Abstract

Service quality influences satisfaction, a feeling of satisfaction is felt if the expectations and performance match each other, but if the expectations are not by the performance, then what is supposed to be a feeling of disappointment. This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction to find out how much influence service quality had on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bunta Unit Banggai Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination, correlation, t-test, and F, with 100 samples using the Slovin technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.741 + 0.247X1 + 0.278 X2 + 0.264X3 + 0.176X4 + 0.220X5. Service quality partially or simultaneously affects customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bunta Banggai Regency. The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bunta Banggai Regency is in a strong category, and the contribution of service quality variables to customer satisfaction is 62.1%. The remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of Ampera brown sugar products affects consumer purchasing decisions in the pagimana subdistrict. The number of respondents in this study was 50 respondents. The analyses used in this study are simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and t-test. Results using a simple linear analysis of Y = 1.302 +0.717X give the meaning that what if the quality of the product or independent variable (free) has a value of 0 (zero) or none. So the variable value of the purchase decision is 1,302. The analysis results using the t-test can be found that the quality of the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The contribution or contribution of product quality of 0.371 or 37.1% while other variables influence the remaining 63%, and the result of the correlation relationship of 0.609 or 60.9% belongs to the strong category, so there can be a strong relationship between product quality and Ampera brown sugar purchase decisions in Pagimana Subdistrict.

Abstract

The problem of marketing agricultural commodities is an interesting thing to study. Where the efficient marketing of agricultural products is a pre-condition for the smooth and balanced development of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of marketing channels and marketing margins in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. This research was conducted in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. The research was carried out for 6 months, from January to June 2019. The data used were primary data and secondary data using observation methods and direct interviews with farmers. Based on the research results, the marketing channels are as follows: Channel I: Farmers → collectors → small retailers → large retailers → final consumers. Channel II: Farmer's → small retailers' → large retailers → end consumers. Meanwhile, the marketing margin is as follows: At the farmer level by utilizing the services of collectors, the marketing margin is Rp. 842.14. By selling directly to small retailers, they get a marketing margin of Rp. 2,095.07, At the collector level, the marketing margin is Rp. 1,429.28, At the level of small retailers, the marketing margin is Rp. 2,442.87, At the wholesaler level, the wholesaler gets a marketing margin of Rp. 1142.89

Abstract

The impact of the lack of good human resources on organizational effectiveness is much greater than that of other resources. Good human resource management will determine the success of the organization in the future. Or vice versa, poor management of human resources will have an impact on not achieving organizational work effectiveness. Employee performance needs more attention from the organization because if employee performance increases in the organization, the impact on organizational productivity will be achieved so that the organization can run well and will continue to grow. The purpose of this study was to determine how to direct financial compensation effect employee performance at Marisa Baru Printing. The type of data used in this study is the type of qualitative data that is quantified and the data sources used are primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method, totaling 18 samples. The results of the simple linear regression equation Y=11+0.5x. The correlation coefficient is 0.528, the determination coefficient is 0.278. The results showed that there was a significant effect of direct financial compensation on employee performance at Marisa Baru Printing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the village head's leadership style on the work discipline of village officials in Tou Village, Moilong District. This study is a type of quantitative research using a simple linear regression analysis method and using 11 samples based on data processing with the help of the SPSS program, a simple linear regression equation Y = 6.304 + 0.457X was obtained. The constant value of 6.304 means that if it is not influenced by the leadership style variable, work discipline is 6.304. The leadership style variable (X) has a significant effect on work discipline (Y). This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.788 or is in the interval of 0.60 - 0.799, meaning that the relationship between the independent variable of leadership style and the dependent variable of work discipline has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (r²) of 0.621 indicates the percentage of influence or contribution of the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable, which is 62.1% and the rest is explained by variables other than the variables being tested. Through the t-test of variable X, Tcount > Ttable = 3.845 > 2.306 was obtained, which means that there is a significant influence of the leadership style variable (X) on the work discipline variable (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 80 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the study results, consumer behavior factors consist of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors in decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The multiple linear regression equation is obtained Y = 0.261 + 0.178X1 + 0.936 X2 + 0.576X3 + 0.403X4. and have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously. Meanwhile, the close relationship between the variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of culture, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variables for the place is in the robust category, as well as the contribution or contribution of the independent variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variable to choose a place (Y) is 70.4%. The remaining 29.6% is caused by other factors not examined in this study, such as service quality and marketing mix.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of tariffs and service quality on passenger satisfaction on the Soby Star ship in North Bulagi District. Sampling used is purposive sampling. Samples were taken of 97 respondents, namely the community in North Bulagi sub-district. The data technique used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. The results of the regression analysis Y = 5.309 + 0.417XI + 0.226X2. Shows that tariffs and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The result of the correlation (r) of 0.590 shows that there is a very strong relationship between fares and service quality on passenger satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.348 or 34.8 means that the magnitude of the influence of fares and service quality on passenger satisfaction and the remaining 65.2% is determined by variables outside the model being analyzed. Testing the hypothesis obtained that Fcount 25.035 > Ftable 3.09. This shows the meaning of Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The t-test of tariffs and service quality has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction where (6.079 and 3.384) > ttable (1.985) and has a probability value of 0.000, and 0.001 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Banggai Islands Regency Government for the 2018-2022 period using fiscal decentralization ratio analysis, independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, harmony ratio, efficiency ratio, growth ratio. The type of data used in the study is quantitative descriptive data which is intended to use quantitative data obtained using documentation techniques. The data analysis method uses financial ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Banggai Islands Regency Government has not been optimal in managing regional finances. Although the realization of its budget has been effective and quite efficient, the growth of Regional Original Income is due to the priority of regional spending. Most prioritize operating expenses over capital expenditures.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Nambo Mutiara ikat and batik stamp industry, located in Nambo Bosa Village, Nambo District, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. The purpose of the study was to determine the management of raw material inventory in order to increase the efficiency of Nambo batik production, using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis method in determining the quantity of orders to be stored in the factory and the cost of orders to order the required inventory. The average raw material is IDR 50,000/cloth, dye IDR 1,200,000/package, wa/wax IDR 375,000/piece, with the cost components of ordering ship, bus, and courier costs amounting to IDR 520,000 per order, it is known that the number of raw material orders for a year is 1,116 pieces of cloth, 24 packages of dye, and 87 pieces of wax/wax. The calculation of the cost of ordering raw materials for a year is Rp6,240,000 for cloth, Rp6,240,000 for dye and Rp6,240,000 for wax = Rp28,134,961. The storage costs in the form of warehouse maintenance and electricity are Rp1,250,000, the calculation of the storage costs for raw materials is Rp58,125,000 for cloth, Rp1,250,000 for dye, and Rp4,531,250 for wax = Rp63,906,250. The results show that the total inventory costs that must be borne by the industrial house are Rp92,041,211. Controlling raw material inventory using the EOQ method, based on the calculation, the economic quantity for the order size for each type of raw material is 105 sheets of cloth, 15 dye packages, and 29 pieces of wax, with a lead time calculation for ordering is 12 days.
