motivation the achievement of variable working on education department employees work , youth and sports district Minahasa 63.5 % is simultaneously .This can be concluded that the work environment and motivation can affect the work of 63.5 % department of education employees to work performance , youth and sports district Minahasa .The magnitude of influence between variables x on variables y is 63.5 % where the rest of the percentage of employees work performance to evaluate the department of education , youth and sports district Minahasa 36,5 % is determined by other factors. From these results it appears that the work environment and work motivation alike contribute a sizable work achievement against the employees of the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. This is because with a conducive environment and the high motivation of creativity will create new and excellent service to the community. Abstract

Abstrak Penggelapan Pajak adalah upaya oleh Wajib Pajak dalam meringankan beban pajak melalui tindakan legal yang melanggar Undang-Undang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemahaman Perpajakan dan Teknologi Informasi Perpajakan terhadap Etika Penggelapan Pajak. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Manado. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan Non-probability Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Pemahaman Perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Etika Penggelapan Pajak dan variabel Teknologi Informasi Perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Etika Penggelapan Pajak.  Kata Kunci : Pemahaman, Teknologi & Informasi, Etika Penggelapan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan nomor pokok wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di kota tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari kantor pelayanan pajak kota tomohon. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di kantor pelayanan pajak kota tomohon. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala liker. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan statistikal package for the social sciens 22. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan nomor pokok wajib pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel.

Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Covid-19 terhadap pekerja industri perikanan di PT Carvina Tijaya Makmur, dan mengetahui analisis perlindungan sosial dari pemerintah terhadap pekerja di PT Carvina Trijaya Makmur. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan sampel lima orang pekerja industri perikanan di PT Carvina Trijaya Makmur..Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara secara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : Kondisi perusahaan yang tidak dapat menjalankan operasionalnya seperti biasa, bahkan ada juga yang mengalami penutupan perusahaan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak terhadap pelaku hubungan industrial seperti kalangan buruh, karyawan dan pengusaha salah satunya berdampak pada perusahaan PT Carvina Trijaya Makmur di kota Bitung.
