Abstract

In the world of education, multicultural discourse is a relatively new phenomenon. Multicultural education began to be known after World War II. In other words multicultural education is a new symptom in the association of humanity who longs for equal rights, including he right to get the same education, for all people (education for all). Southeast Asia has its own history that is rich in diversity and participation. Some Western researchers describe the West as a carrier of pluralist world tolerance, Western Imperialism will have a direct influence on the four Southeast Asian societies, namely the deterioration and rigidity of ethnoreligious differences such as those in West Colonial.

Abstract

Peran diartikan sebagai perangkat tingkah yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh orang yang berkedudukan dimasyarakat, kedudukan dalam hal ini diharapkan sebagai posisi tertentu di dalam masyarakat yang mungkin tinggi, peran sanggar bagi mahasiswa adalah sebagai wadah atau tempat dilakukan pembelajaran sebagai media edukasi baik pendidikan maupun latihan, mendorong peningkatan Soft Skill mahasiswa sudah cukup baik ini dapat dilihat dari besarnya antusias mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pelatihan dari Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar, Bagaimana proses pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an di sanggar As-Syauqi prodi PAI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Tadris UINFAS, Bagaimana peranan sanggar As-Syauqi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam, Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post positisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, (sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai intrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi, Lokasi penelitian, Struktur Sanggar As-Syauqi, Tema, Tujuan, Target, Kegiatan Pokok, Daftar Tutor dan Peserta Tutor, Arti Logo Sanggar As-Syauqi, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi ilmiah pada pengaruh sanggar as-syauqi terhadap bacaan Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam angkatan 2019 Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menyumbangkan wacana ilmu pengetahuan yang diperlukan, serta menambah khazanah keilmuan kepustakaan untuk kepentingan akademik, Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi dan juga dapat memberikan masukan akademis bagi para pecinta ilmu dan ahli ilmu terhadap bacaan Al-Qur’an yang baik dan benar pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the contribution of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) toward achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level through the perspective of policy implementation. The research is based on the assumption that the success of social protection programs is not solely determined by policy design, but also by the quality of implementation within specific social contexts. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design conducted in Kelurahan Durian Depun, Kecamatan Merigi, Kabupaten Kepahiang. Informants were selected purposively and developed through snowball sampling, consisting of PKH facilitators, village officials, beneficiary families (KPM), and non-beneficiary community members. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles et al. through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PKH implementation administratively has been carried out according to procedural standards through cash assistance distribution, P2K2 mentoring activities, and monitoring of education and health obligations. However, procedural compliance has not fully produced substantive changes in economic independence and long-term social transformation. The program contributes positively to improving access to education and health services, supporting SDG 3 and SDG 4, as well as reducing household expenditure burdens related to SDG 1. Nevertheless, the contribution remains conditional because the effectiveness of the program is strongly influenced by communication, facilitator capacity, bureaucratic coordination, and the participation level of beneficiary families. Structural factors such as employment conditions, age, health limitations, and accessibility also affect beneficiary involvement in mentoring activities. Therefore, PKH in the research location tends to function more as a social protection instrument than as an empowerment mechanism. The study concludes that the success of PKH should not only be measured through administrative compliance and aid distribution, but also through its ability to create sustainable socio-economic transformation and reduce dependency on social assistance.
