Abstract

This study aims to uncover the Islamic educational values embedded in zakat based on the messages of the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its relevance to shaping individual and societal character. Zakat, as one of the pillars of Islam, encompasses dimensions beyond ritual worship. The main values explored include social justice, solidarity, responsibility, and spiritual purification. Social justice in zakat embodies equitable wealth distribution to reduce social disparities. Solidarity fosters empathy and care for others, strengthening social cohesion. Responsibility and trust educate individuals to act with integrity in fulfilling moral and social obligations. Spiritual purification instills sincerity, curbs materialism, and aligns individuals with higher spiritual values. This study concludes that the Islamic educational values in zakat are relevant to shaping individuals with strong moral and spiritual character while fostering a harmonious and just society. These findings highlight the urgency of zakat as a character education instrument in addressing global challenges such as social inequality and individualism and reinforcing zakat's role as a pillar of rahmatan lil 'alamin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pendidikan karakter, khususnya nilai toleransi dan cinta damai, di tengah keberagaman agama dan budaya di lingkungan sekolah dasar. SDN Gunung Terang, Tulang Bawang Barat, menjadi lokasi yang relevan karena memiliki latar multikultural yang memerlukan pendekatan kolaboratif dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk dan proses kerjasama antara guru kelas dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi dan cinta damai kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan guru PAI yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama antara guru kelas dan guru PAI berjalan secara sinergis melalui komunikasi intensif, perencanaan pembelajaran kolaboratif, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial yang inklusif. Bentuk kerjasama tersebut mencakup diskusi rutin, penyelarasan materi, kegiatan pembiasaan, serta keteladanan guru. Dukungan dari kebijakan sekolah dan pelatihan guru juga turut memperkuat upaya penanaman karakter. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi aktif dan berkelanjutan antar guru sangat berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi tumbuhnya nilai-nilai toleransi dan cinta damai.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi aspek penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga beretika dan berperilaku baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk kerjasama antara guru kelas dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan karakter toleransi dan cinta damai pada peserta didik di SDN Gunung Terang, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa dari tiga sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama yang terjalin antara guru kelas dan guru PAI dilakukan secara intensif melalui komunikasi rutin, perencanaan pembelajaran bersama, serta kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial yang mendukung nilai-nilai toleransi dan perdamaian. Guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai teladan dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan harmonis. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi antarguru menjadi kunci penting dalam menginternalisasi nilai karakter pada siswa, khususnya dalam konteks keberagaman budaya dan agama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the concept of economic empowerment for Muslims in the Qur'an and to understand its role in life. The threat of poverty and powerlessness can undermine faith, morals, security stability, and create social dissatisfaction. Therefore, through verses in the Qur'an, the researcher will discuss the economic empowerment of Muslims from a Qur'anic perspective. The research method used is the maudlu'i interpretation of economics, which includes the following steps: first, collecting verses relevant to the economic issues to be analyzed, both based on keywords and the content of the verses in general and specifically. Second, interpreting these verses by following the sequence of verses in the Mushaf or based on the chronology of the revelation of the surahs. Third, the interpretation model applied is maudlu'i by linking them to the real conditions of the economy. In this study, researchers will examine data contained in the Qur'an, tafsir, hadith, as well as books and journals related to the meaning of economic empowerment of Muslims. The concept of economic empowerment of Muslims from the perspective of the Qur'an is to free individuals from injustice, empower human potential, and encourage individuals to care for others, towards happiness in this world and the hereafter. The role of economic empowerment of Muslims in life includes: contributing to eliminating the practice of usury, human trafficking, monopoly of wealth, and power that triggers poverty, hunger, and fear. In addition, it also motivates individual Muslims to be strong, resilient, persistent, and strive earnestly and not give up.

Abstract

This paper aims to present the essence of family education according to the Qur'an and hadith. To compile this paper, a literature study method was used with the main references being Taisiru al-Aliyyul Qadir li Ikhtishari Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Al-Misbah, and Tafsîr al-Qurân al-Hakîm. In addition, it is supplemented with several hadiths. The findings from this discussion indicate that family education is an effort made by parents to develop children's potential, both in intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and skill aspects. Family education aims to ensure the well-being of oneself and those under one's responsibility, as well as to shape the character of independent and mature children. Responsibility for family education is a shared obligation between fathers and mothers. The family plays a very important role in children's education, both consciously and unconsciously. Overall, family education is a learning process that involves all the main members who are part of the family, namely parents (father and mother) and children.
