Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing what has been received and expectations. The sampling technique in this study is snowball sampling with a sampling period of 1 month which produces a sample of 100 respondents. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty to the Irma Jaya store. The results of this study obtained a simple regression model obtained a simple regression equation, namely: Y = 0.699 + 0.823X The constant value is 0.699, this can be interpreted as if it is not influenced by the independent variable, namely customer satisfaction, then customer loyalty is 0.699. The regression coefficient value for the customer satisfaction variable is 0.823, meaning that if the customer satisfaction variable increases by one unit, the customer satisfaction variable will increase by 0.823 units. The close relationship between the customer satisfaction variable and the customer loyalty variable is in the very strong category, and the contribution of the customer satisfaction variable to the customer loyalty variable is 67.7%, while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on the research results obtained through calculations using SPSS assistance, the t-count value is 14,326> the t-table value of 1.66 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, this implies that the variable customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty at the Irma Jaya store. Abstract

The company's activity in utilizing its working capital is quite good because it can create high net sales every year. The increase in the company's net sales jumped in 2019. The increase is not so significant on the working capital side, which means the ability to manage working capital in generating sales is very good. The trend of the development of company profits is declining due to less effective and efficient management of the company's working capital even though the net sales generated increase every year. The contradiction of net sales results with profit after tax and company interest is inversely proportional because, if observed in the company's financial statements, there is an increase in the company's expenditure burden that is large enough to reduce the net profit obtained by the company.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Tofu Factory in Sisipan Village. Sampling is used by accidental sampling. The sample is 100 respondents, namely the residents of the Sisipan village who buy tofu. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient (r), Coefficient of Determination (R2), F-test, and t-test. The results of the regression analysis Y = 4.727 + 0.324X1 + 0.165X2. Shows that product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis (r) of 0.863 show that there is a very strong relationship between product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.714 or 71.4 means that the magnitude of the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction and the remaining 28.6% is determined by variables outside the model being analyzed. Hypothesis testing is obtained that Fcount 13,236 > Ftable 3,09. This shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The t-test of Product Quality and Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction where (2,464, and 1,885) > t table (1,660) and has a probability value of 0,001, and 0,002 < 0,05. It is seen that product quality most dominantly affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service influences consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, To find out prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, and To find out service quality and prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction on Libra Computers in Luwuk City Luwuk. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 100 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that service quality and price alone (partial) influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk, while simultaneously (simultaneous) service quality and price influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk. Luwuk. Abstract

Pelaksanaan penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan amat penting dilakukan untuk membantu pihak manajemen PT.Sawindo Cemerlang dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai pemberian bonus, kenaikan jabatan, kenaikan gaji, pemindahan pada unit yang sama maupun pemutusan hubungan kerja dengan perusahaan, khusunya Promosi Jabatan. Teknik penarikan sampel penelitian ini merupakan teknik probabilitas dengan cara random sampling (Metode Sampel Acak Sederhana). yaitu dengan metode pemilihan sampel di mana setiap anggota populasi mempunyai peluang yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel yaitu dari jumlah populasi sebesar 64, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 64 orang ini dijadikan subjek penelitian (Responden). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 8,609 + 0,356 x ini menunjukan hubungan positif dan searah. Perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,344, menunjukan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan tidak Signifikan (lemah) pengaruhnya terhadap promosi jabatan pada PT. Sawindo Cemerlang. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t, sehingga dapat diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,880 > 1,669, menunjukan bahwa pengujian hipotesis ini terbukti, terdapat hubungan yang kuat (signifikan) antara variabel penilian prestasi kerja karyawan dengan promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 responden yang menjadi karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Luwuk. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y = 19,523 + 0,182X1 + 0,163X2. Nilai konstanta (a) sebesar 19,523 berarti jika variabel faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari pekerjaan (X1) dan faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari luar pekerjaan (X2) benilai nol atau tidak ada maka nilai stres kerja (Y) sebesar 19,523. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,803 menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel bebas faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari pekerjaan (X1) dan faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari luar pekerjaan (X2) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel terikat stres kerja (Y) dengan nilai interval 0,80 – 1,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,644 menunjukkan besarnya sumbangan variabel bebas faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari pekerjaan (X1) dan faktor stres kerja yang bearasal dari luar pekerjaan (X2) terhadap variabel terikat stres kerja (Y) adalah sebesar 64,4% (0,644 x 100%), sisanya sebesar 35,6% (100% - 0,644%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Nilai thitung > t table dengan nilai taraf signifikansi variabel faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari pekerjaan (X1) sebesar 0,002 dan variabel stres kerja yang berasal dari luar pekerjaan (X2) sebesar 0,004 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Hasil uji f secara simultan diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 12,657 dengan sig 0,001, lebih besar dari nilai F Tabel adalah 3,805 Maka Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor stres kerja yang berasal dari pekerjaan dan dari luar pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Luwuk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Hotel Santika Luwuk. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dari promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Hotel Santika Luwuk. (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Hotel Santika Luwuk. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data kuantitatif sebagai penunjang data kualitatif, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji analisis regresi linier berganda, dilanjutkan pada tahap uji hipotesis yang dilakukan menggunakkan uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi melalui teknik Accidental Sampling dengan menggunakan 100 sampel. Pada hasil uji parsial kualitas pelayanan dan promosi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Santika Luwuk. Secara simultan diketahui kualitas pelayanan dan promosi secara bersama- sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Santika Luwuk.
