Abstract

Media, originally known simply as an aid in learning activities that serve to provide a visual experience to students, increase learning motivation, clarify, and simplify the complex and abstract concepts become more simple, concrete and easy to understand. Now, in addition to tool also has become a concept of learning technologies or its use as a learning resource in the learning process.Kata Kunci: Role, Function and Learning Media

Abstract

This study aims to determine how differences in student mastery of the material concept Ulumul Quran and how students respond after getting lessons with full e-learning (e-learning entirely) and blended e-learning (a combination of e-learning and face to face). The research method used was experimental real (true experiment) randomize design with the pretest-posttest control group performed at STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro. Analysis of test data performed by the t-test statistical techniques to look at the difference in mean score of the pretest and posttest mastery of concepts both study groups, and quantitative analysis of Likert scale on student responses. Posttest grades shows that students classroom full of e-learning has increased mastery of the concept of a higher grade than students of blended e-learning. However, the results of statistical calculations apparently increased mastery of concepts between experimental and control classes were not significantly different. From the results of different test average posttest study both classes, obtained Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,083. The point is 0,083 > 0,05. Tcount is located in the reception area H0, proving that there is no significant difference between the mean posttest classroom full of e-learning and blended e-learning classes. When viewed an average of N-Gain between experimental class with a class that controls 54% and 47% experienced an increase in the medium category. Keywords: Comparative, Ulumul Quran full e-learning and blended e-learning.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology as a part of Science and Technology generally is the whole technology related to catching, collecting, storage processing, disseminating, and presenting of information. Information and Communication Technology Development has extraordinary impact in whole field of human life, include education field. The crucial problems strart from education policy which is reflected in changing curriculum, until the implementation in learning process. The others problem is the limited time allocation for presenting curriculum. Information and Communication Technology which has flexible role provide alternative solution in solving that problems.

Abstract

Masa remaja sering dikaitkan dengan ketidakpantasan dan penyimpangan. Salah satu jenis pengabaian sosial yang mengakibatkan tindakan atau gejala patologi sosial disebut kenakalan remaja. Akibatnya, remaja memperoleh sikap yang menyimpang. Remaja berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepribadiannya karena perubahan dalam kehidupannyalah yang menyebabkan kenakalan remaja. Remaja yang melakukan perilaku nakal memerlukan layanan konseling untuk membantu siswa yang mengalami kesulitan. Guru Binbingan Konseling memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menangani persoalan kenakalan peserta didik yang terjadi pada sekolah. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMK N 1 Tegineneng, penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan peserta didik.

Abstract

The objective of this community service project is to explore and strengthen the role of mosques as ecological agents in mitigating climate change through the innovative “Compost Waqf” initiative. Conducted at Nurul Amin Mosque in Metro City, this study employed a Community-Based Research (CBR) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving 120 participants, including mosque administrators and congregants. This program integrates Islamic teachings with practical solutions for managing organic waste, enhancing environmental literacy, and fostering climate action awareness among mosque attendees. By focusing on waste segregation and composting, the initiative significantly reduced organic waste, minimized greenhouse gas emissions, and provided sustainable economic benefits for mosque operations and community empowerment. This study demonstrates how integrating Islamic environmental values with sustainable practices transforms mosques into centres of ecological education and local climate action. The Compost Waqf initiative bridges spiritual responsibility with environmental stewardship, providing a scalable and replicable model for mosques to address global climate challenges while fostering collective awareness and behavioural change within communities. The research highlights the strategic role of mosques in promoting ecological resilience, positioning them as key actors in climate change mitigation efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the Islamic educational values embedded in zakat based on the messages of the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its relevance to shaping individual and societal character. Zakat, as one of the pillars of Islam, encompasses dimensions beyond ritual worship. The main values explored include social justice, solidarity, responsibility, and spiritual purification. Social justice in zakat embodies equitable wealth distribution to reduce social disparities. Solidarity fosters empathy and care for others, strengthening social cohesion. Responsibility and trust educate individuals to act with integrity in fulfilling moral and social obligations. Spiritual purification instills sincerity, curbs materialism, and aligns individuals with higher spiritual values. This study concludes that the Islamic educational values in zakat are relevant to shaping individuals with strong moral and spiritual character while fostering a harmonious and just society. These findings highlight the urgency of zakat as a character education instrument in addressing global challenges such as social inequality and individualism and reinforcing zakat's role as a pillar of rahmatan lil 'alamin.

Abstract

Solid waste management at the elementary school level remains a crucial issue due to low student awareness and a lack of adequate educational media. This study aimed to design and implement an eco-project in the form of bamboo waste bins as an educational medium for waste management to enhance students’ environmental awareness. Bamboo was chosen for its eco-friendly properties, easy availability, and familiarity in students’ daily lives. These attributes were expected to bridge the gap between the ideals of environmental education and real-world practices in schools. The study employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving teachers and students at every stage (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). Evaluation instruments included interviews, observations, and documentation to assess student engagement and behavioral change. The project resulted in four functional bamboo waste bins installed at strategic points around the school. Field findings indicated positive support from teachers and students, improved discipline in proper waste disposal, and the emergence of collective awareness to maintain cleanliness. Teacher role modeling proved essential in strengthening social norms, while active student participation in maintaining the facilities fostered a shared sense of ownership. This eco-project was effective as both a contextual learning tool and a means of cultivating a culture of environmental care. The study contributes to environmental education literature by emphasizing the importance of integrating place-based education, experiential learning, and ecological citizenship. ABSTRAKPengelolaan sampah di tingkat sekolah dasar masih menjadi isu krusial karena rendahnya kesadaran siswa dan minimnya media edukatif yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan ecoproject berupa pembuatan tempat sampah dari bambu sebagai media edukasi pengelolaan sampah guna meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa. Bambu dipilih sebagai bahan karena ramah lingkungan, mudah diperoleh, dan akrab dengan keseharian siswa; dengan demikian diharapkan dapat menjembatani kesenjangan antara idealisme pendidikan lingkungan dan praktik nyata di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan guru dan siswa pada setiap tahap (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi). Instrumen evaluasi berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk menilai tingkat keterlibatan siswa serta perubahan perilaku. Ecoproject ini menghasilkan empat unit tempat sampah bambu fungsional yang ditempatkan di titik strategis sekolah. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan dukungan positif dari guru dan siswa, peningkatan disiplin dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Keteladanan guru menjadi faktor penting yang memperkuat norma sosial, sedangkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam merawat fasilitas memupuk rasa memiliki bersama. Ecoproject ini efektif sebagai media pembelajaran kontekstual sekaligus sarana membangun budaya peduli lingkungan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur pendidikan lingkungan dengan menegaskan pentingnya integrasi konsep place-based education, experiential learning, dan ecological citizenship.
