Abstract

Shari'ah pawnshops are a form of development as well as a form of shari'ah unit of the Indonesian pawnshop. One of the financing products that are not very popular in the community is the Ar-rum product. Ar-Rum products are present in accordance with the nature of the needs of small traders who need a fast and easy source of financing. This research is in the form of descriptive research, to describe how the financing mechanism for Ar-Rum products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Singkawang Branch. The results of this study are that the implementation of the financing process on Ar-Rum products includes in-depth interviews with prospective customers, data collection related to financing applications. aspects analyzed in this pawn include Character (character), Capacity (capacity) Capital (capital), Condition (condition), Collatera (collateral).

Abstract

Sambas Regency is one of the districts in West Kalimantan Province, directly adjacent to the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. As a Border Area, Sambas Regency need a model of economic development that is oriented towards community empowerment and local potential. The potential development of Sambas Sub district should start from the Village with make BUMDesa. It is hoped that the presence of the Village autonomy mechanism will make the village more creative and innovative. Because BUM Desa Is business Institutional from village community. This research uses field research and is a case study. The conclusion this research show the potential BUM Desa in Sambas include The amount of support from the village government in the effort to establish BUM Desa, The size of the economic potential of the village and Central and regional government policies in encouraging the progress of the village.

Abstract

The rural development paradigm that must be developed is aspirational development that prioritizes community participation and accommodates developing aspirations as the main factor in development planning and implementation. The independent village is the highest village status among the four other statuses, that independent village has an increasing level of community welfare and a low amount of poverty. The author in conducting field research (field research) with a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The sample in this study is the village of Sumber Harapan. The conclusion of the study is that the Pontensi Desa Sumber Harapan that can be developed based on the analysis of the researcher includes 2 (two) aspects, namely the first aspect of weaving and the second aspect of agriculture and plantations.
