Abstract

ABSTRACT. The speed of Kick Type C extracurricular members of SMKN 1 Balongan is still low, an indication of the mistakes made is that when doing training there are still many Type C kicks that are easy to catch so this is a drawback for the extracurricular participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the plyometric training method on the kick speed of Type C participants in the pencaksilat extracurricular activity of SMKN 1 Balongan in 2020. The study used an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population was students of the extracurricular pencak silat SMKN 1 Balongan, using a saturated sample of 15 participants of the extracurricular pencak silat at SMKN 1 Balongan. With a sickle kick speed test instrument. Technique of data processing using SPSS 22. Hypothesis test Kick Type C right leg obtained Tcount -9,974> Ttable 2.145 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, then the proposed hypothesis is that there is a significant effect of the Plyometric training method on the Kick speed of Type C in the Psht 1922 Indonesian pencak silat branch in pencak silat extracurricular students at SMKN 1 Balongan is proven and acceptable.Keywords: Plyometric training method; Type C kicksABSTRAK. Kecepatan tendangan Tipe C peserta ekstrakulikuler SMKN 1 Balongan masih rendah, indikasi kesalahan yang dilakukan yaitu pada saat melakukan latihan masih banyaknya tendangan tipe C yang mudah di tangkap sehingga hal tersebut menjadi kekurangan dari para peserta ekstrakulikuler tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan Plyometric terhadap kecepatan tendangan Tipe C peserta ekstrakulikuler pencaksilat SMKN 1 Balongan Tahun 2020. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasinya adalah siswa ekstrakulikuler pencak silat SMKN 1 Balongan, menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 15 orang peserta ekstrakulikuler pencak silat SMKN 1 Balongan. Dengan Instrumen tes kecepatan tendangan sabit. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22. Uji hipotesis Tendangan Tipe C kaki kanan diperoleh Thitung -9.974> Ttabel 2.145 dan Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, maka hipotesis yang diajukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Metode latihan Plyometric terhadap kecepatan tendangan Tipe C cabang pencak silat PSHT 1922 Indonesia pada siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di SMKN 1 Balongan terbukti dan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci: Metode latihan plyometric; tendangan Tipe C

Abstract

The low interaction that occurs due to technological changes tends to be individualistic and results in empathy. Low empathy can lead to various deviant behaviors that need to be trained and familiarized with group learning. This research was conducted at MI PUI Tenajar Lor 2 school with the sample selected using two stage random sampling, with experimental design pre test post test control group design method, then an empathy questionnaire was used to measure students' empathy. The results showed that there was a difference in influence between the experimental group with the jingsaw type cooperative method and the control group with the conventional method, thus as an alternative to developing students' empathy, the jingsaw type cooperative method could be used. However, further research is needed to complete this research

Abstract

This dedication is motivated by the fact that there are still many athletes in the 16 year old age group in Sumedang Regency who do not understand the rules of volleyball games against the rules of volleyball games. This service aims to socialize the level of understanding of volleyball game rules for athletes in the 16 year old group in Sumedang Regency. The method of implementing community service, based on the stages: (1) preparation stage, (2) implementation stage, (3) evaluation stage, and (4) expected result stage. Providing socialization materials regarding the latest volleyball game rules from the FIVB. The samples taken were all female athletes in the 16 year age group, totaling 112 athletes from 8 clubs that were registered in Sumedang Regency. The results obtained are increasing understanding of volleyball game rules in athletes aged 16 years.

Aim from study this that is for knowing motor educability level of student’s school base in the area urban and rural with look activity normal physique done. motor educability measurements were used as part from method scouting talent Skills motion in create potential athlete. Study this is done at school base in rural and urban areas in the district Majalengka with study descriptive quantitative, sorting sample done with stratified random sampling. Research results show exists difference motor educability level seen based on location geography and activity physical. Research results this expected could Become reference for guides giftedness that can see from motor educability and giving ability opportunity for the kids for could develop anywhere he be, both in the city nor village.

Abstract

Permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu olahraga permainan yang lazim diajarkan di sekolah tingkat menengah, namun banyak siswa yang kurang menguasai teknik layup shoot. Penulis ingin menanggulanginya dengan menggunkakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap kemampuan layup shoot siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Sumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest and postest group design. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswa putra dari kelas VIII di SMP N 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon yang di ambil dengan cara purposive. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan layup shoot menurut Jackson Baumgartner yang memiliki validitas 0,78. Data hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada kemampuan layup shoot yang diakibatkan oleh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Dengan demikian diharapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran olahraga permainan terutama permainan bola basket teknik layup shoot.
