This study aimed to determine the carrying capacity of land and production factors in the development of cocoa production in the Banggai Regency of Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted in 23 sub-districts of the Banggai Regency. Determination of respondents using cluster sampling method or grouping based on area or population location with 114 cocoa farmers. The research data were obtained from primary data, i.e., interviews, questionnaires. In contrast, secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, the Banggai Regency Agriculture Office, and the Center for Research and Development on Agricultural Land Resources. The variables analyzed include regional economics (used LQ and SSA), land carrying capacity (DDL), and the production factors were land area (X1), number of workers (X2), fertilizer costs (X3), and pesticide costs (X4). Thus, this study indicated the direction of land allocation based on the regional economy, land carrying capacity, and cocoa production factors. Overall, cocoa plants could be developed in the Banggai Regency with an area of 419,236.9 hectares. However, there was a need for sound land use data management and intensive cocoa cultivation assistance to increase comparative and competitive human resources and improve the economy for the welfare of the cocoa farming community in the Banggai Regency.

This study aims to determine the rate of growth of economic sectors, the factors that influence them, and the economic sectors that are the basis and non-base sectors in the economic structure of the Banggai Islands Regency. This study used secondary data in the form of GRDP at constant prices in 2000, Banggai Islands Regency and Central Sulawesi Province as a comparison with the time series during the 2009-2013 period, carried out calculations and analysis using economic growth analysis techniques, Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift analysis. Share. The study results indicate that by sector, the transportation and communication sector is the sector that achieves the highest economic growth rate compared to other economic sectors. The growth rate of these economic sectors is influenced by the potential comparative advantage available in these economic sectors. There are basic sectors, namely the agricultural and trade sectors, hotels and restaurants. Meanwhile, those classified as non-basic sectors are the manufacturing industry sector, the transportation and communication sector, the financial sector, leasing and company services, the excavation sector, the electricity and clean water sector, the building sector, and the services sector

The results of this study show the regression equation, namely Y = 7927045.556 + 2.128 X; in the equation, it can be seen that the X value is 2,128 (positive), which means that if the mining and quarrying sector increases, then the PDRB of Banggai Regency will also increase and if the mining and quarrying sector is equal to zero (0) then the PDRB of Banggai Regency will decrease by 7927045.556. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) obtained is 0.991; the relationship between the mining and quarrying sectors and the GDP is very strong because it is at an interval of 0.80-1.000. Based on the results of the thing test, judging from the t-test, the value obtained, namely thing > table or 14,494 > 2,776, means that the mining and quarrying sector has a positive and significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Banggai Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of rural road infrastructure investment on milkfish pond income in Sobonon village. The data used are primary data and secondary data using the interview method, observational literature study, operational definitions of variables consisting of independent and dependent variables, and variable measurement techniques, namely village road infrastructure investment (X), milkfish pond income (Y) and technical data analysis using simple linear regression, determinant coefficient test and statistical coefficient test t. The results of the correlation test for rural road infrastructure investment with the dependent variable, namely milkfish pond income, the R-value (correlation coefficient) is 0.886, the correlation value shows a very strong relationship because it is between 0.80 - 0.100. The determination test of village road infrastructure (X) on milkfish pond income (Y) in Sobonon village, Totikum subdistrict, Banggai Islands district is 78.6%, while 21.4% of rural road infrastructure investment is influenced by other variables not examined. The statistical coefficient test of the t-test t-count value is 3.914 > 3.182, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of village road infrastructure investment (X) on milkfish pond income (Y).

Minyak nilam merupakan salah satu minyak atsiri yang banyak diperlukan untuk bahan industri parfum dan kosmetik, yang dihasilkan dari destilasi daun tanaman nilam.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan tanaman nilam. Penelitian dilaksanakann di Desa Gonohop, Kecamatan Simpang Raya, Kabupaten Banggai, Sulawesi Tengah yang dilaksanakan sejak bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling). Populasi penelitian adalah petani nilam yang berjumlah sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel yang ditarik dari populasi adalah sebanyak 20 % sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Penarikan sampel dari populasi dilakukan dengan cara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rumusan strategi, sebagai berikut : Strategi WO, yaitu : Meningkatkan pendapatan petani melalui pelatihan dan peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dan pengalaman berusahatani untuk menghasilkan produksi sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar dan Memperkuat modal melalui bantuan pemerintah untuk usaha agribisnis nilam dalam meningkatkan produksi sehingga mempermudah proses pemasaran tanaman nilam sampai keluar wilayah pemasaran lokal

Local taxes significantly influence local revenue to increase local revenue, and it is necessary to evaluate local revenue sources. The focus of this study is to ascertain how taxes affect local revenue in the Tojo Una-Una Regency. Data collection is done by using documentation techniques and a literature study. The variables used in this study are local revenue and local taxes. The data was then analyzed using a simple linear regression formula: correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and statistical t-test using Minitab 19 software. The results showed that the simple regression coefficient value was 6.870, meaning that when taxes increased by one million, local revenue would increase by 6.870 million. The correlation value between local taxes and revenue is 0.976 (a very strong category). The obtained coefficient of determination has a value of 0.952, meaning that local taxes contribute 95.2% to the increase in local revenue. The results of the t-test, the calculated T value is 11.755 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.01. So, there is a significant effect between local taxes on increasing local revenue in Tojo Una-Una Regency.

Efforts to maintain a competitive advantage require long-term planning. The analysis used to identify the company's strategic position in the industry, one of which uses a SWOT analysis tool. A marketing strategy is needed because of the increasingly widespread growth and increasingly fierce market competition. This situation of course forces entrepreneurs to use various methods in their marketing strategy. The objectives of this study were to determine Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats to rice marketing at CV. Berkat Padaelo in Bakung Urban Village, Batui District, Banggai Regency. Based on the results of scoring internal factors and external factors, the highest score obtained was the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy of 4.6, the ST strategy (Strengths-Treats) of 3.92, the WO Strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities) of 2.67, while the lowest is found in the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy of 1.99. SO Strategy (Strengths-Opportunities) of 4.6, is a situation that is very profitable for respondents to have the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, namely: Strategic Location, Quality Production, Modern Machine Tools, Own Capital, Farmer's Trust, Availability of raw materials, Market support , Support for cooperation with buyers, There is relatively extensive warehousing support, There is support for a skilled workforce.
