Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai SMK Islam Diponegoro. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 56 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: Dari hasil uji F pada variable Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja adalah 0,000 yang berarti bahwa Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara Bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Islam Diponegoro. Hasil uji t pada variabel Kepemimpinan adalah 2,750 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,008 yang berarti bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Islam Diponegoro. Hasi uji t pada variabel Motivasi adalah 2,369 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,022 yang berarti bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Islam diponegoro. Hasi uji t pada variabel Disiplin kerja adalah 5,193 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Islam Diponegoro. Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah 0,685 yang berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai SMK Islam Diponegoro dapat dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 68,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,5% dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Kurs USD, Suku Bunga, dan Jumlah Uang Beredar (M2) terhadap Harga Saham PT Mustika Ratu Tbk tahun 2019-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data time series menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Websitemasing-masing perusahaan . Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan data bulanan dan periode penelitian dimulai dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas dan uji autokorelasi) dan uji t-statistik serta f-statistik untuk menguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan tingkat signifikasi 5% Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa naik nilai Kurs USD yakni terdepresiasinya nilai Rupiah selama bulan Januari tahun 2019 sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2021 memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan Harga Saham PT.Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT). Variabel Suku Bunga Jumlah Uang Beredar (M1) secara parsial memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham PT.Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) sebesar 28.68414. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji t untuk variabel Suku Bunga dimana thitung (3.019250) > ttabel (2.03693). Variabel JUB (M2) secara parsial memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham PT.Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) sebesar 5.026432. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji t untuk variabel JUB (M2), dimana thitung (4.995302) > ttabel (2.03693). Koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukan angka sebesar 55,6%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variasi Kurs USD, Suku Bunga ,dan Jumlah Uang Beredar (M2) mampu menjelaskan variasi naik/turunnya Harga Saham PT.Mustika Ratu Tbk sebesar 55,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukan dalam model regresi ini.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara tidak terlepas dari pengaruh kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh pemerinahan di negara tersebut. Kebijakan dilakukan guna mencapai stabilitas ekonomi yang tetap terjaga. Menurut Mankiw, kebijakan ekonomi makro terbagi atas dua bagian, pertama adalah kebijakan yang mempengaruhi sisi penawaran (supply side policy) yaitu kebijakan ketenaga kerjaan. Sedangkan yang kedua adalah kebijakan dari sisi permintaan (demand side policy) yaitu kebijakan moneter yang bertujuan guna menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor makroekonomi yang di wakili dari proxy Kurs, Inflasi dan Suku Bunga (BI rate) terhadap return saham properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian berupa metode dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 10. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kurs berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Sementara variabel Inflasi dan BI rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pemberian Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Packages For The Social Sciences) 24.0 for Windows. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan kuadrat terkecil dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik serta uji F untuk menguji koefisien regresi secara parsial dan simultan. Selain itu juga digunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.447 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.017. Ada pengaruh Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.386 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikasi < 0.05 yaitu 0.020 lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.020 < 0.05). Lalu ada pula pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Garuda Verdana Kargo. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung sebesar 4.153 > 1.99394 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000. Dan, secara bersama Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal tersebut dilihat berdasarkan hasi uji F, dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu sebesar 20.277 > 2.73 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the buying and selling prices of three Big Cavitalization Infrastructure Telecommunication issuers in the 2020-2023 period with the Bollinger Brand, Moving Average and Relative Strength Index indicators. Quantitative research with secondary data on the research population of three Big Cavitalization Infrastructure Telecommunication issuers using the Bollinger Bands indicator to determine the Buy signal can be seen when the Candle touches the lower band, while to determine the Sell signal can be seen when the Candle touches the upper band. From the results of the study, the total signal accuracy level was obtained as many as 53 (fifty-three) signals, consisting of 20 Buy and Sell signals with an accuracy level of 100%. Consisting of 40% correct signals and 60% incorrect signals at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, 15 Buy and Sell signals with 100% accuracy rate consisting of 73.3% correct signals and 26.7% incorrect signals at PT Indosat Tbk, 18 Buy and Sell signals with 100% accuracy rate consisting of 33.3% correct signals and 66.7% incorrect signals at PT XL Axiata Tbk. The results of this study obtained a total Capital Gain of 148.85% and a total Capital Loss of -116.68%, consisting of 34.07% Capital Gain and -55.89% Capital Loss at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, 69.2% Capital Gain and -18.89% Capital Loss at PT Indosat Tbk, 45.58% Capital Gain and -41.9% Capital Loss at PT XL Axiata Tbk. It can be seen that using the Bollinger Bands Indicator can provide quite good results compared to using the Moving Average and Relative Strength Index indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV Shuto Jaya Bersama. The method used in this study uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study was conducted by looking for primary data with a sample of 50 respondents of CV Shuto Jaya Bersama employees. The data processed with statistical analysis with validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests, and determinant coefficient analysis (R). From the results of the analysis, it shows that the results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 0.972 + 0.291 Xı + 0.531 X₂ + 0.298 X₃. The results of the t-test indicate that the leadership style of organizational culture and work environment each have a partial positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV Shuto Jaya Bersama. The results of the F test show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted with an Fcount value of 29.874> Ftable 2.80 at a significant 0.000 <Ftable 0.05. So the F test shows that Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV Shuto Jaya Bersama with a percentage of determination coefficient results of 66%. The study shows that the performance of CV Shuto Jaya Bersama employees is good. With this good performance, it can have a positive impact on the progress of the organization and provide satisfaction to customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Directorate of Vocational High Schools using the SPSS test. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative approach with quantitative data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that if the t test can be seen that the results of the calculated t value are 2.402> 2.0129 or a Sig value of 0.020 <0.05, meaning that the leadership variable greatly influences the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Seen from the t test can be seen that the results of the calculated t value are 2.177> 2.0129 or a Sig value of 0.035 <0.05, meaning that the motivation variable greatly influences the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Judging from the t-test, it can be seen that the calculated t-value is 2.408 > 2.0129 or a Sig value of 0.020 < 0.05, meaning that the motivation variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Meanwhile, seen from the F-test, it can be seen that the significance value of Leadership X1, Motivation X2, and Discipline X3 on employee performance Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 66.820 > 2.80, cannot be denied because H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that Leadership, Motivation and Discipline have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stock investment decisions of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) uses Moving Average Convergence Divergence and stochastic oscillator indicators. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with the type of panel data (time series) obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with daily data and research periods from 2020. The data analysis technique used is technical analysis using the Moving Average Convergence Dicergence Indicator and Stochastic Oscillator to determine buy & sell signals with the help of the Chart Tradingview program to find out the level of accuracy of both technical indicators on the stock to be invested. The results of this study show that the price movement of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) using the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator and Stochastic Oscillator indicator 2020. The results of the study contained a total of 4 (four) Buy signals and 4 (four) Sell signals. With an accuracy rate of 100% during the 2020 period. Meanwhile, the level of risk and return generated using the Moving Average Convergence Divergence and Stochastic Oscillator indicators during the 2020 period on INDF shares obtained a risk of Rp 0 or 0% with a return of Rp 3,550 or 64.79 %.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an active role in improving employee performance through a number of influencing variables including organizational culture, work discipline, work experience and employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. The research was conducted by seeking primary data, through questionnaires filled out by respondents of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur employees, which were conducted by sampling through a random sampling method. The data were processed by statistical analysis with multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination (adjusted Rsquare), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous ANOVA testing (F-table). The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. 3) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance. 4) To determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and work experience together on employee performance of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational culture, work discipline and work experience together have a significant influence on the performance of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur employees. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between organizational culture, work discipline, work experience and employee performance at PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur.
